Bull Doctor (2011)

- Both about finding out the truth behind the death of the bodies
- The have strong female protagonists
- Both have detective aspects

Both are procedurals involving forensic doctors, and Satomi Ishihara stars in both (although in Unnatural she plays a doctor and in Bull Doctor she plays a detective).

These two are both about exploring the past of the dead from a medical view as opposed to a detective investigation. The major difference is that VOICE is a story built up by a medical team whereas in Bull Doctor there are two leading roles from different backgrounds. There is no preference for me they are both excellent shows!
