That disgusting as hell Chief Surgeon, Dr. Han, does ONE decent thing after all the shitty things he’s already done - and mind you, he only does it out of guilt since that patient is in a coma BECAUSE of his mistake - and that nurse acts like he’s totally redeemed himself? I’m so disgusted! It’s like that hospital collects the shittiest, most inhumane “doctors” (I can’t even consider the true doctors) in one place just to make money. The fact that there really are people and places like that in the world only makes me more aggravated. Still, I just can’t seem to stop watching! LOL!

I missed Ddolmi in this episode. But I liked how my feelings were also mirrored in Hyesong's feelings. Also, for a change we saw this relationship through his eyes, and I liked that they didn't just ignore her absence but it was made clear how she's missing.
I would put 10 points for the episode if there was less of the Director's blabber and more action outside of the hospital (and all of the politics, it's completely unnessesary to show that much of it). To be honest, it's always the same anyways. Isn't there time for a change already?
