A Night of Yeongdeungpo (1966)

The lovers part during the Korean War (1950-1953). Later, she gives birth to a daughter and suffers much hardship as a single mother. But she lives with the rosy hope that she would meet him again. She eventually gets to meet him whom she missed so much. But she was sick with an incurable disease. In spite of his devoted care, she dies in his arms. Edit Translation
