Two reasons:
1. Every drama has lovable characters who keep the viewers occupied. This drama has no consistent ones. Even the supposedly good characters behave like retards more than once.
2. After 85 episodes, I feel like the story so far could've been as well been covered in 8 episodes.
Lets start with the synopsis - "A drama about a woman who finally becomes a part of a family after re-adoption and man who chooses love over family." I seriously wonder how this synopsis was written (gets my nomination for the worst synopsis reward). After around 43 hours, I'm not convinced that she's becoming a part of the family but I'm already convinced he's not choosing love over family.
Coming to the story, this features the most hopeless and pointless love quadrangle I've ever seen seen in a drama. Seems more like mere obsession and rivalry rather than love. The so-called hero keeps jumping all over the place with his decisions. Every drama has characters you'd like to kill off so that the rest can be in peace. But if you start doing it here, there'll be no one left.
The only redeeming point was the music - I kinda liked the opening theme.
Rewatch: The "watch" value itself tends to zero - the rewatch might as well go into negative.
Concluding Thoughts: I might've been critical and exaggerated here and there, but I'm at the pinnacle of vexation and have been ruing the wasted hours of my life. There are loads of good family-oriented dramas out there like Glorious Day, Family's Honor, Assorted Gems and Daughters-in-law. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this contraption.

Overall it has a nice and enjoyable story with good acting but it's something that could have unfold with 20 episodes. It got me hocked because I got curious how the main couple story would end with all the plot and suffering. But I got a little disappointing towards the end, not because it was all bad but I think that everything was rushed. It's a shame because it could have been a great drama.

I started watching Korean drama only in the last few months and I have watched mostly the KBS 2 dramas. This one made quite and impression on me.
Some times an actors personality comes through the role that makes it more endearing . This is one of those occasions. I followed the dialogue through the English subtitles, imagine if I knew Korean.
I hope to see Im Se Mi in a lead role soon. You are a good soul.Congratulations and all the best.
Congratulations to the director and the script writers, and those who played the role of:
Grandma Kim
Mija
Chaewon
Daesil
Sangman
and Daesil's hunband
Keep up the good work.
Cheers!

A train wreck
This show is quite stupid. It seems to have been written by 10th graders, or maybe it’s an April Fool’s joke on the viewers??Abandon medical school to be a pastry chef?? You don’t see him in making pastries??
Low effort from the production team, the lead actors etc..
And it commits the worst crime of all by being boring.
On the surface it seems like a normal show, it’s like sticking your hand in a bag of donuts only to pull out your hand and it’s covered in dog p@@p.
Start watching at your own risk, you’ve gotten a fair warning, so you have no one to blame but yourself.

Pain!
Amongst the worst, truly! Right from the end of the first episode, it was evident that its fate was sealed and the clock started ticking towards its inevitable demise. This is a complete package of pure manufactured junk, offering no redeeming qualities whatsoever. A waste of carbon emissions as well. At a certain point, it became impossible to pick itself up from the hole it dug. The storyline was utterly unappealing, lacking any semblance of creativity or intrigue. The script itself was shoddily constructed, replete with contradictions and nonsensical elements. Every single plotline ended up being underdeveloped. The characterization was equally inadequate, with every single character exhibiting pitiful and distasteful traits. The relationships portrayed in the drama were nothing more than childish and insipid, particularly the abhorrent love triangle/square/pentagon at the center of it all.I desperately need to to seek medical attention from a neurologist to check if I developed some kind of brain worms afterwards. I highly advice anyone reading this to stay away from the writer, Kim Ji Wan, he's built a reputation on fucking up royally so damn hard. His later projects after this one "That Sun in the Sky (2016) & The All-Round Wife (2021)" are a testament for that. My earlier points are repeated across the other projects as well.
