both of the main characters live in the same building, both dramas have business, romance and comedy genres.

Both depicts the strugling of the modern office workers and try to take a look at them. Both include un-even couples within the same company.
While MT&NJG depicts a modern grown woman in a somewhat traditional society; 3 generations men of the same family and a struggling dad, trying to raise his children..
RO depicts 3 youngsters fighting for a job for which they are not quite capable of, a mother trying to break the glass ceiling and raise herself as a manager. Both have a protagonist that tries to break his prejudice and mistrust of others about himself, but first starts crushing his/her prejudice about others. Both have changed a lot of jobs, before landing amd finding his/her place finally in this one. In both their partner has a calmer temper, but is not a complete push-over as it raises himself/herself into a fighter of some sort.

Main couples in both live neirby to one another and somewhat run to each other even outside work. They grow to like one another- as they start to understand better the problems of the other.

Dramas depicting the love lives and work-related affairs between a woman, which raised herself in her carrer, but it's also known for her savage and bursting temperament & a meek and a not-so succesful man. In both the men struggle a lot under the women's leadership, but gain not only a lot of proffesional knowledge, but also learn to see their vulnerabilities and save them from the judgement of outsiders. In the end both start to compliment each other.

The battles inside the companies of both series seems a bit similar.
Both male protagonists grown up from sleezballs to a somewhat righteous and reliable fighters for the justice within (and even gather employers around them.)
Both female protagonist are neiher too whiney, nor crybabies. Both are strong, yet atractive.
In both series the romance between the both main leads is lacking if it's even there.

Both main protagonists are somewhat violent.

Both have strong female leads who don’t give into society’s standards which are ruled by mostly men, both are work related, Ms. Temper & Nam Jung Gi being mostly centred around how women are treated in work places and about sexual harassment towards women, Best wedding is about becoming a single mother and how ‘immoral’ that is without having a man as your husband.

Dramas that depict the growing of the relationship between a man and a woman. The woman is his superior at work and they live in the same building. The man is a bit timid, while the woman is known for her temper.

Both are about two people who may have feelings one for another. Both works at the same office. The guy work for the company for a longer period of time, while the girl is a newcomer with a omplicated pasts about her relationships and previous jobs. The guy is trying hard to suppress his anger towards his co-workers and is often walked over by them... The girl is the one who fight for justice.

Both involve a narrow-minded aspiring female lead and her more gentle male counterpart (as both have the same profession).
Female leads have had dealt with harassment and the surrounding rumors about them and have become fierce.
It's about their work and home enviroment and the way they learn to adapt, allow people in.. and about their professional life with their colleagues.

Both these dramas center on the working environnement.

Ms Temper & Nam Jung Gi is a comedy but one can see the working and struggle of a small-and-medium-sized in Korea.

The Best Moment To Quit Your Job is more about a group of four friends making their way in the professionnal world.

both have real strong independent women leads. though I'd like to give Nam Jung Gi more credit, he is kinda like Woo Ah Jin's husband? they are both naive and pushovers? it's not a bad thing though, for MTANJG ;p

Attatched to both ML so much. Also it's so real & very emotional. Not like first sight love relationship grows slowly. And the side actor's are Also strength of both series.

There aren’t many office dramas I enjoyed but these two have a common ground of a strong boss lady and female representation in an office setting

Both are about a strong righteous female characters and their of fighting battles related to work while protecting everyone else. Both actresses are one of the best Kim Hye Soo & Lee Yo Won. Both dramas carry on strong message about work and life and gives importance to the supporting characters as well. Both dramas handle the comedy aspect very well and in both dramas the romance isn't essential but you can still feel it and it's represented in a very mature manner. Highly recommended.
