China has been surprising me with many good dramas over the years, far from being at the feet of the giant South Korea, "My Ruby My Blood" has a nice, exciting but at the same time limited history, perhaps because of lack of money or even the closed culture of the Chinese people reflects within the drama as far as acting is concerned, lacking expressionlessness, the cast is aesthetically pleasing but does not involve like South Korean dramas, cinematography is beautiful despite budgetary limitation, there is also a harmony like soundtrack, nice by the way, the problem is really in the performance and properly in history, in my opinion, lacked an edition to diminish some clichés and improve other aspects not leaving loose ends.
