Entry music of Gun is nice . I like the part when Gun is alone then slowly slowly Plerng , Ongard, Tapao and his family become his companion ,to look it I remember somebody says after seen or heard the story of Mahatma Gandhi at the time of fight for India's freedom ," it goes like this "when i started towards my destination, i was all alone in my efforts
but as i made progress, others came forward and joined me and we became a force to reckon with."...This same happen with Gun.????

PROS:
- amazing action scenes
- the perfect main couple
- cute side couples
- a lot of drama
- a little comedy as well
- keeps you interested up till the last episode
CONS:
- irritating villans
- creepy brother
- some missing parts to the story... a lot was said or done that was never really discussed later on
This lakorn is definitely a must watch for the main couple. After watching Kleun Cheewit I never thought I would ship Mark with someone other than Yaya but Kimberley and Mark are perfection as well! They give off the feeling of a couple thats been together for years, where you can feel the love just by the way they look at each other. I'll definitely be looking into other projects this couple has done together.

Kom Faek, reminds me of anime. It has all the elements of a good shonen anime. --Good action scenes.
--Good background music honestly this is one of the best things about the show is how the background music comes on and makes the scenes much more impacting.
--Which goes with my next element a bad ass villain- nai san is amazing the guy who plays him lives his character. I loved his scenes...Also they never told us properly about what gun's dad did to cause san to hate them..thats one thing i really want to know i wish san could come back to life and tell us all lol
--Lovable side characters.... I think with this i have to admit i watched the entire show for Plerng and Tapao mainly. They stole the show compared to the love story between Gun and Anshun i just could not relate to them as many parts of their story wasnt even shown like why Gun married someone else, and how they met etc.
They both came of as sort of unlikable, gun is ok meeting anshun and never meeting his own mom, lawful wife, or sister... He is shown many times stopped/ held back by anshun....sure she is saving his life but i found him unlikable because majority of the episodes he is either sick/ or attacked by someone and it makes me wonder why everyone thinks he is so great when he always gets beat up by san.
Anshun is kind of vile as well, as they both sleep with each other and feel nothing for the fact gun's wife is prostituted to san...
Another part of anshun i hated is before gun came back she didnt even go and try and help his mother or sister.
She only did when he showed up and she had faith in him. Which to me really annoyed me as they tried to sell me the fact she is this good human being.
Plerng and Tapao have a better story line. Honestly the guy who plays plerng rocks his scenes, i was left in awe many times when he would have the sweet innocent eyes but force his expression to remain impassive so san would trust him. He was amazing, i loved him teasing Tapao, and i cheered on when we found out he is a police officer. His action scenes were terrific as well with the numchucks...He has solid chemistry with Tapao. I loved their scenes so much i will surely go back and rewatch their scenes...
Ongard, karok uncle poon are all so lovable, you can skip gun and anshun's scenes and still find this drama amazing....
Overall it reminded a lot a anime and harry potter but its very interesting, never skipped an episode

Good Luck to the whole cast and crew...!

There main couple here consists of Prin Suparat who looks funny when trying to look seriously badass (I think it was in 'Tawan Deard' where he best managed to not cross the thin line into getting ridiculous with the badass thing) and his regular onscreen/offscreen gf (they don't do a good onscreen kiss, though) Kimberley Anne Woltemas. Apart from them, we have 2 more.
The main villain is actually main girl's brother, who is a creepy guy on drugs.
Kom Faek's fighting style is very entertaining. Apart from it being actually funny at times, it mostly uses baton as a main weapon. It's a special baton of unique shape. It looks cool (just don't look on the poster, I don't know what's that there, but definitely not it:) The variety of things you can do with the baton seem endless. It also keeps the fight on the right level (not just fists, and not shooting each other to pieces, either) and out of stereotype.
Romance line is half-hearted, unconvincing and lukewarm - despite all the involved drama - for all 3 couples.
The main plot is about overthrowing the local mobster who is terrorizing people in small village and working with dirty cops cooperating with US army. Understandably I tried to absolutely ignore that and just concentrate on the individual fightings.
Though at times I had fun watching, I didn't really care whether Prin Suparat's character dies. And even if I cared I obviously didn't have to worry, as it seemed nobody is able to actually kill anyone, here. Had it not been like that, the main hero would not see the light of episode 2, and the same goes for the main villain, too (if nobody else, one of his not-so-loving lovers could take care of him while he slept). But things dragged and in the second half of the series, it all started to re-play itself.
By episode 9, my overall interest was gone. That time, someone started appearing there regularly turning into a smoke (as if this needed a supernatural element added) so I figured it was the best time to quit it... First, I dropped it, then I needed to rate it so I returned to watch the last 3 epis. And I ended up even lowering my rating.

The original was with CH7 and the remake was done with CH3.
My favourite character/pair is Plerng and Tapao. Alex played his character amazingly! I've been following a few of his lakorns and he has aced every role I've seen him play and he's a very versatile actor. I really love Plerng the most, and I think I like this version of his character the best.
Kao is also an actress who has caught my eye and she has nailed every role I've seen her play. Really love the spunkiness and strong fem she portrayed for her character.
I was more interested and engrossed with Plerng and Tapao compared with Gun and Anchan. Their romance isn't as dynamite and interesting and Plerng and Tapao.
Kimmy and Mark, honestly all the lakorns they've played - whether it be together or their own they both shine. Gun in this remake I felt was weaker compare to the original.
I was most impress with Got playing San. I hated San in the original and Got made me hate San here as well. There were some parts that I sympathize with San but his evilness was just really evil.
I really wish we got to see more of Ong. If this follows the original, I'm hopefully we get the sequel. Tho I hope they make the sequel more interesting than the original.

Romance? Fraco
