Cute story, nice acting but I am so mad at the ending.
And don't get me wrong its happy and all

BUT COME ONNNNN....

Anyone who has finished this is saying the same thing
Major second male lead syndrome
He is perfect, nice, sweet, caring, patient, cares for her body although its not his I mean heeeellooooo
He gets her her dream job and a new apartment
He hell pays rent

And not to the male lead
Rich guy and he is just ok
He is responsible at work but when it comes to his personal life
terrible
He lets people talk ill off her behind her back, he lets his aunt insult her to her face ...
He never puts her first and yes he misses her and all but that wasn't enough
To be honest he should get shot it something for her and even then I wouldn't forgive him for what he had done
Until the very end he never does anything for her and only wants his way

ARGGGGGGGG

But overall it was fun to watch
That was my rant

SO ....

lets start with this story .. until like episode 25 its amazing and I'm serious about that.
It is cute, funny and I think in this story there is every single lakorn cliché that i know of. There is the lost on an island, the mean mother-in-law, the scheming exgirlfriend, the sudden child, the brother who is in love with her,the other guy(childhood friend) who is in love with her, the kidnappings (which is the only one i didn't like) ... just everything.
However almost all of them have a nice twist and a nice realistic going. Not the same old same old. I also love that the brother found his own happiness that was just such a cute story.
So all in all I love the story until episode 25. What happened there ? Did the writer change ? I mean two kidnappings, two shootings and all the same. There wasn't even tension anymore. And also the misunderstanding. I mean seriously ?! Ver already gave up on her and suddenly he misunderstands seeing them together and also when did our female lead become so stupid that she suddenly believe the ex.... like just no.
But the story is still amazing and so worth watching.

The acting was great, not that special but all in all good. I love the actor who played the dad. I mean i have seen him in so many roles, i think he is a lakorn icon.

Music was sometimes distracting and just way too loud and inappropriate at times. Like you would have the sense where the leads are fighting and the music would be kind of happy and weird. I didn't mind it too much though.

I would actually rewatch this but just like the first and middle part since the ending really didn't do it for me ( its happy though don't worry )

STILL A HUGE NOPE

OK so I had huge expectations for this BL series.
Because I was in love with Saints acting in Love by chance and this is the second drama where he is featured.
Before I write more about this, even thought the series is now done, I am still on episode 9 as I could not find the motivation to watch on. SO i guess that only means I won't be able to spoiler the ending. However I do plan on finishing the series when I can bring myself to, so I do say that i could make chances to my review then.
OK I forced myself and finished it, but this review still stands and there is just nothing positive to add.
If one doesn't wanna read all my rambling, here is my recommendation :
Dont watch this. Honestly just watch a compilation on youtube and be done with it.
And I did write some of this review after I had only watched like 5/6 episodes.
Let me start with the positives :
1. That one side couple with the cats is super adorable and so well acted. Their chemistry is really natural and I wish they would have more scenes.
2. The kisses. The kisses so far have all been super well acted ( expect for like the accidental one at the beginning but I don't think one can act that well, its just always a bit awkward)

OK now to the negatives and given my rating right now, its obvious there will be a few more.

1. character development. This is just my standpoint but who even are those people I am watching. I felt like Tutors and Fighters supposed introductions to their backgrounds was just missed. The introduction to ZON was super weird. It gave so many unnecessary and annoying details about him but they are never mentioned again. Like him wanting to be a serious writer and having problems at school. Till now I have not seen that impact his behavior or the story at all! And they wasted an entire episode on that! And now the parenst just seem to completely changed their minds ….
And who is Saifa (probably spelled that super wrong) Like we only see him in scenes with ZON. Who is he? What does he want? or Think? He seemed cheeky at first but now behaves like a lost puppy.
Ok but back to Tutor. Like I watched the series I didnt skip or anything. But like WHAT ? He has the most complicated backstory and even had his sister visit who mentioned his mother. But I was like. Wait he has a sister? Why wasn't he going to her for help in the first place? What is going on with the mother? Is she sick? Why was this not the first episode?
Ok here after I finished it and I wanna say what even is Tutors character. He has like 20 character changes from sassy to super soft to outright dumb to outright mean and unnecessary. I mean parading a new guy in front of his ex !! For no real reason ...? Just so he'd really get the message? But also not being courageous enough to stand up to the dad or tell the bf the truth ?
And Hand in hand with that goes the father character. The entire series he was shown to be hard headed and only focused on what was in his best interest. I mean he made his own son date the daughter of his gf/ business partner ? That is pretty messed up and then he also made his son and bf break up.
But one confrontation with the son and yep he has completely changed his ways. Do we see a reason for that or even get to see how it happens ? OHHHH NOOOO. We just get to hear about on a FaceTime call !?
Also Zon just has a character change ok ? From totally not into S to totally into him. Way too fast.
Ok also another point about the characters. there are a lot! But so many aren't introduced properly! I am still learning names and I was on ep 7. But I am still like : Right who was that guy again ? ( Yeah these characters never really come back but I don't blame them for it. )

2. The editing! Omg who is in charge there. they need to go. Most scenes go on wayyyyy too long and get draggy or annoying. Some shots are also really unnecessary. It overall drags the quality of the drama down. Its only little things but with almost every scene I am yelling cut at my screen for about 20 seconds before the scene ends.
OK I am just gonna edit this until I can actually post it. So new episode was the one with Fighter and Tutor at the beach and the editing in the first two seconds just killed me again. Because there was a random black screen? WHY?

3. the acting. OK this might be one of my biggest disappointments. Like what is going on? Did they sometimes only have time for one take? And even if it was terrible they were like: Ah we will take it!? I don't totally blame the actors for this and as the series goes on I am seeing an improvement in the quality of acting. But there was this one scene, where S. didn't want Zon to leave and he said with the most monotone voice : Don't leave or wait.. and then got up, turned around, sat down, put his guitar away ..... looked AT the camera and the looked at Zon. It just looked more like what you would see in a student theater then in a series which wants to be taking seriously. Also Saints acting especially in the crying scene didn't really touch me at all. I mean like one tear ... fair enough. But the reason for that could also be that I didn't understand where the character was coming from.
OK now with a few more episodes under my belt, it seems the acting is just gonna stay meh the whole time.
Btw I do think the kissing scenes are relatively well acted for both couples. However having watched many Bl and also gay storylines from all over the world, I feel like even the kissing scenes aren't world class.

4. The cliches. OK I get it you wanna parody other BLs but in my opinion it would have been better to parody with an original story and not with one of the most basic storylines out there. The cliches don't seem out of place and funny, they just remind me how much better that scene fitted that other series. And I don't think thats what they wanted to achieve.
I think they are starting to completely give up on that so ….

