SO ....

lets start with this story .. until like episode 25 its amazing and I'm serious about that.
It is cute, funny and I think in this story there is every single lakorn cliché that i know of. There is the lost on an island, the mean mother-in-law, the scheming exgirlfriend, the sudden child, the brother who is in love with her,the other guy(childhood friend) who is in love with her, the kidnappings (which is the only one i didn't like) ... just everything.
However almost all of them have a nice twist and a nice realistic going. Not the same old same old. I also love that the brother found his own happiness that was just such a cute story.
So all in all I love the story until episode 25. What happened there ? Did the writer change ? I mean two kidnappings, two shootings and all the same. There wasn't even tension anymore. And also the misunderstanding. I mean seriously ?! Ver already gave up on her and suddenly he misunderstands seeing them together and also when did our female lead become so stupid that she suddenly believe the ex.... like just no.
But the story is still amazing and so worth watching.

The acting was great, not that special but all in all good. I love the actor who played the dad. I mean i have seen him in so many roles, i think he is a lakorn icon.

Music was sometimes distracting and just way too loud and inappropriate at times. Like you would have the sense where the leads are fighting and the music would be kind of happy and weird. I didn't mind it too much though.

I would actually rewatch this but just like the first and middle part since the ending really didn't do it for me ( its happy though don't worry )

If this show was developed a little more; it would have been pretty dope, but it was quick and some points were meaningless. It was a good show overall, but there were so many times where I was like "ugh, come on." but I mean, it's a lakorn, and they're truly meant to be cheesy, funny or over dramatic to the point where you can't help but laugh at it, ya know? The two main characters developed very nicely and the other ones trying to break them up were just plain annoying. God, and don't get me started at the dramatic ending, like I understand what everyone said because it literally crashed and burned and I was like LMAO BRUH. But other than that, it's honestly not a bad show to watch, kind of long for no absolute reason but it's all good.

sweet main lead

the male lead ended up really sweet but the plot really became an issue after episode 20 or so. too draggy and one of the characters just appeared out of thin air like a last minute addition.Meena should have been a little more assertive in saying no to all the guys chasing her and the male lead should have cut off his ex quicker. That being said, i enjoyed the father in law and the adoration that the male lead develops for meena. worth a watch if you dont mind watching on double speed to get past the annoyingly useless side characters.

This started off promising and I really enjoyed the FL character. BUT the storyline was just sooo boring I quickly lost interest. The same thing just keeps happening and it got a pretty ridiculous.
I was suuuuper close to dropping this lakorn. In a sense, I basically dropped this as I fast forwarded 80-90% after ep 13 or so. 30 episodes is just too long for this, with very little character development.. story development and with the same themes over and over again it got boring really fast. If this was 15 eps long it would have gotten a better rating and have been more enjoyable.

Spoiler warning
The writers did P'Vee wrong! I am so so so soooooo mad about this!
There was no reason why he needed to be killed off in that fire! There wasnt a reason to have his character die that way! It was not heroic at all, it was just a sad demise to this character and unjust.
Also, the death of Panu and Winai was just annoying and I feel unnecessary. It was just a quick way out for writers to tie up this portion of the story.

Don' waste your time even you are a fan of one lead

The plot seems interesting : "girlfriend's" contract between 1 FL "gift from heaven" mechanic and 1 rich disillusioned and spoiled heir.

The quality of this show is low : saturated colors, unbearable 2ary characters (Chit fearful, stupid, bad liar, too overplayed + evil ridiculous competitor, actress who plays the ex not convincing, no chemistry within the CL, etc.)

The story is poorly writed and the tricks are too rough, clumsy, basic:
- The FL Mary-Sue who convinces the employees on strike to get back at work with just a few moralizing words,
- The evil competitor who follows the good guys by car, but who arrives there before them, who hears conversations from far away, etc.
- the ex arrives claiming that she has a 5-year-old daughter with the ML, and everyone believes her, without doing a DNA test? Seriously ??

From episode 20, it becomes nonsense: a pathetic video of a market vendor is communicated to the whole country in 10 minutes ? The FL who resigns and goes back to live with her mother? Corruption is put on the back of someone just for a (real? fake?) signature? And I'm not talking about the last episodes (rush of attacks, shots & deaths) with a hasty Happy End.

So, I did a lot of skipping and double speed to get to the end of this series.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Nang'ek is a cute girl who is a mechanic. Pu Montree's character who is a desperate father, hires her (she's not so easy to buy for money, but her loved one is in hospital) to be a fake girlfriend of his son. Unfortunatelly, not the one portrayed by Great Sapol:) It's the one played by Chap Varakorn, who nang'ek is not interested in. And I understood her.

Poonphat Attapanyapol is here with short hair (except of the quiff, of course... just like in any asian drama not only thai, he's got that stupid "haircut" with the sides almost skinhead shaven, and the front part overly long). Pu Montree's daddy was annoying. If one of his sons obviously liked the mechanic girl, why was he hell-bent on marrying her to the other? Both sons were similar age. It didn't matter which one would take on management of the family firm. I seriously doubted things should get solved by a marriage for 2 years only. Then again, which lakorn does NOT have a silly plot?

Nang'ek's character was great. She wasn't the loud and screaming type, also not the silent angelic one. She was nice, gutsy and direct. How refreshing. I wished a better pra'ek for her (but she's got 3 suitors in this lakorn, so at least she's enjoying the reverse-harem situation:) Acting of the 22-year old Chingching was decent, definitely better than Chap Varakorn's.

