*Beyond the Bar* and *Extraordinary Attorney Woo* are about smart lawyers who are different from others. Both face challenges but solve cases in unique ways. People often doubt them, but they prove their skills through hard work and kindness. Each episode shows a new case and teaches lessons about fairness, understanding, and friendship. The shows mix serious moments with humor and heart, and both feature strong support from friends and coworkers. They also show how love and connection help the main characters grow. Both stories inspire us to see the value in people who are different.
If you like Hikaru's character and find Matsumoto Leo beautiful in female attire, you should check Jun Shison acting as Ogawa Miki in Joshi-teki Seikatsu (https://mydramalist.com/26209-life-as-a-girl)... although he acts as a transgender there, not as a crossdresser.
Coming in 2018 this was such a powerful story, amazingly acted and beautifully portrayed - it's short and fun, witty and interesting, with memorable characters that defy the "laws of whait is normal" and the concept that everyone blooms in its own spring.