5. The directing/ scriptwriting As I said before scenes go on for too long. But also the dialogue is just weird and so choppy sometimes. It feels like they only focused on the end goal and didnt care to make the conversation natural or anything. However i can't completely judge as the subtitles have been off a lot. But this is also a negative point. Giving correct subtitles is hard (tell me about it, I am writing this in my second language) but that isn't really an excuse to put out wrong and off subtitles. It would have been better if they took their time with subs and had them released when reviewed instead of releasing subs that sometimes sounded like it was just put in google translate.
This is also getting better and I don't think there was an issue in the last episode I watched. So it is getting better on that front. Yep got a lot better. Seems like the sub issue is solved. So definitive positive there. I do respect that they fixed it and it appears there was no more issue until the end.

6. Also the errors. I usually don't mind them. Like first cut papers on the table, second close shot no papers anymore. But i have sometimes seen like 5 small errors in one episode and they should really try to pay better attention to those details as it takes on out of the series.
Ok I will say the animation is really creative. Not really necessary but fair enough.

7. Another thing I dislike at this point is the time management. Like I have sometimes no clue what time it is or why a character is where they are right now. This became really difficult for me to bear. Like ZON was at uni having a talk and suddenly he is on the street in a different outfit and hangs out with S. Like why are they there? Cute scenes but didnt you guys like not get along 5 min ago? Why the sudden montage? Is this also a joke/parody?
It kind of feels this series is sacrificing good dialogue, story and character development for comedy/parody. The issue is that in the end its not that funny and one is left very confused.

8. Ok now the overly gay sidecharcters. Anyone who has watched Bl knows about them. And i usually really dont mind them. I would like it if they weren't just used at comical relief and instead could get some more character depth but you know...... I will take what I can get. But in this series they aren't funny because there is too much. There are the four friends who scream all the time. Then there is Tutors first boss and Tutors second boss. Almost everybody they meet is overacting all the time! It gets so annoying that it really frustrates me sometimes.

9. I will add another point of dislike and that is how the screentime and the episodes are divived. The first episode was all about ZON and kind of gave the feeling that he is the only main character. Then we had two / three episodes with so many characters and couples that it was impossible to keep up and now the episodes just focus on either one of the main couples. Even though I do prefer the style they are going with now (focusing one couple for development) it just kind of feels like it was 5 directors working on this thing and for each episode someone else got to call the shots. It just doesn’t feel like one piece. Also I have forgotten most of the side couples and I am wondering why they were introduced in the first place if they aren’t gonna be at all developed.
Well this didnt really get better, but I do get that some scenes weren't shot in time and with the pandemic going on that completely understandable. Please reader do keep in mind that I wrote this on episodes even before the corona issue turned up, that is why I am leaving it in.

10. The plot. What is the plot? I am just lost on this front and I also don't quite get where the series wants to go with the characters and the whole: he believes he is in a gay fan fiction. Btw i would have liked it if he didnt just meet random gay couples in only the first two episodes. It would have been great if that feeling would have pulled through.
OK now I am still not sure what the series is trying to get across. It again feels like they either had no message or just too many to really get anything across. Probably have to finish the series to really make this point, so take it with a grain of salt.
Nope finished it and I am sitting here, thinking what a waste of time ! I mean what was the message ?! Also the whole break up thing was terrible and we had to have it. A small sexual assault !!!! I mean come on, it was the only thing i could still give the series credit for, but they went and did it anyway !

9. Now the thing I HATE about this series which actually made me write this. THE SOUNDEFFECTS. NO! There are too much, they are super annoying and its gotten that bad that i sometimes mute the series as I just can't with whatever the sound team is doing. The effects are placed randomly and without thought or sense. Like we would have this serious moment interrupted by a squeak! And some other random noises! I could pretty much bear with all the other flaws of this series but this is the main reason for it to consider one of the worst bls i have ever watched. Ok add on for episode 9, please for the love of god. The first 5 minutes and anytime someone moves their head its accompanied by a squeak! It does get a bit better but not that much. It really feels like the sound team was hired for a childrens cartoon and the just got the wrong series. OK and I think it was in episode 8 there is a random fart noise.. no context! My friend and I replayed that so many times and it is getting to a point where this drama is its own parody.
This is my most important point. Its just makes it so hard to sit through the episodes and it even makes me sad at this point as it kind of ruins any positive emotions i could develop in a scene.
The terrible sound effects in this series have even had an effect on me watching bl. As I said i haven't completely finished it, because I took a break from the whole genre as I could not take this series anymore.
I finished it and this is my most important point and the reason I wouldn't want anyone to watch this series. It can ruin your enjoyment of the BL world. BL series do like to overuse music or sound effects but this actually got me so mad.

OK If you made it this far, congrats....
Again I would like to say, this is my opinion ´.
I have seen a lot of people praise this drama to the moon and back. So i just wanted to give my two cents. And before anyone comes at me, like : you don’t have to watch it.. Yeah I know but I live to critique <3
The drama isn't finished for me so some things might change and some things might be wrong ( or I have misunderstood)
This is not intended to hate and its completely ok if this is your fav series for them same things that I don't like but this is my personal review.

I guess its gotten better

To the positive point

1. The side couples

They are the best and the cutest. Especially the little brother and his boyfriend. I can wholeheartedly say they are the cutest and the best couple of this series. Their chemistry was cute and not at all forced.
Their dialogue made sense and their actions as well. Like one wanting to give up as he was not really getting the love back and the other really noticing that he needed to step up his game when they other retreated.
The way they transitioned from friends to boyfriends was subtle but really cute.
Would I have liked a kiss, yessss :) But here the storyline didnt really require one as they are just starting their relationship and they both seem quite shy. But the drawing in the end, Im dying too cute.
Also the other couple with the boyfriend who needed to leave for work.
Totally well done. Long distance is hard but doable if you trust each other.
Dim and I can't remember their names and their fight, was a bit unnecessary but I get that it was for comedic purposes.

To the negative points

1. The main couple

If one has read my review of the main series, you will know what I am gonna say here.
They just have nothing between them. It feels super weird and forced.
In the first 3 episodes they again feel more like friends than boyfriends.
Sarawat uses physical contact as threats and its not cute, its really cringe.
Like will you go to sleep or should I kiss you ? And followed up in the end by tine saying no no I will sleep.
Like since when is kissing your boyfriend in bed a threat.
It would be cute maybe in the beginning but after a year of being together it just seems cringe.
Also the whole grabbing boob. DIdnt think it was cute on the first season either. If tine doesnt want to be touched there and says no Sarawat should respect that ! And continually grabbing him and him flinching back is a bit painful to watch. As it doesnt seem like he is shy but it more seems like he is actually not willing.
Also the whole show starts out saying that they are out of the lovey phase. And I am like , Wait they were in one ever? Like did I miss that ? Did you skip that ? SO the actors dont have to act it ?
I realized that if the show wouldn't tell me that they are dating again and again and again. I wouldn't know. The highest of everything in the first 3 episodes is a snack kiss, which they pretend is a really big deal but why ? Everyone knows these two have been seeing each other, how is forcing them to snack kiss a big deal. Does this mean they never kiss or do anything in front of people. However they dont hold hands or cuddle at home either. They never really go on dates! Not one!
So again it feels like a close friendship and not a relationship.
What I did like were the two weeks they spend apart. Because thats were I suddenly started to see that both of them do have real acting talent and can act like they love someone.
The last two episodes got a bit better and there were like two cute moments but not enough to make me actually believe their feelings for each other.
So this is my first time to say this, I hope both actors can go on to bigger and better things, but I hope to god they dont do BL again. It doesn't feel natural and they dont feel comfortable in their roles.

