But he is protected as the lover of the flower deity (i sense a mistake) It seems the yang amulet was embedded in her. She tells him that if he kills her then he can have the amulet. She says that if she dies, the deity dies, if the deity lives, then she dies. For her love, and desire to see him happy, she jumps to her death....
