Examination House (2015)

Si-woon is a street artist who quit his job at a major firm. However, his unique art is ignored by passerby's, so with the money from his father and loan sharks, he takes over an examination house. However, he meets a financial crisis soon and a loan shark named Jang suggests he empties out a room instead of paying interest. The next day, a prostitute named Mi-jeong occupies that room and from that point on, the examination house is home to Mi-jeong, Si-woon and Jang... Edit Translation
