Yu Ri has a man she loves, but she has been chosen as the king's wife. But with the death of the king, the former king's brother becomes the new king. Now Yu Ri is queen mother. A group of villainous retainers and the new queen conspire to kill Yu Ri's crown prince. To protect her son, Yu Ri invites her old lover Gim Yang into the palace.
