Jin Xia feeds Lu Yi medicine mouth to mouth, while he is unconscious. Lu Yi sees how excited Jin Xia is, that he woke and will be recovering. He quietly watches as she takes care of him. Looks and comments about Jin Xia's health make Lu Yi feel uneasy and cause him to be suspicious that they are keeping something from him. As the poison spreads through her body, Jin Xia questions her choice to risk her life to save Lu Yi. Jin Xia is touched that Yang Yue cooked something nutritious for her, noticing she was under the weather. Dr. Lin gives her a pretty change of clothes and helps her with a pretty hairstyle. The Dr, feeling regretful, promises to do everything to try to save her. Uncle pitches in to help find a cure for Jin Xia. Jin Xia, becomes melancholy, after asking Xie Xiao about the afterlife. later, she writes goodbye letters, then runs away.