2. The overuse of singing

We get Sarawat loves to sing for Tine but honestly it doesn't make a scene cute and it stops being special if they do it all the time.
In 5 episodes Sarawat was either singing for Tine or was preparing to sing for him. For his birthday, for their anniversary, etc.

3. The music and cheerleading club conflict

Just why ? I get this was more of the fight between the one side couple. But this conflict was just too weird. It could be solved by just the two club presidents sitting down together and working out a schedule.
Also it was so weird, because in the first season Tine always practiced cheerleading outside all the time. But suddenly for this conflict they go inside . Yeah no doesnt seem set up by a scriptwriter at all.

4. packing a hundred conflicts into 5 episodes

I would have liked if Tine and Sarawat had a real relationship conflict and not just that shallow stuff.
Like oh no negatives comments, I am gonna prove them wrong.
Sarawat jealous and doesn't trust Tine and spies on him.... ( Kind of unhealthy btw.)
Then oh thats solved lets go to the next small conflict and then to the next.
Them missing each other for two weeks was nice but come one two weeks and they are adults and not 14.
I get being in love but that for me seemed like such an exaggeration.
it would have been better had they been in a fight before then I would get the dramatic reaction but noooo.
Everything was fine and then a partner leaves for two weeks. I get missing but breaking down in front a doll that represents your bf and having your brother sleep over because you are so sad seemed like a bit much for me.

5. The kiss

Ok ok ok ok, I get i might seem like a complete hypocrite when I say this but I hated the kiss in the end.
But I have my reasons. All throughout the first and this season I have been waiting for a real kiss scene and not come on the cheek or almost kiss.
But why add at in at the end with no context and not special feeling behind it. Kind of felt like the director saw the criticism and they didnt wanna reshoot, so they just added that scene on to be like: see they did kiss once.
Like we got a hinted shower scene why not have them kiss there. Or at their anniversary ? But no that kiss just had no emanational impact.
It again felt forced, added on juts for the sake of having a kiss scene.
I rather would have not had one if it was like this.

Conclusion:

If you watched the first series, this will be better. But its not wroth watching the first series for . I hope someone makes a compilation for the my fav side couple because I am not retouching the entire first season just for them.
Btw I did think all the actors all talented.

I wanna preface this review saying: I have not read the novel so this is only a judgement of my experience of the series.

First points I did enjoy :

1. The music. It was chosen well and especially the band Scrubb had some really touching songs and unlike in some other Bls I never felt like the music was overpowering.
2. The side couples storylines. I likes them, they almost all had real and relatable issues and were all acted really really well. The only complaint is that they barely got enough screen time but more on that later.

Now points I really didnt enjoy :

1. Just the story overall. Now don't get my wrong some points of it were quite lovely. However at the start when Green starts stalking and harassing Tine, I started to feel really uncomfortable with the whole thing. I was watching it with a friend and especially the scene where Green kept touching Tines arm and body on the bench and Tine constantly scooting away, trying to flee this situation, made me cringe and feel bad. Even my friend said that this is a really toxic person and not something good to be around. I was thinking the entire time that if Tine was a girl and the boy would show up everywhere, join every club, isolate or physically drag you from your friends, beat some people up in front of you and say something according to: Thats what happens to people I don't like or something similar. It would be a case for the police and not just a fun drama. I do get it was exaggerated for comedy purposes, but as I personally have bad experience with being stalked this drama in the first episodes took me right back to those dark time and Greens behavior was never shown to be wrong or excessive. He was never met with and real criticism for what he was doing.

The the relationship between tine and sarawat starts to develop on the grounds of that fake relationship to keep away from Green. I do get thats the whole premise but what kind of messed up person is Green that he only stays away from a person when he is taken and not when that person clearly says NO multiple times. Its like a person in Greens eyes is defined by relationship status more than their own feelings.

I was kind of hoping for some really close and cute scenes and them having loads of time together and being all cuddly in front of people so green would get the idea. But no. It was kind of a let down. The fake relationship hardly came into part and only in certain moments even played a role. It was just kind of boring and not that interesting. It speaks volumes that I binged the series last night and I can hardly remember the mid section of this series for Tine and sarawtas relationship.

OK then I guess at some point Tine finally gets the idea that Sarawat likes him and through the jealously tool that was used waaaayy to often I might add, he realizes he likes him too.
One positive point I also have to mention to be fair. I liked the whole point of Tine wanting to See if Sarawat is jealous of him to see if he has real feeling ( even though Sarawat has already clearly shown his jealously multiple time in previous ep) and then get jealous himself and realizes his own feeling.
After this point it was like 8 or something the whole series started to feel extremely rushed. Sarawat starts flirting with Tine for real but again nothing really changes ! Then asks him to be his boyfriend gets a yes later on and they move in together ?!!?!?.

Ok was I the only one who thought the whole moving in together was way too fast and weird. They were dating for like 2 days and sarawat already rents a place for the two of them ? It just felt so unnatural and rushed.
Also no real cuddle scenes in bed ? I mean you sleep in one bed but everytime they always stay on their separate sides.. Like are you sure you are a couple and if you aren't ready for that kind of intimacy thats fine but then you are ready to move in with each other.

OK then the whole brother thing happens and i actually like the part where they sleep on the couch together. Really cute. It kind of felt like a drop in a desert though.

Then the whole Pam situation happened. And I was so confused. Like did Sarawat just have an entire character change, Tine was shown to be priority the entire time ´, he did some really weird things and used the whole Green situation to force Tine to be close to him etc. And then suddenly he starts spending loads of time on her and it creates that misunderstanding. However for me it wasn't really a misunderstanding, even though in the end he wrote that love song for Tine he did state that he tried really hard to write it for her !!! So even when he was in a relationship he spend lots of time with a girl he once loved and tried to help her get into his university and tried to write a love song for her.
It made no sense with his character before and from what i read from comments, it wasn't like this in the novel either.
It kind of seemed like they wanted to add some drama for the ending but ignored logic for the hell of it.

Ok another trope that was used way to ofter was. if I win this football game / Music competition you have to stay away from Tine or then Ill ask Tine out. I have always hated these kinds of bets cause it makes it seem like Tine doesn't even have his own mind and make choices for himself. Use it once fine but it was literally so many times that i was just like I don't care who wins if this seriously effects a relationship then it wasn't much to begin with.

