Both shows are based on novels from Ding Mo. they are actually sort of a loose series with When A Snail Loves being the first book in the collection
Both have a criminal psychologist/policeman pairing though When a snail loves deals with multiple types of cases including corporate/white collar crime and human trafficking

Both have criminal psychologists/profilers as main leads
In both shows, the main leads solve different crimes, each of which offers more clues to a deeper conspiracy'
In both shows the main leads are trying to find the truth about a crime in the past that personally affected them

They have the same feeling so if you like this one and When a snail falls in love , then I recommend this one !

The second season of memory lost. The story continues and they begin to unravel more secrets of the past.

Both are very good web dramas.
More of all they all deal with crime and investigation.
And all the cases deal with the protagonist itself.

Sequel to Memory Lost

Five years ago both Bai Jin Xi and Han Chen loses their memory. A serial rapist on the loose forces the two to work together to solve the case. The expertise and skills of Bai Jin Xi are acknowledged by the Chief constable of the department Han Chen works for and the two, along with Jinxi’s co-worker Xiao Zhu An, Cold Face and Prate, form a team of highly skilled detectives called the Black Shield team. As season 1 draws to an end, T, a killer who has a penchant for the most extreme form of punishment, leads the police in an elaborate chase, which ends up with Jin Xi and Han Chen participating in a game T has set up for them. With poor weather, no map and 8 other participants, who are determined to hide a secret from them, the odds are stacked against them to find out who T is and his deadly motive for organizing this setup. Will Jin Xi and Han Chen be able to successfully rescue everyone? Or will they simply play into the hands of T?
