Five Stars

Okay, the last minutes of the episode were simply brilliant! I would never expect that and was totally taken by surprise. I love stories like these where everything is always intertwined and even the smallest details make a difference in the story. My favorite episode till now by far.

Yeon-Joo might be needing some therapy..

This review will contain SPOILERS. Read at your own discretion.

A lot went on in this episode, and for me I thought it moved rather quickly, but I like that. I liked the fact that Yeon-Joo is taking upon herself so much to help Kang Chul, like getting him away from the police, and then making sure to draw him antibiotics & medical supplies to help Chul heal himself from the bullet wound, all despite the fact that he doesn't remember who she is. I also think we see that "The Killer" isn't an impossible force to beat. He was able to control Yeon Joo's father completely..but not for long, and the solution to that was rather easy. Just lock him in a room with no access to the drawing tablet! Duh.
However that solution won't really last for long, because now there is no one able to change the way the story is progressing from the outside, the only way to help save Chul is from the inside.
But now The Killer isn't the biggest threat at the moment, it's the changing of the main character, which is shown by Chul's arm beginning to vanish. As for the progression of the relationship between Yeon Joo and Chul, I think it is becoming even more meaningful and deep. Yeon Joo must be dealing with so much heartache and mental stress having not much power to help the one she loves, and to have to constantly be reminded he doesn't love her back. And Kang Chul has his own difficulties to face with being framed for the murders he didn't commit, constantly on the run, confused with the weird phenomenons like his arm vanishing, and his door vanishing..etc. But fate now seems to keep these two together.
This episode ends with Kang Chul revealing to Yeon Joo that he read the manhwa (that has transported from the real world) about himself, and that he thinks he was the husband she was referring to all this time.
What a cliffhanger!!
I'm excited to see what till happen next, considering the last time Chul was told the truth about his world he felt like everything was a lie, and frankly I think that is what caused most of this craziness to conspire.

Till next episode, GR

P.S. Who else finds the supporting character's like Soo Bong and Seok Bum absolutely hilarious? I think they are a very important part to what makes this drama so great!