Now on to the side characters story line if you even wanna call it that. As i mentioned previously they had a solid story but i couldn't really get into them as they each only had like 20 min of screen time together MAX. Also no kisses or extremely cute scenes there.
And again the storyline with Tines brother is based on his love interest stalking him to conventions etc. Even when they officially meet he then starts following him around like a puppy. To cafes and even his place of work. Its not as bad as what green did at the start as he did keep his hands to himself but still !
OK now to greens relationship. I don't know if I got that right. But was the storyline seriously, his bf hurt him, they broke up and then Tine. and then he just forgives him after he apologizes. and then there is this weird scene where green flirts with some boys in front of a bus and his bf shows up and raises his hand to threaten but then drops it and its played like a joke! I feel like I missed context here but if that is the storyline then it is so messed up !!!!!
The other couple with Sarawats brother was the best in the whole series. Had the best chemistry. If they had more screen time and were the main couple this could have been really good.
But it felt like half of their story got told and in the end it just jumped to them dating ? or something similar ? I again felt like i had missed an episode in the end? Like i get it you want a happy ending but just give them an open one and give them their own series.

2. The friends of Tine
Am I the only one who felt the portrayal of tines friends at the start was terribly sexist. The only thing they talked about was girls, they dropped their friend when girls where around, the broke promises for any girl that came around. Like what was going on? It was so hard to watch.
They got better as the series went on though.
And I did like how one friend was the devil and the other the angel on tine shoulder.

3. Something was just missing
This series could have been great but something was just missing. For me it felt like the two leads conducted themselves more like close friends then boyfriends. There were only two scenes I felt genuine chemistry and the rest felt either forced or just like close friends would act around each other. I mean yay we got back together and my babe won an important contest, lets high five???! The kisses also seemed too weird and without passion. Like they were being so careful to make sure it wouldn't look like their are into it.
I am not one for hardcore kissing and make out scenes they aren't always necessary. But they never had the casual skin contact a couple would have and only hugged in critical moments and never just to feel their partner close. Even when tine had his arm around Sarawat there was noticeable distance between their bodies, which made is seem like the actors were really careful not to touch more than they had to.
Also every time there could have been a casual touch or a slightly dirty joke was made, Tine always reacted by saying pervert and pushing his bf away. But it didnt come across a flirtatious or shy, but instead came across as serious and at some point I was like: If you don't like to touch or be a couple, then why aren't you just close friends.
A lot of scenes I just really felt the acting ! Like it was just too clear that they were pretending to be their characters. I don't know if that makes sense but that is how I feel about the series.
Some of this can be explained by character traits but I still blame the series as it made in not really entertaining to watch and at some point I actually wished they wouldn't get together so at least something interesting would have happened.

OK if anyone has made it this far, congrats....
This is obviously just my own opinion and I do have to admit I skipped a bit in this series as It became too boring sometimes.

YES BUT NO

Since I have more to say about this drama I will be going with my usual review format.
However since I tend to ramble in my reviews, here is my recommendation for people
just skimming through it :
If you are looking for some cute romance, witty stories and some good laughs then I would say go for it. Its also on netflix, which is a huge plus as no subtitle problem.
However if you are expecting some heart wrenching sibling moments and some quality sibling bonding, yeah then maybe lower those expectations down to like 0.5.

OK now to the positives

1. The characters
Most characters are well developed and even the ones that are not ( as the just appear in like 2/3 episodes) are all
understandable in the actions and well acted.
Let me talk some more about the brothers.
I liked that it showed in their different attitudes in how differently they were raised. But the more free especially one
of the became, it showed that their true characters were quite similar.
Also both girls are different, cute and nice. They also aren't really playing a lot of stereotypes so that is definitely helpful.

2. The romantic interests of the brothers

OK what I really liked about this, is that it was a much more realistic approach to a love triangle ( which I ususally really hate ). In this the girl likes one brother and he also seems intersted. But as the plot goes she spends much more time with the other brother and he falls for her as well.
Later on her feelings slowly change and she starts to fall for the brother she spends time with.
When this is revealed to there other brother, he doesn't throw a fit or wants to seek revenge.
Instead he is understanding and he just shows how mature they both are.

3. The story

Ok here we have some positives to say. It was a fun storyline, with a lot of twists and turns.
It however never dwelled too long on anything and moved at a great pace.
The brothers both have their own struggles and their own mysteries to unveil.
And both grew in character, got to know more people.
Also the whole brothers want to kill each other, was more like to over story which loomed over everything.
It wasn't the focus all the time though, which was great since it could have gotten really boring otherwise.
The small storylines are usually witty and interesting.
Some are a bit overdramatic ( like the wedding couple killing themselves ) but one can't get everything right.

4. The setting was also cool and creative. Super pretty.

Now to the negatives:

1. The romance and how is was portrayed

Ok now one might be confused, since I mentioned romance as a postive before.
The romantic interests for the brother are quite realistic and fun. However the rest of the romance portrayed is very cliche and weird.
Lets talk about our main villains the two sisters. Both in love with the same dude. One gives up like 10 year od her cultivation to save him and then kind of expects him to marry er out of gratitude.
He doesn't, he then runs away with the servant, gets her pregnant and so the sister then both want revenge.
I mean I get it the dude didnt want her, but to use that as a reason for driving both of them to death and still not being satisfied and then having both brothers kill each other, is just a bit too far.
In my language we would say, her reasoning is on thin ice.
Also she then kills her only sister to fulfill this goal of a revenge on a dead men !!! I mean girl.
I though ok she just seems insane, but everyone kind of expected it as logical.

This however isn't the only time such a weird romance plot is used.
It is literally used again with the same women just that she now rejected a dude and cut off his legs ( LIKE JUST WHY ? )
so he decides to also go completely insane, raise a kid ( just because it looks like her as a daughter ) and take revenge on her also like 13 years later.
Like come on.... this is just a weird plot device and it kind of just comes out of left flied.
It also made the villain kind of meh. Like I get it she is evil, but either give her a better reason or just make her evil to the bone. But dont give me such a whimsical reason to justify her crimes.

Their was some side couple romances some really cool but also a but shallowly done. The whole amnesia tool was used which is just not my fav.

2. the parents

Ok so let me get this straight. The parents of these two boys. One is a material arts expert and the other is a servant.
However he can't defeat these 12 people that the villain can defeat in one move. Even though they are from the same school and were supposedly both amazing material artist.
But Ill just take that.
Then they get caught by the two women.
The one sister ( who hadn't spend as much time with the dude ) also makes a love confession to him in front of his wife and two kids. Like who is he, sexiest man alive at the time or something.
The mother of the kids sees no other way to save her husband and children than kill herself to satisfy the desire for revenge of the villains. OK i get it, makes sense. She even does this heart breaking goodbye and touches her kinds hand.
She begs him to beg the villains to spare the kids and him.
And what does this man do, kills himself as well without even spending a second thought on his kids and leaving them exposed. His suicide was so selfish, because he only did it to be with his wife and he didnt care about the kids he was supposed to take care of.
I would have been fine of he put up a fight or stroke a deal. His death and his kids go unharmed. But he doesn't neither.
He also doesn't say goodbye to his kids like his wife did.
I dont know. I really didnt like how they handled his death.

3. plot convenience

This is only a small point. But its like oh no I am stuck in this difficult situation but luckily I just met a man with the exact skill set that would get me out.

