Sugihara Kohei, a college student who has distanced himself from others unconsciously because he is hard of hearing and it keeps causing one misunderstanding after another. One day his classmate Taiichi stumbles into him and notices his delicious bento. Kohei gives Taiichi part of his lunch, to Taiichi's delight, but leaves without saying a word to Taiichi. Taiichi only later finds out from others that Kohei is hard of hearing. Taiichi has a bright personality to the point of foolishness, and he tells Kohei, "It's not your fault that you can't hear!" Those words save Kohei, and he begins to change. Taiichi and Kohei begin a relationship that's more than friends, but less than lovers.

This is my second time writing a review so cut me some slack please
So this movie is adapted from the manga of the same name and i absolutely love that manga
it is like a breath of fresh air from the most of the serious drama's out there
So,the movie starts with Sugihara Kohei, a college student who has distanced himself from others unconsciously because he is hard of hearing
The one thing that the film touches upon and I find quite good is that Disabled people also deserve to be treated normally like others and do not want any kind of special treatment
The actors did a good job especially Tawada Hideya-the person who played the role of Sugihara Kohei
also they did not distort the manga at all so that is quite a positive point
also altho i liked it but i don't think that it is a movie you can't watch more than once
so it does deserves to be watched at least once if you are into BL's and stuff
I'll leave the links of the manga and the movie below so do make sure to give it a try!
thank you

Almost perfect short movie, dealing sensitively with both the problems faced by the hearing impaired in building a bridge to others to express their deepest feelings and BL. Very brave to tackle both subjects in one movie. Very well acted, timing almost perfect. I was not clear whether each had the same depth of feelings for the other at the end of the movie, but perhaps this was left purposely ambivalent. The Japanese seem to be able to produce these very accomplished movies with a refinement of feeling and mood which is difficult to find elsewhere, though both the Japanese and Korean film industries are imho far ahead of those in other Asian countries in terms of production values. Will definitely re-watch in the future.
