After the events from All for the Winner, Sing's elder sister Mai is sent from Mainland China to find him because he should be not using his special powers for gambling. In the meantime, Taiwanese triad leader Chung Chan demands that Sing represent Taiwan again in the upcoming gambling tournament. However, Sing is away on a world tour and his uncle, Blackie Tat, searches for a replacement. Mai refuses, so he has to rely on uncertain Fanny who calls herself Queen of Gamblers. Edit Translation
