The Treasure Hunter is a little back to the well of the imagination. Otherwise,  we can look at a movie whose opening-fight sequence is an aberration,  with a kind of "Indiana Jones" without a whip ... How else can we look  at a movie that spins from one genre to another. The  concept of the movie itself is sheer insanity as Jay Chou stars as an  inverse of "Indiana Jones," restoring looted artifacts from the desert  of thugs from the tomb kungfu as the mummy man you see, being cunning  invaders of tombs like Eric Tsang and Chen Daoming while a  fierce brigade of desert warriors on horses destroyed people in anyone  who crossed the desert despite its thirst as a city where adventurers  and frequent tomb invaders give the film that air of copy plagiarism cockroach.