4. NOW THE BROTHERHOOD

This is the reason I am not the biggest fan of the drama. I watched this to see some really cute twin bonding and brothers taking on the world.
But they spent most of their time apart and even though they become friends. They never really take on an adventure together. They really skipped on this on.
so when is finals revealed that they are brother they hug and that kind of it.
Even when one thinks he killed his brother, the is no emotional breakdown.
so that was kind of the biggest letdown of the series.
I really wished we had gotten brothers take on the villain together. but that wasn't there case.

All in all good drama but the main point the brotherhood was a complete miss. I won't be rewatching it, but i think if one goes in not expecting a big brotherhood then it will be a great drama.

If you are looking for logic you aren't gonna find it here

So my typical review format :

Positives :

1. The premises wasn't bad
Like not the greatest but intriguing.

2. The acting

Except for the male lead, I feel like everyone was at least a passable actor.

3. Comedic timing

Even though it wasn't my style of comedy, I do have to say most actors had good comedic timing and if you are into this humor you will laugh a lot.

4. The gay best friend/ brother
they were the best characters and I really wish we would only focus on them

Now to the negative ( Dont be shocked if I write more here, its easier to know what you didnt like since it stands out more )

1. The male lead
This is maybe just my personal preference, but I absolutely despise male leads like this.
He is super weak, never draws a clear line with other girls and doesnt know what he wants at all.
He is the definition of all talk!
But for me he is even worse.
He uses the second female lead, even though he knows/assumes that she has a mental problem where she obsesses over him.
Its mentioned quite a lot of the start that if he were to leave her or cut her off, she might k*** herself.
He as a mental health professional should know that his behavior is only feeding into her obsession.
BTW this plot line kind of gets dropped towards the end and he tells her in their last conversation that she doesnt love him but only wants fame and money.
But if he knew that from the start why did he let her around him like at all !
Also why did he constantly believe her over the female lead ? Also he says they are friends ? What ?
Also lets assume that he is friends with her, thats alright I guess.
But why would he make a friend who is KNOWS is in love with him, pretend to be his gf ?
Like that is just not ok !
And if he knew that she didnt really love him, but would do everything for fame and money, why would you let such a person be around you and use you? Also why would you believe such a person over the female lead ?
Also his feelings for the female lead happened when or at all ?
In the middle of the drama he is like slowly developing feelings for her. However he still treats her terribly and still keeps up the fake relationship with the second female lead.
Then he gets super hurt when she rejects to marry him! LIKE DUDE according to her everything she knows is that you have a girl friend.
Also he takes the misunderstanding that his family wants her money super personal.
Even though that was something purposefully created by his own mother to get rid of the second female lead.
SO he made her misunderstand his relationship and his families situation but then blames her for it.
In the end they are together but honestly I would habe never chosen to be that kind of guy.
Also why was he a mental leash professional, like why was this part of his character ? It didnt really come into play at all.
He never really cares that his mother clearly has some trauma from growing up poor, so that she that stingy.
He never cares about that and never really talks to her about it.
He only mitigates that problem by giving employees money behind his mothers back.

2. The romantic relationship
Chemistry ? Where ? Come out I was looking for you ?
Their relationship from start to finish makes no sense and honestly I dont think they like each other at all.
This is one of those couples who spends 95% of their interaction fighting each other.
I dont mind an enemies to lovers, but they kind of got stuck at the enemies phase.
In their last scene together they talked to each other nicely and I was like, isnt this almost the first time?
At the start their interaction was fun like that and I was looking forward to the growth.
He becomes sweeter to her and so does she to him.
But that doesnt really happen.
Its literally fight, fight ... someone goes too far.
Apology and fight again !

3. The plot
This was something that started to bother me a little bit into the drama.
I dont mind leaps in logic but in this one no logic was to be found at all.
The premise is that the families have them in an arranged marriage, which none of them want.
She hears some bad rumors about him, so she disguises as a maid/cook at his place to somewhat proof that he isnt a good person.
Ok so when he confirmed his relationship with the second female lead, shouldn't that have been enough.
When the fake creditors came around, couldn't she have just recorded it.
She almost never makes an attempt in finding out more and she just works there and tries to keep her secret.
Also the supposed connection she built with people there, isnt really noticeable and again more talk then show in any kind of actions.
But now something happens which i think made my brain almost collapsed.
She has a boyfriend of 4 years and even after spending like 20 episodes with our male lead, when her bf asked to marry her she wants to agree !
But if she had a boyfriend, why not just say that ? why not just wait it out until he comes from the states ?
Why not just have a shot gun wedding with him and then tell you family about it ? And dont tell me she wouldn't have done that, she totally would have !
Because his plan was to have a relationship so he wouldn't have to marry her, but she had a serious relationship and she doesnt think to use that as a reason to not marry him.
Also spoiler her bf ( saint btw, we love him in this house even though we hated Why R U ) is gay. ( Btw also a plotline i despise, instead that the female lead has to own up and choose, just make someone gay and the problem will be solved)
She catches him cheating and cries a little and thats it !
When this happened I kind of lost all hope for the drama because the emotions of the characters made no sense anymore.
she even says she had been dating him for 4 years but never suspected anything.
Also again male lead isnt upset really that she wanted to marry another guy like 5 min ago and they get together like a day later.
The mother opposing plot line was ok but it was really only thrown in to make the drama like 4 episodes longer.
And I love how at the start he countnt oppose his mother and in the end its like no problem.
The entire plot was built on such a shaky assumption ( that he had a gf and the family wanted her money )
that it made no sense.
A drama with logic leaps sure, but a drama where you dont understand why a character is doing something because their actions are built on absolute nonsense is just hard to bear.

3. the female lead
Why oh Why ?
She is just not really a good person. Like not bad but also not good.
I thought that after misunderstanding the financial problems and coming to love her in law family she would try to help them, but no.
She also omits that fact that she has a bf for most of the drama and only has some phone calls with him.
She uses her friend in the house more than once and even almost destroy the relationship between her friend and her bf just to keep her lies up.
She is super judgy and just very in your face.
She isnt terrible but I found it very hard to emphasize with her.
Its like she thinks everyone wants her.
She isnt very open minded or very smart. ( since she never really makes attempts to prove that he isnt good, suddenly the phone doesnt work etc. ) Oh and yeah she isnt smart, because even though it is super obvious that her secret had been revealed she never figures it out.
Also she doesn't develop.
The fact that she makes her skin darker to appear ugly is also problematic on its own.

4. The comedy

For this point i just mean that the comedy took first place and logic took second.
However i find it really hard to enjoy comedy when i dont get why a certain thing is happening.

In conclusion:
I kind of regret watching this and please only watch it if you are a fan over overly comedic shows. And dont care that much wether the relationship makes any kind of sense.