After 10 episodes I settled in the lakorn and started to cheer for the main couple. But the "kiss" in epi 11 was a little almost/fake thingy hardly worth mentioning... Yet, she got all worked up, dramatically slapped him and pushed him into pool. I didn't buy it, I think when we get to see only the slap part of the slap/kiss, it doesn't work. There was still plenty more episodes coming, but I was afraid the quality of this won't improve. It's always like that with 'Channel 7'. They're all talk, lol.

Episode 14 has another embarassing not really kiss. Even though he was pressing his cheek right next to hers like crazy, lol. As usual for 'Channel 7', a large number of side-characters is then engaged with their clamoring and disturbing to create a diversion. Pitifully it also involves small child. I started to wish for nang'ek to get out of her "marriage", which was after all contract only.

Meanwhile, Great Sapol's character mostly hangs out with one of the girls who originally wanted the other brother. They see each other on the pretext they conspire to break up the main couple, in reality they practically date. Then this girl disappears. A new girl appears in town, says the previous girl left town (offscreen) because she was brokenhearted about the other brother. New girl is supposed to know both her and Great Sapol's character from childhood or smth. So she immediatelly says she'll help to conspire in her stead. This happens during episode 16. So, Great Sapol's character not only fails to be with the main girl at first, but then even his succedaneous partner is changed exactly in half the series. The main couple is sent away (by the "wise" daddy figure) on an improvised honeymoon, where they are supposed to reconcile BEFORE the child situation is resolved.

But first, a dose of "action kidnapping", attempted suicide and gunfight provide us with overwhelming stupidity. So that we'd stop being too greedy for a good romance. After that, it's good enough the demented "crime" element ceases. Yeah, I get that strategy.

Unfortunatelly, main couple has not much chemistry even playing in a water. There's a scene where each of them are supposed first accidentally, then purposefully pull the other into water. It results in the other person rather jumping there themselves, as obviously the cast did not want to fully engage in pulling the other's body to fall into the water. I think little thing like that tells you a lot. I liked the couple, but they did seem like they were just posing for the camera. Big drama was made about them already having slept together, while they didn't look they were past holding hands stage.

Then there's the second couple with Great Sapol with the new girl who suddenly appears and suddenly sleeps with him that really felt second rate. The mother is also born on different planet, she faints after her adult son tells her he slept with a girl (and intends to marry her) also keeps being obstinate about accepting the main girl, whom her other son already married. She just keeps repeating she's a mechanic, she's a mechanic, despite her already living in the household long enough for her to know she's also a nice, decent girl. When one of pra'ek's ex-girlfriends shows up with ton of make-up and her mafia father and her child she blatantly uses as leverage and her crass behavior, we don't see the mother realizing how much worse draughter-in-law she COULD have. Obviously I would wish the producers to give up on plentiful side-characters and concentrate on improving the main ones. But I do understand that their interest is to prolong the whole thing for the longest possible time to show more washing powder commercials instead of more concise watch for the audience.

Last several episodes I felt it was kinda still running just because somebody ordered it to have 30 episodes. But obviously we've already seen the best both the romances could offer and I was no longer interested in watching either their nonexistent skinship or the situation in the company. Let alone MORE stupid "crime" scenes like shooting/kidnapping etc...

I quit after 24 episodes, which honestly is 20 more than I was even mildly interested in. To give at least this "high" a rating. Because if I had to watch even more, it would probably go even lower.

What I liked about the series is the honesty of our FL and her loyalty. I enjoyed the small humorous moments between the leads.

What I didn’t like was the unrealistic sacrifice the Fl attempted to make at the end. Oh yeah and I didn’t like the ending.

Overall not a terrible series. There was a mixture of action, plotting and drama. Although the genre is romance, I just didn’t feel it. I won’t say the leads didn’t have chemistry but they didn’t seem to be scripted for it.

This is a filler show at best.

So many busy bodies

ok, i can accept a LOT from these drama, i mean some of the most unheard of things happens in these drama and its all in for entertainments, but i can't help but get very annoyed looking at this one.
On one hand - i want to see the ups and downs of the main characters and how they blossoms into a real couple. They are actual perfect for each other and they make a cute couple.
The other hand wants to drop this, all because the issues the couple is having is a ton people thinking its their rights to mind the couple's business. i mean everyone is in their business.
Nu, I can't stand him the most. all he does is follow the Phu and Meena around hoping to uncover something.
He claims to be looking into who Meena is, but that doesn't look hard at all. He and his family are pathetic to me. Him and his father want to take control of the company, yet his stupid sister hopes to marry into the same family their planning on overthrowing. How will that work? They spend their days plotting on either Phu or Meena and its gets corny after a while.
Nu's sister (i forgot her name) is the worst. I get it, I do....its to fill the story line, but how many ways can he show he not into you... i mean he ran away from you!!!

Tee- he's upset that his brother married his love interest. I can understand that, and it makes a great storyline, but what i can't understand us him teaming up to plot against his own brother and the woman be claims to love. He starts to think of her as a gold digger after she rejects him......HOW, WHERE???? what did she do than agree to marry his brother to help the company, which btw HE KNOWS!!! plus, isn't he in the same family as her husband? How come she's a gold digger now? He's annoying and childish to me.

Vee, this man broods through the entire show. he picks a fight with everyone that looks at Meena, but can't stand up to his mother. i mean really??? your willing to go the distance, as long as your mom doesn't find out. he's a grown man, what crap is that? he's so corny to me.

the people in her neighborhood, the only one i like is Note's mom. she minds her business. the rest are in every bit of Meena's family's issues. Thats so darn annoying.
while i like the leads and their little story. i can't take all the busy bodies all around. oh, lie about Meena. i hate stories that are about a huge lie like her parents are millionaires.
