i am surprised no one recommended Vampire Detective yet since the feels are so similar compared to other recommended dramas here. Yoon San and the vampire lady has the same energy as The K2 and his lady boss. in fact whenever Lee Joon fights off the bad guys, his action skills really reminds me of Ji Chang Wook. Lee Joon is such a hugely underrated action star!

1: fBoth drama are written by the same screenwriter '
Apart from the fact that one is build around politicians and their secrets, and the other about paparazzis and the things they discover, both dramas are extremely similar. From the character similarity of our male leads are nearly identical, both have a trauma from their past and both are at the bottom. Both meet women with a near identical character, and both women play an equal important part. although in Big Issue it is slightly more.
Definitely give the other a try if you like one of them.

This recommendation should provide you with thrilling narratives and complex characters reminiscent of the themes explored in "The Price of Confession."

Both: Female lead villain, male lead trying to uncover a conspiracy behind his lover death. Journalist, action and business related.

Honestly the plots have nearly nothing in common, maybe the cuteness of the lovers being together. On the other hand, the camerawork, the colors and somehow the similar classical music in the background made the vibes of THE GREAT SEDUCER remind me of THE K2.

Key Similarities:
Wronged Protagonist Seeking Revenge: Both dramas feature a male lead (Kim Je-ha in K2, Lee Jung-hyun in Green Rose) who is framed for a crime they did not commit, forced into hiding, and seeks to uncover the truth to take revenge.
Betrayal and Fugitive Status: In both, the protagonists are betrayed by powerful entities, transforming them into fugitives who must survive and fight back from the bottom.
Action-Oriented Thriller: Both shows are characterized by intense action scenes, stunts, and a fast-paced thriller plot.
Complex Romance Amidst Conflict: The vengeance-driven plot is intertwined with a romantic storyline that serves as an emotional anchor for the protagonist.

So the only reason I am recommending K2 for The Revenge is because of the bodyguard aspect and the actions. The OST even reminds me of K2, but the Revenge is a whole lot darker than the K2.