Story : ( Big spoiler warning again )

The story was good until ep 13. To be honest I was thinking at that point why there are so many episodes left since the characters were well developed and already went through some changes and troubles. If after episode 13 ep 21 had followed I would have loved this drama.
But no .... after that it became confusing and unnecessary. Suddenly new characters were added and a new land was shown.
I skipped my way trough that and even ended up not watching for about 5 episodes. I thought i might not be able to keep up but in those 5 episodes almost nothing had changed and I could still comprehend the story. That is just not a good thing.

The characters :

She was nice and ok. The acting of her was good.
The male lead was the reason I watched this drama. He was good as always even though I felt he was a bit wooden at the start and in some scenes just a bit over the top.
The rest acted rather well and the cast was well chosen. ( And was honestly sometimes the only thing that kept me going)

Negatives :

Like I said the story is unnecessary at times and just difficult to sit through.
The choices and development a character made, a lot of the times didn't make sense.
For example Chris :
possessive boyfriend till the very last episodes and then he is like nope ill stop that ! I mean like what ! That wasn't well developed at all.
And her .... I mean girl if you love someone go for it but it was like she couldn't leave her bf but there was never really a reason given for that. I would have appreciated it so much more if it was her decision to leave her bf and she didn't wait around for a different guy to free her or whatever she was doing for like the last 15 episodes.

In conclusion it was just way too long and so many story arches just added nothing to the drama and it just felt like the writers wrote a skirpt and then they said ok but make this 24 instead of 14 episodes.

Positives :

Some cute moments :)
The second female lead his sister was just such a sweetheart and a role model.
The cast was funny and cute.

In conclusion :

I wouldn't recommend this drama or maybe watch is till ep 14 and then continue with ep 21.
The rest is a waste of time :)

Good and solid

This will include spoilers.

If one has read my previous reviews, they will be familiar with this format. First the positives points and then the negative ones. And I refer to them as bottom and top because honestly I watch so many BLs I cannot be asked to look up the names and spell them every time.

1. Interesting main ( and side) characters

This is one, I would really like to highlight. Both main characters have an interesting backstory and an intriguing personality which goes over the stereotypical cool basketball boy as the top and the cute nerd as the bottom.
Our top has quite a kind heart but a bit of a blunt way about him. He also doesnt really like confrontations. This is what I got from him literally avoiding the other guy just for the fact that he felt bad about something and also running away from school..
He is kind of the style do first, think later.
Even though he kind of changes later on. But more on that later.
Our bottom is a rich kid who isnt very confident. He is kind of neglected by his parents and this is were I believe his insecurities come from.
He isnt very easy to approach but when you get to know him, he is a straightfoward and sassy guy.
He is also quite open in expressing his feeling at the beginning.

Also the side characters all have interesting plots. Such has the HIV storyline and the relationship storyline of the side characters.

2. The writing

I believe this is also a positive point. It wasn't perfect but it mostly avoided super cringy clichees. Well mostly....

3. The plot and pacing ( for the most part)

Its not very BL typical for a Plot, even though the setting couldn't be more cliché. I kind of got Thai lakorn vibes from it at the start. With the whole club room storyline and then the sudden mother dying plot. quite dramatic but done quite well.
Also the characters start off as enemies and then get thrown together to make friends. So thai lakorn but alright.
Later on the plot kind of slows down and focuses more on the couples which is nice.
And it has a happy ending which I am a sucker for.

Now onto the negative points

1. Inconsistencies

So in the story we get to know the characters. However some actions that these characters do are just so out of bounds.
Our top decides to let the other one misunderstand that he is mad at him and kind of bullies him to be more assertive in his life.
I get the intention is nice but WHAT ? What kind of crappy plan was that ? And we also never really see him fall in love so that kind of get sprung on the viewer as well.
Again at the start he is kind of the guy who doesnt think things through ( doesnt care about his grades even though he wants to be an engineer, quits school as soon as his mother dies etc) but later on you wanna tell me he has had some grand plan about making his love interest hate him so he can get out more.
Also his goal wouldn't have been so much easier accomplished if he just went up and said : Hey I am not mad anymore, I like you lets date and Ill help you come out of that shell of yours.

OK not to our bottom , he is shown to be extremely straightforward with everyone expect his parents.
He as soon as his parents find out he is dating a guy, freak out and ask him to break up. But they dont ask him in like a super mean way, they just say they would like him to and he does so immediately. I was super surprised because he held on to his feeling for the guy though him having a girlfriend, him bulling him in school and later on at uni.
But as soon as his parents say EH, he is like ok break up it is.
But this is still kind of relatable as he is shown to be extremely submissive to them.
However as soon as he does the top is like OK, ill change unis then and we are done.
I was sitting there being like so you are telling me: These two guys both have feeling for each other for years and one gives up because of his parents and the other one, who literally came up with a grand plan to make him happier etc, is like yup ill just accept that right away. WHY ?
I get that later on he changes his mind again and is like: Oh right I was this kind of character but what ?

One of the side character literally cheats and it kind of cheapened their story. I feel like they just did it to form a parallel between the start of the drama and the end. Scene at a doctors office.

2. Literally glossed over someone trying to rape someone else

OK i am kind of used to it to how casually rape is treated in these dramas but come on. His friend his like hey you have a new guy.. I dont like it. Lets try to rape him.
And after he gets stopped, he screams but we always share everything ?!?!?
Its like he never needed permission from the sexual partner but more like the permission of his friend !!
And he just shows up the next day to be like SOZ we are cool now right ?

3. Missing a ton of cute moments

Especially in the first half, I was just kind of hoping for some more really cute moments that I could squeal over. But this is super minor and really subjective.

Conclusion:

Its a good and solid BL. Not my absolute favorite of all time but its in my Top 50.

Ok so as always with my reviews, this is gonna include spoilers and I will first go through the things I liked and then through some things I didnt like.

Positives

1. The flow of the story
The flow of this story just seemed so natural, nothing seemed rushed or weirdly out of place. It was easy and fun to follow along. One understood the characters actions and their development wasn't brushed over but properly done.

2. THE COUPLES

Omg yes. All of the couples are sweet and cute together.
Let me go through them.
Duen and Bohn : I think its fair to say that their were kind of the main couple ( even so all the others got a good amount of screen time ) But those two are who started it all. This couple does something I at first didnt like as much but started to find very interesting throughout the series.
Usually when pairing Bl characters if one is quite childish/ immature ( usually the bottom ) the other one is quite calm and mature or calm and strict. But here they were like nope, we are making both of those guys really childish and immature in their own ways. Duen is quite inexperienced in relationships and is also really immature when it comes to handling his partner ( This means he never really gets when his partner is jealous or when he oversteps with being super close to other people. He is still really innocent that way) . He is also really insecure which actually surprised me ( this was only revealed later) but it made some of his aversion to contact and spending time with his partner make so much sense. He didnt want Bohn to get too close to him as he was afraid he would then notice he isn't that great and leave him.
OK now Bohn he is also super childish but in a boyish way. He loves teasing and pranks and doesn't really know when he takes it too far. He has a bad handle on his emotions and usually shows his dissatisfaction by sulking in a corner.
At some points of this series I didnt quite like this pairing as their combined childishness led to repeated problems like jealously in their relationship.
But I have to say it was so interesting to watch and especially in the last episode one can really see growth in both characters. Bohn owns up to his mistake without making a show of it and Duen opens up about his insecurity about their relationship. If this was the only couple on the show, it might have gotten too much but the way the story is build it never gets overwhelming.
It also really gives the watcher a good lessons about prober communication with their partner.
Another thing I really like was their problems never lasted ages. Yes jealously was repeated but it was isolated incidents with consequences. I hate it when the couple show a problem the first episode and it just drags on without being solved. Their try to solve problems and then get into little fights and solve again.
Even the last (big fight/break up) didnt last long which I loved for that couple ! Because the break up and fast getting back together made so much sense with both of their characters.
I am really looking forward to season 2 and the contained growth they still have to go through.
The relationship isn't perfect, its actually far from it. But the characters aren't either and it shows that two imperfect people can create something just because they like each other even if it is difficult and they have to change some things.

