The young police on one movie remind me of the other movie, perhaps it is the uniform. Both movies show the young policeman trying to crack the crime, facing fierce dangerous challenges. Lots of humors

Two main lead fighting to success. The bromance. Trusting each other. Some humor. Strong will. Determination. Fight against the odd and pressure and society mistrust

Both have kidnapping involved, The mains try to retrieve the kidnapped.
