How and where do I start, I have postponed watching this drama for many years.

This drama fits into adult category, no there are no adult PG scenes, but what this drama is about fits into adult category, it's not something singles should watch, they might completely lost their trust in men, marriage.

What you see in this drama happens in real life, that's what happens in business circles. Behind closed doors, while we admire what we seen in magazines, thinking they are such a lovely couple, perfect. But there's a drama behind those closed doors. Tbh that doesn't only happen in high society, these days both wo/men can be adulterous. It depends on how much you worth for? for how much you are willing to be an adulterer.. what's your price? how much can buy you?

What I didn't like is that this drama was based on cheat.

No I don't think that this drama was trying to show adultery as acceptable but it's quite an eye opener.

I first thought Seok Hoon & Hong Joon is such a cute & loveable couple and it changed when the SEO third wheel came along to scene.

And 1 million dollar was enough to buy Seok Hoon.. Yes they had a history Seok Hoon applied to work on her company she had a crush on him from those days but she decided not to employ him, but she has never forgotten..

Hong Joon I do have to disagree with others that she's an evil bitch just pretending to be an angel..

She's no angel but she's not devil either.

Yes when her husband asked for reconciliation, forgiveness, she refused, but by that time she already knew her husband's heart was no longer with her.

Yes she wanted revenge, you'd want to hurt the people who hurt you as well, it's not something you can easily swallow and let it go..

Min Woo he's another womaniser, he cheated on his wife, he had a secret son in Hong Kong, and he continued to cheat on his wife all along?

Was Se Jin a victim? (Min Woo's wife) Never, she cheated on her husband as well.

Min Woo got divorced from Se Jin got married with H.J but he cheated on her as well.

It's a pity because they had a good chemistry

While married to HJ Min Woo cheated on her with his ex wife & pregnant her, but she already had a weak uterus and she had a miscarriage

Min Woo was such a sly on business, he played dirty games..

At the end CEO Se Young & Seok Hoon got together..

MIn Woo & HJ future is unknown...

That got on my nerves CEO Se Young should have died during her surgery & HJ ordained to be Monk, that's how their story should have end.

I totally shipped Min Woo & HJ.. They were a great couple. although their marriage was not built on love.. It was a marriage for benefits for both parties.

I only feel sorry for the little boy, and that's it...

This drama wrecked my favourite song One Summer Night.. God knows when will I be able to listen w/o remembering this drama..

There's no rewatch value

Quick review.
I wanted to love this show, but it fell short for me. The characters ended up one note and boring by the halfway point of the show and I actually didn't care by the final episode that the ending sucked.
I was more interested in Hong Joo's transformation and story and even though I believe she grew the most as a character and became the stronger as a result of all that happened, I couldn't help but feel she got the short end of the stick with that ending.
I mean, really? I felt like everyone else walked off into the sunset holding hands and she just ended up let down and alone again. Ick. I almost wish for a Part Two JUST about her so we can see her with a HEA at the end of all her trials. But that's probably just me being petty. ;-)
I also want to make note of one thing since I saw people blaming the main female lead for being the one who actually broke their marriage because "he didn't actually betray her until after they divorced." UMMM NO.
Nothing happened in Hong Kong. Fine. BUT The point isn't that he wasn't required to sleep with her for that money.
The REAL POINT is that he stayed behind ASSUMING he was going to sleep with her for the money. He let his wife leave THINKING he was going to have to betray her for that money. He was SURPRISED he didn't have to. So... he was FULLY prepared to betray his wife for that money and THAT, MY FRIENDS, is what broke their marriage. Just because (oh sigh of relief) he didn't have to is a side-note and besides the point.
ALSO... him staying longer ($3?) to have "fun" with her before returning to his wife is in and of itself the worst kind of betrayal. His wife was 100% right in assessing the situation. Him seeing her after HongKong and then going to work with her just to test his manly resolve? Stupid, Childish, and the final straw. *shrugs*

Is March of the Concubines Next??

The cheating men ending up with the whores they cheat with is an overdone storyline. In the 21st century, it is disappointing that this is the extent of either character development or scriptwriting. Next, will it be the march of the concubines for "old time's sake"? It is difficult to watch a full drama when after each episode, you feel the need to shower to remove the stench from narcissistic cheating men....and she-whores whose only real talent is in seducing married men (apparently the single men are too smart to get into these fancy personal brothels) based on the she-whore's family money.

This wife should have sued him and the whore for adultery and let them serve time while penniless. Scriptwriters should read more about legal options. The next time the government issues the low marriage rates and zero population growth statistics.....just remember dramas like this that flood the media waves and wonder why two full generations have figured marriage and children as the cornerstone of the traditional family values is personally worth it. Disappointedly Hope

I watched this drama a while back, in between dramas and actually watched it pretty quickly. However, it still seemed to drag a bit while watching. Most of the drama between the main characters happens the first episode with a few exceptions, and if I see that same ol' bicycle flash back so help me-- >.< lol.
---------------------------------------(SPOILER ALERT)----------------------------------------
At any rate, I did not like Park Ha Sun's character in this, she would have been a bigger fool if she had taken Youngchul back and accepted to being Choi Ji Woo's nurse. I'm a fan of Choi Ji Woo and Lee Jung Shin was good eye-candy. Hope to see him in more dramas. ^^ Don't really think I would recommend unless you watch dramas fairly quickly otherwise I think it would probably drag a lot more. That being said I still enjoyed watching and the ending was fairly satisfying.

Infidelity

So disappointed. The writers must have hated a woman in their lives, as the ex wife SML didn't deserve all that she went through.
This is about how infidelity pays off!
Waited and waited for the ex wife to get some sort of "revenge"? or closure? and nothing! The ML is a dog and FL is a bitch. If this drama had a proper closure, it would have been at least a 9.
The husband never loved the wife...if 1 hour he dumped her, as he said, the love of life for another woman. wow!
The writers must condone infidelity, with no guilt or shame, that's the only conclusion I can come to after watching this.
Cheating seems to be the theme of this drama. Absolutely hated the ML, as the role he played. but love him other wise.
It was frustrating and you would think for a 20 hour drama, the ending would make up for the storyline.

How can i describe this Sh**

i really had great expectations for this drama but i got shocked
for the first time in my watching KD's journey , i hated main leads so much
Both main leads are the most selfish, disgusting & annoying persons I've ever seen
OMG

i watched this drama till ep.09 then i felt with disgusting and began to skip all main lead"s scenes
then began to jump eps. and reached end without missing nothing

the ML character raised my temper literally -_-
after his endless love for his wife suddenly he accused her she was the reason he left her
after cheating, lying, caring and confessing for another woman with his love
he dare to accuse his wife with that .... REALLY !!!!!!

and when his wife wanted divorce ,
he was shocked and said: i said sorry lets forget all the past ... WOOOOOW
after letting her down for the other woman he blamed her
and when she insists he left her hands easily, as if he was waiting for it
and forgot all about her after less than 3 months and went for the other woman saying he loved her madly
really this is the most sick character i've ever seen in KD's till now

for the first time i didn't feel sympathy at all for the main leads
instead of that i was waiting to see both of them suffering really and to separate at the end
i saw this is unfair to win and stay together at the end

at the beginning i loved second leads
specially i loved how (jung jin) was a real gentleman then i was depressed for what he did
why when he married because of love just after a little while you cheated her easily with your ex???????
instead of gaining her trust to make her loves you back ????????????????

the only couple i used to like were (So young) & (jung shin) in this SH**

the plot was weak, too long with no need with disarranged, repetitive events
most of the characters were literally sick and unstable

i won't recommend this drama at all
the rate 2 just for the side couple story