OK now Mek and Boss :
MY HEART :) These two are so adorable. Like Men you have all my heart. I felt him hurting whenever Boss needed help in his relationship or courting of Fon and the acting was amazing. And yes the voice over can get annoying. ( If anyone doesn't know the actor of Mek is chinese and his voice was dubbed over) But I feel like if one just goes with it, then it doesnt disturb the viewing experience. However as I am a native German and we just adore dubbing all english things into german I am also kind of used to this kind of voice over.
Ok back to the couple. I loved them. They never faced a big problem and the way the got together was just so great. And the Boss revealed he also had feelings. I was just swooning. They are so prefect for each other and seem to comfortable with each other. The typical best friends to love. The ending problem was so relatable and solved so sweetly. I won't say too much but I also enjoyed their scenes. And lets just say them dancing with each other was too cute. Iconic i might even say.

Frong and Thara :
I need more. Thats all I can say. I love both characters. They are both quite mature but both have their own burdens.
They aren't that far along yet so I am hoping for more development in season 2. However I just have to say. YOU FEEL THE CHEMISTRY ! Like they way they look at each other ... one can just feel they already started to develop feelings.
They are slowly getting closer and my heart was beating in the last episode when they took the cutest photo ever. I like that they didnt rush an ending for them as it would have felt weird with their characters. I also love that we learn about their family backgrounds and see where they are coming from.
Also i just love how everyone has a unique personality and one can see each person and learn something new.

OK Now to the KINGS: RAM and KING ( get it KINGS )
This is most peoples fav couple. And even though I think all couples in this series have their merit. I have to agree.
These two what can I say. Amazing. And Perth the person who plays Ram has a youtube channel. So if you can't get enough of him check that out.
I dont wanna spoilt this couple but lets just say Ram has three huskies and Kind lets them stay at his house even though he is terrified of dogs. They play with kids.
They have to cutest development and you can see how they strata to trust each other. They both change each other.
And the ending .. The KISS I AM DEAD.
I heard that in season 2 they will be the main couple which yes please. Since they also have their own novel.
So they have an open ending but with season 2 on the horizon i will perfectly content.

3. The friend groups
Each friend group was cute and nice. I especially love the girl and I relate so much. She should really get a Bf in season 2 :) She was just really funny.

4. The humor
There were parts were I really had to laugh in this series. The humor isn't relying completely on overacting but also on just some solid story based comedy. I have to say Ram and his I am not talking attitude made me brats out laughing so many times. Also Bohn and Duen.

5. Serious topics
There are some more serious topics discussed without it dragging the series into something extremely serious. Topics like cancer, loosing a parent or a parents affair and the afflictions that can have on the kid are shown.
I really wanna commend this series for bringing up new and insetting topics.

OK The negatives :
I was annoyed with bohn und duen sometimes. Especially Duen as I just didnt get why he was not nice to his bf even after he agreed. However most of these concerns disappeared after the last episode as I got to understand the character more.

The flashbacks of Ram and King were cute but a bit unnecessary. (and yes i am trying to find straws right now)

All in all it is a fun BL to watch and it was honestly this and EN of love which got me back into watching BL and gave me hope for 2020 Bl. If you are wondering what I though of other Bls released this years. Just check my other reviews.
IN the end : WATCH THIS FOR A GOOD TIME :)

This was pretty good

Alright lets get with the program :

Positives :

1. The couples

Both couples are beautiful and so non toxic I couldn't even believe it.
Even after he looses all if memories and is a little bit of a unkind person, its not as bad as other thai drama male leads.
Even though there is still one forced kiss which was one of the only things i was a little disappointed in.
He however does apologize for his inappropriate behavior later one. So I feel like while what he did wasn't ok, at least he knew that and owed up to it.
Both characters work well together and have a great understating of one another.
I also love that there wasn't this trope of getting with the second male lead ( well in this case would be the villain but ok ) to get back at the main male lead.

The second couple was my favorite tbh. I could just relate a little but more to them and the guy was more my type speaking form a personality standpoint.
I liked their interaction and it was a little childish sometimes ( the whole i a running away to seek attention ) but most of the times just super cute and a great team.

Both couples have great Chemistry so if you just wanna watch some real romantic stuff with some action. I do recooemd this one.

2. The locations

I am sorry but when i can vacation there.
It was super pretty.

3. The development and plot

No episode felt over done and the plot didnt get super drawn out.
I was a little worried since the main characters get together very quickly but it was very enjoyable nonetheless.
It has pretty good pacing.

The negatives ( dont be surprised if I write in a little more detail but with this show given the rating a I really enjoyed overall)

1. The villains

While I think the villains were pretty well done. I just had a hard time rooting against them.
Especially the second female lead.
Like this poor women got forced, raped and miscarried a child all under the threat of her life.
And even Korn he came from an abusive family and his mom really also had her own issues.
But he also did so many terrible things.....
While I loved that it all added dimensions to the villains it made it incredibly hard to watch them loose and in some cases die.

Also that he survived that fire was very unrealistic and i think it the only thing that felt really gimmicky in the show.

Also the thing I didnt quite enjoy is that they didnt really develop in terms of their plans.
Like straight at the start they wanted to murder. I wish they would have started with threats and would have slowly gotten worse. ( this is a true nitpick )

2. Ok the make up

This is really the only thing I really really disliked about the show.
Who in their right mind hired the artist who was in charge of the make up when the got hurt.
It didnt just look comical it was also super inconsistent.
Also i love how both the women and man are in the fight. Both take at least some hits.
Man - literally 5 bruises on his face ( that change even in the middle of a conversation )
Women - NOTHING !!!

Like at the start our male lead gets pretty hurt and his face is full of bruises.
These were done badly but ok.
But then the healing is so weird.
Sometimes its almost gone and then in the next shot his eyes will be again bright red.
I dont even wanna completely blame the make up artist because I do think the director and the editor should have pointed out on how inconsistent it is. Even to the point that you would notice if that they shot this scene twice on different days because the make up on the male was so different.
I dont think it would bother me so much but since there is a lot of action and a lot of people getting hurt, it does sometimes take you out.

