Both are Thai BL dramas that are action packed and have power struggles. Both are sort of rivals to lovers plot where the two main characters have to work with each other despite a complicated love-hate relationship.
Yu Si Feng the ML, loves the FL (Zhu Xuan Ji) in every lifetime
He does not hesitate to sacrifice himself for her everytime
The FL does not have her 6 senses at the start of the drama so she usually was the type to always go with the flow
The difference is Xuan Ji was the overpowered one and not the ML
Heaven is also against her being happy lol just because she was supposed to be the ultimate weapon a little bit just like Sima Jiao

The story follows Jiang Zhu, a “Jade-Waisted Slave”, who must find a “Jade Gentleman” on the night of the full moon after coming of age, and engage in dual cultivation to absorb his vital yang energy in order to survive the Cold Bone Syndrome. Initially determined to hunt down the Jade-Waisted Slaves, the powerful statesman Shen Miu is unexpectedly affected by a love spell cast by Jiang Zhu, forcing him to protect her against his will.
Jiang Zhu’s passionate and free-spirited nature brings Shen Miu—who is disciplined and suppresses his desires—a vivid experience he has never known before. As they spend time together, they gradually awaken to the meaning of love and ultimately join forces to clear the injustices suffered by the Jade-Waisted Slaves.

Both are mini dramas in which a hapless modern day ML is transported to historical times and ends up a success there with several love interests.
Both are mini dramas set in a novel/manga with villain/morally gray leads. Both FLs are self aware and trying to change the story to change their fate.
Both are mini dramas set in a virtual world in which the ML is the "system" and the FL is trying to change fate.
Both are mini dramas in which the FL is a self aware villain character in a novel, trying to change her fate.
Both dramas have a similar vibe and are set in a wuxia world with a quirky, highly intelligent ML armed with knowledge from either the future or years spent reliving the same day.
Very similar. Only difference is new style vs. old school. Of course I prefer old school with beach boys.
Both stories have the leads escaping life in the big city at the coast. Both have the leads find themselves their and find a new home. Both have relationships with the locals. Beach boys is more mature while barakamon is more kid oriented. You can't get back that old style vibe from shows like beach boys though. Just a great show.

Xianxia with amazing main CP; loveline focused storyline. Lots of lovey dovey moments, character development, and pure chemsitry.
Both of these works tell the story of the death/disappearance of a young girl who's life turns out to be far less pristine than what the world knows of her.
The ML’s devotion reminds me Iod that drama. This one is one of my favorite XinxiAs. The story and characters were well written just like this one
The leads are in a coma and end up in a CEO romance novel. This was really a fun watch. Again the FL is very funny .
