She met at this time and she married a man in Taiwan, and she returned to Korea in 1958.

The year after she returned to Korea, she caught the eye of director Lee Bong Rae, and she appeared in 'Terms of Happiness' (1959) and debuted as an actress. She later appeared in her films as characters mainly in the image of a cheerful new generation, such as 'The Classroom of Youth' (1963), 'Women of Spirit' (1963), and 'Horse Year Bride' (1966). While she appeared in movies, she also challenged the theatre stage, and in 1964, as a member of the theatre company 'Drama Centre', established by Yu Jin, she even appeared on the stage with the founding work 'Crown Prince Ma Ui'. She also shows enthusiasm for studying acting.
In October 1968 she said farewell at a ceremony for Film Day, and she temporarily retired, she reportedly had over 350 appearances at the time. However, two years later, in 1970, she accepted the request for interpretation at the Asian Film Festival, and she served as an English interpreter for the Korean delegation, and in July of that year, she took the role of a dressmaker in 'The Good Father-In-Law' and made a comeback.