Conclusion :
Over all a good romance and well done action and worth watching.

Ok before I start this, I wanna say that the drama wasn't that bad. Ive seen way worse and honestly I watched the whole thing and I never stopped.

However I skipped...

Now spoiler alert is in order.

The beginning of this drama was cute, funny and great. The slowly fell in love and the chemistry was on point. And i love the male actor.
I loved him and his sense of responsibility.

After about 10 episodes, I started to dislike him and his character. He continued to lead her on with knowing that she loves him without ever telling her that he lover her. She kept chasing him and asking to be together and fight together. So cute. An first he agrees but then he marries someone else to protect the prince ( who is just so annoying .. honestly he should buy himself a brain ). He then lies to her that he got this girl pregnant and has been dating her for years. She is devastated and cries. Then after everything she is still chasing him and yes he goes to safe her but only after he saved his country. He btw took care of him always and he always left her. EVERY TIME. And he never apologized. This guy lied to our female lead more times than i can count. And even after they get married in the end he still ignores her and takes work more seriously. Honestly i wish her a divorce and a guy who really loves her, because he doesn't.

In total the story was good, gripping , a little repetitive and the whole thing of "oh you tried to kill me multiple times ... AH lets forget about ,its ok" that happened so many times. Its honestly weird.

If you are really bored and you are not really looking for a gem. You can watch this. They are worse but it could have been so much better.

The story :

The story is good, beautiful and with many ups and downs ....
some things I have to say make not that much sense but that's ok ( mostly )

The acting is amazing and the actors have an exploding chemistry together.
I especially love the female lead since she shows her character change and growth so amazingly.

The negatives :

The drama can't be perfect can it ?
My negative point was the grandmothers behavior made no sense whatsoever.
(spoiler warning again )
First she gets her granddaughter back cause she feels like she made a mistake casting her adoptive son out of the house because go his choice in wife.
But then when Massaya chooses who she wants to be with, she forces her to be with someone else and even threatens to cut this with her and her grandson.
I mean what ?
At the start she is like Ive learned my lesson and then 10 ep later she is like nope .... Im gonna do the same thing all over again .
Just saying doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results is the definition is insanity.

And then she learns her lesson again ? I mean Im sorry I don't trust her and I feel she isn't a good character and she was the only one with negative character growth for me.

Btw the actress was still great and conveyed everything great. But her actions just made no sense to me and I was like just tell her that she can leave you alone all together.

There were a it too many ups and downs in the couple life.
I mean she loves him then he starts to love her. Then he tells her she kind of behaves like she doesn't love him for an idiotic reason. then she does tell him. Then they break up again and again and again. And there is so much crying. I felt like every scene there were in together involved her to cry immidialaty and him to cry afterwards.
Just a it much to be honest.
Also I wished there was more of a real conflict that couldn't have been solved by just telling your grandma that you wanna live your own life and just holding on to their love.

Another little point I kind of wish Than chai would have gotten a bigger love story of his own. He was just such a cute character.

The positives :

From reading this one might think I didn't enjoy this drama at all, but no no no .
I rewatched it for like 3 times already and I love Massayas characters, her way of growing and learning about love.
The way she supports him and always puts him first,

The chemistry between them was insane.

And now my real reason to watch this is my favorite character and that is Pong. He is the literal bad boy turned responsible man. He is so cool and I wanted him to get to much more screen time.
He is the character I admire the most , because even though he was raised to be evil and hate people in his family, he learns and grows and he is such a responsible police officer. SWOON
And he never ever lets go of his love. ( I mean yeah its a bit obsessive but its just so cute )

So in conclusion :

Its a very good drama to watch and I can only recommend it.

OK so lets start

The story :

WOW I did not expect that. So many ups and downs and what is even happing ? But overall ok.
The biggest issue was that the characters didn't make the slightest bit of sense.

Negative points :
SO spoiler warning again !!!
He is a literal 5 year old. He never not once tries to see anything in the perspective of another person. He goes around hurting, mistrusting, being mean, being terrible to others especially her and his dad. And when they then in return not 100 % trust and love him, he gets upset. And runs away to do more terrible things.
She was as forgiving and dumb as you can get. Don't get me wrong I liked her character but come on. Her husband brings a mistress home and her reaction is to be mad for like an hour ???????
He does whatever he wants and hurts so many people. I don't get why anybody would want to be with him or love him.
I would kick him to the curb right away :)
He cheats on her in front of her !!!!! And then gets mad when she wants a divorce ! Like what ?

Apart from that what was the dad character thinking in the beginning. He never tried to understand his sons hurt feelings and later on he completely changed and started to do all these super nice things ?

One other thing I didn't like was the reason for his revenge just doesn't make sense! I mean yeah sure his dad didn't pay much attention to his mom and left her on the wedding night ! Omg so what ! That was like 20 years ago and his mom and the other women are both dead! SO WHAT IS HE ON ABOUT ?

She would have so many better reasons for a revenge ! But nooooo she just forgives her dad for leaving her for the last 20 years and forgives him for kind of killing her mom ! Im serious ! I don't get her at all !

Let me add one more thing there isn't really an antagonist since our main is pretty terrible but like what are his friends ? They support him but never really criticize him for his bad and terrible life style ! .
And in the end one friend tries to kill the other and the decides oh not today and then they are friends again .... it just doesn't make sense. Expect for her and her friend there aren't any normal thinking people in this drama.

Safe :

The thing that saved this drama for me was my boredom and the chemistry and the acting :) I liked how he and her portrayed their characters and in opinion their scenes together were just too cute not to continue watching :)

So if aren't looking for something too serious and are pretty bored :) Then you can watch two people fall in love in this drama :)

I hesitated a lot before I started watching this ... why ? Because I hate love triangles.
The whole thing about the pure ordinary girl who suddenly has two handsome men vying for her was just getting on my nerves. Especially if she had a hard time choosing and was just dragging both along.

However here its done perfectly. She isn't dumb or mean. She doesn't want to drag anyone along.
The story was just amazing. It was sweet dramatic and yes sometimes sad. Especially the demon princess my heart goes out to her. But if was beautiful. Not too much jealously, not too much political scheming ( which I hate when it comes to a point where I have no idea what's even going on anymore ) . Its an A+ story and its has a happy ending which is so important for me.

The chemistry between the leads is amazing. He loves her and you can notice it. Later one when she also falls for him you can see it and you can see her struggle.
I love him as an actor but the female main lead takes the cake on this drama. She portrays the innocent one at the start so well and shows the character growth. Honestly I have completely fallen in love with her acting.

The music was also great to support the story and its wasn't overbearing.

The only critic I have is not even with the drama. I watched this drama on Viki and if you also plan to do this, let me advise you of one thing. DONT AND I REPEAT DONT READ THE SUMMARY!!!! It's a major spoiler. It spoilers one of the best plot twists in the entire drama.... so don't read it .

To someone who is unsure let me tell you this drama won't waste your time. It will be fun amazing and even make you think. And overall its funny and cute and romantic. Im really asking how can you not love this drama ?
