When a mysterious loner and Karate master Kenji's little sister goes missing in Los Angeles, whoever stands in his way of finding her will face the wrath of a lethal KARATE KILL! Add Synopsis In Portuguese
Cast & Credits
Hayate receives the terrible news that her sister has disappeared. So he travels from Japan to America in search of a clue. So far so good but the problem is that the movie is confusing, it is unclear if Capital Messias is a gang, cartel or organization as well as why they kidnapped the sister of a master in Karate.
The cinematography of the film is rich in detail not at the technical level, reflects well the eighties, we see much nostalgia in the objects as in the costumes.
Another highlight is because of the takes and retakes of the scene, the work with the cameras is beautiful, the brutal action scenes or the great task of action and coordination are incredible.
The only problem that persists in the movie is its script, to a lesser extent some of the performances, especially the secondary ones, are a bit misleading.
But focusing on both the truth argument in this type of movie that are usually very simple would not have logic, but sometimes you have the feeling of being in video game arcade fighting ...
As for the performances are good, I thought there was an excess of nudity and semi nude scenes, yet in love and art is worth everything. "Karate Kill" can be summarized as Chuck Norris "Chinese" version, a flamboyant action-time thriller.
