Draggy and Miscasting of FL
I watched it because of the ML (William Chan). It started out strong, but 1/3 of the way into the series I started skipping a lot. Repetitive, draggy scenes. The Good:
- ML (William Chan) - while he's not the best actor, I do enjoy watching him. He's charming and has a way to exude an adorable sweetness. But this is the 4th drama in a row that I've binged watched of William Chan and I've noticed that he tends to lack chemistry w/ the female leads in every series. I'm not sure if it it's him, or miscasting of the female leads. The only person he had chemistry with was Sandra Ma in Age of Legends, it was decent but not strong chemistry.
- 2nd ML (Guo Jia Hao) who played the best friend - he was very likeable and I rooted for him.
- The villains played their role well especially Ruan Tai Yuan, she displayed an underlying creepy psychotic aspect with a small streak of morality.
The Bad:
- FL (Gulnezer Bextiyar) who played Maggie is beautiful w/ stunning eyes. However she's not the right casting for this role as a tough FBI/CIA special ops captain. She was not believable at all. She's way to dainty and her wardrobe was ridiculous - always looking like she came from a high fashion show. The action scenes and her holding a gun was comical.
- Draggy and repetitive scenes. I skipped a lot
- Unrealistic scenes. For example - Lin Jun Jie a tough agent w/ exceptional martial arts skills kept getting captured. And in one scene he was tied up and tortured for days on end, ripped clothes, bloodied, swollen, etc. Yet when he finally gives in and gives the villains what they want...the next scene he suddenly looks fine, clean cut, no injuries at all.
- Some of the wardrobes were ridiculous and unrealistic. The women working in MOIS - even nerdy computer experts dressed way too fashionable with mini skirts and high heels. Meng Lien w/ the one eye - his wig looked so fake. Mandala the female assassin that was imprisoned in a maximum security cage - yet she had perfect hair and makeup? Made no sense.
- The dubbing of the foreign characters sounded so silly, especially when they spoke English.

Action and Romance Drama
First of all, I watch this drama because I like the genre of action that include some of the romance. Most of the action drama does not involve with the romance at all or if there was a romance it might only for several part. But this drama mostly was included the romance. The cast for male and female were good since they played their character very well and they have a great chemistry. For the other casts also the same since they can do their part very well.
The story was started from Jun Jie and his friend, Yun Hao came from same orphanage and they worked at Mois together as a cyber security. They met FL, Maggie Zhou and both of them fall in love with the same women. But after knowing both ML and FL had fall in love each other, Yun Hao do not try to confess or stirred up their relationship but still remain as their friends. After their master, Chen Gang died, the conflicts was started one by one until the end. There were so many people come and died because of the conflicts and you can see they were fight and lossed the people who were nice to them. The story from started to the half of episodes were quite boring but after the end of the episodes you will found it better and interesting to watch.
For the ending, it was a happy ending and nice since FL and ML was getting married. They hold their marriage reception just to catch the remaining enemy which was quite funny to see. But FL was so pretty and beautiful in the white dress. ML also handsome in penguin tuxedo. It's a little bit sad since SL does not have a partner till the end. He just remained as main lead best friend and help them with their reception.
Finally, I'm finished to watch all the 43 episodes without skipped. It's quite interesting and challenges for those who like an action drama.
Thanks for reading ((;

Watch this mainly for the main couples chemistry!!!!
This is an average action romance drama. Though I had high hopes for this , it kind of disappointed me . So maybe I am not a fan of this but I will leave the decision to you . Here is my opinion about this drama : (it could be long , so please bear with me)STORY : It has an average story. I didn't like this drama mainly for its story. The same betrayal , revenge , parent death , reunion of past lovers and a crime cult theme . It gave me some vibes of MEMORY LOST but its nothing like that. The thing that annoyed me the most is the flow of the story . Its like I can predict the next part of the story . Another thing is the story was out of order because it didn't make sense to me . BUT the LOVE STORY was GREAT.SO I will give this story a 7/10 only for the love story
Acting : As always WILLIAM CHEN and GULNAZAR did a great job . Their chemistry was the only thing that kept me going in this story. But other character's way of acting was so weird .They couldn't even give the right impression sometimes . MY conclusion is that the cast didn't do a good job overall.
Rewatch value : I probably won't tell you to watch this AGAIN>?????? IF YOU CAN WATCH THIS ONCE ,THAT WOULD BE GREAT
Overall : It was a plain drama. if the story would have been interesting this would have changed the whole plot. But I'll not force my opinion on you. IF YOU HAVE TIME, YOU CAN GIVE THIS ONE A TRY???????

The drama should be called “The Captive” or “The Patient”... but good chems between ML&FL...
What I like about it:- The chemistry between ML&FL is good! Eventhough they spent lots of times apart, but when they r together they just clicked... esp in those flashbacks, they look like a cute real couple...
- I like the concept, drama with actions n some romance between the leads... it started good n promising, but then the villains somehow dominated n framed ML again n again, so it went to a dark period... felt like the villains won lots of times n it became so hopeless for the good guys... however around the last third of the show the plot picked up again n it got better... the good guys start to see the light again n became more active... the pace was ok again till the end...
What I dislike:
- The villains got so much screentime! Some eps they even dominated the drama more than the leads... I have nothing against the actors, they r good villains, but I’m watching this drama for the mainleads, so it got annoying when I watched n more than half eps I could only watch the villains... these parts I skipped like a lot...
- The plot went to a dark period where ML got arrested again n again, plus during the captivity ML was so hopeless n only getting tortured, almost no action! Again I watch this for ML, n seeing him like that is just a bit depressing... it’s ok if this period is only for a few eps, but nope, he is a captive for lots of eps...
- near the end the plot got better, but then the last few eps were a bit flat... somehow after all the things have been built up, the unfolding part in the end was just unsatisfying...
This drama got its ups n downs... I don’t think it’s that bad like some say, just don’t have high expectation starting it, then u’ll be ok... honestly I kept watching for the ML n his chems with FL, so make sure u really like them or I don’t think u’ll enjoy this drama... I skipped lots of the villains part, they were just too much! at least it’s a happy ending with some unnecessary weird scenes in the end... I don’t regret watching it though... overall it was an ok watch for me...

Grey Areas: Humanity Project or Criminal Project?
Pleasantly surprised to watch a drama that depicts the global problems:- the power hungry bureacrats who would do anything using the pretext of
'For Your Safety', For your own good', or 'For the National Security'.
- grey spying and hacking areas for self-gratification
- interdepartmental distrusts
- collusion with criminals for personal gain
- silencing of the whistleblowers
- the strength/beauty of friendship and trust in a team (though there're 5 of them)
The ending was too much of a haste between the main lead and his father who just returned.
