1: fBoth drama are written by the same screenwriter '
Apart from the fact that one is build around politicians and their secrets, and the other about paparazzis and the things they discover, both dramas are extremely similar. From the character similarity of our male leads are nearly identical, both have a trauma from their past and both are at the bottom. Both meet women with a near identical character, and both women play an equal important part. although in Big Issue it is slightly more.
Definitely give the other a try if you like one of them.

Both Kdramas are about agents, and the vibes are very similar. Terius Behind Me is about a single mom who somehow gets involved in top secret missions. The K2 similarly involves secret missions. Although The K2 is more about a wealthy girl and a bodyguard, like Terius Behind Me, it involves a love story around the main female character and the bodyguard which is why if you liked Terius Behind Me, I strongly recommend watching The K2.
I personally watched The K2 first and had been trying to find a drama similar to The K2, but after years and years, I finally found Terius Behind Me and definitely don't regret watching it.

Although the setting is in no way similar because K2 is all about action and fighting scenes, the part about the male lead taking care of the female lead is the same. In Liar Game, the male lead takes care of the too-kind and naive girl through the entire drama. And even though there is not romance, there are little hints about a relationship between the MCs.
i found this dramas very similar although graceful family was quite better. they are both about very rich families, conspiracies, being untouchable, cult like groups, daughter in the family exiled or treated unfairly, daughter meeting a helper/guy that becomes a support system. AND most of all the villans, both dramas have the kind of villan you hate to love or love to hate. they were very good at being evil but somehow they got my sympathy. in both dramas the villlan had an unexplainable fondness with the male lead. graceful family is better because the leads have better chemistry and there was no forced/cringe romance like in the k2.
If you are looking for a drama with more mature characters, where no one is 100% good or 100% evil, both dramas share that.
You'll find very appealing characters and a storyline that has romance, drama, revenge, politics and strong female characters (Go Hye Ran in Misty and Choi Yoo Jin in K2).
In both dramas you have a mysterious murder that impacts all the story.
