Dont watch!very trashy plot line with good visuals

I started this with some exceptations. But it dragged all my hopes down.I felt agony more than happy watchjng this drama.
1. Ml is a dumb jerk.First, he is all over fl coz she is so pretty the nxt min he know who she is .He started degrading her calling her as a prostitute. And man he is a pervert. He always argues with fl that she is always trying to seduce all the men around her.while he can be easily seduced by that annoying second lead.I really hoped that he will get a bad ending for him spending his remaining life redeming himself for what he did to fl.
2. FL is smart. But too stupid to keep protecting ml till the end. If i were in ner place i would have let the shooter shoot him.I know first love never be forgetful. But this is too much. She always try to seduce him but tells her best frnd I ca be flirty with him but i cant easily give myself to him like what does she think she is doing then.
3.rut my fav character.I dont care he pretended to be gay to not let fl marry ml. He always side with fl. I really hoped fl ended with him.
4.fls youngers sister gave me second hand embarrassment through out the drama.Like what she is dumb. She is same age as me in the drama.she hates to be called a kid but acts childish than a 2 yr old. She called fl selfish when she is one.she has a crush on rut when she know that lan and rut are loving each other.she argued with fl and tried to separate her from ml while she is asuasl flirty with rut. When she known that lan and rut are pretending and ruf is trying to pursue fl she is like noooo you are a adultrer u cant pursue my sister who is married.Like b- are you serious? She dont want her sister to be happy with any men.
I watched upto ep11 I skipped to the last ep. It didnt seemed that i missed any important details coz every ep is like lan and mook fighting, rut consoles mook , petch flirts with rut and mook seduces lan.....

I hate to give bad reviews but

I was honestly hyped with this drama, but The story line was really poor. The part I hated the mostly is how badly he treated her and she didn’t defend herself; even after all and how horrendous he treated her (she saved him numerous of times) at the end he didn’t even say thank you and SORRY!
She just didn’t respect herself in front of him and make him respect her. At first I liked how strong and rude she was acting because she knew she was worth but later just… horrible. The sister looked so sweet but psycho at the same time, They should had show more of her being lovely, such a gorgeous woman.
And they should had show more love moments between the main characters. Idk, i think the main masculine needed to be a little bit more… sweet. He was just a pain all the 15 episodes except the last what? 15seconds.
The actors are really good at their job but the story line make them seem bad.
The only good thing about this was Mook’s mom, she cared about her and wanted the best for her and even that she didn’t talk to her and tell her real feelings till like the middle of the drama when she was already married.

If this drama had a better plot, it would have been a hit, very famous. Sad.

Annoying ML

At first I was really excited to watch this drama since I've been obsessed with watching Thai series during my free time. But one thing I always notice is there's always some past lover that loves to constantly try and ruin the ml and fl 's relationship and the male lead just keeps falling for it which really gets on my nerves.
Overall the acting was good there was a lot of drama going on and the storyline was good.
( sorry if there's any Grammer or spelling errors this is my first review )
But I definitely wouldn't rewatch to avoid getting mad AGAIN

The drama lacked romance...

Where do I start...... I am someone who loves Thai dramas because of the angst and romance that goes on in these storylines but I have to say that this drama did not deliver at all.

There was a lot of angst but it did not make any sense, and the romance between the couple only happens in the 13th episode and even after that the ML denies his feelings for the FML. During the whole drama the male lead keeps saying that he hates the FML and he keeps verbally abusing her, even when he likes her he keeps denying it and the drama would have been better if they could show the emotional struggle the ML had to go through when he denied his feelings.

Thankfully, the FML had a strong back bone and she had witty comments for all the crap that the ML dished on her, but she puts up with everything he does and still cares for him until the very last episode.

Also don't get me started on the second leads, the FML's young minor sister has a crush and develops feelings for the older best friend of the ML. That just grossed me out. The sister needed parental approval to go on the trips with her coworkers, that 's how young she was!! I thought she would make a better pair with the assistant guy who is always supporting her in everything, but no, they make the older guy hit on the young minor. That part was just too gross for me.

The acting was great but I honestly did not like this drama and will not watch it ever again.

Ugh!

What an irredeemable bastard, like honestly.... HONESTLY! Nobody would stick around for his clownery. I wanted the ending to be a eff around and find out and what he would find out is that she didn't love him after everything he put her through! Like yeah whatever she loved him but omg the bar is so low for men already stop continually lowering it! Let's go down a laundry list of his sins. Shall we? Starting from when they were kids- Called her duckling, as in ugly, cheated on her with her bully, continuously embarrassed her in front of her classmates, for what? Caring about you? Made her feel worthless and broke up with her in front of a large audience. Now as an adult- After she saved you, you blamed her and thought she was behind it, Basically called her a slut multiple times, hurt her physically, hurt her emotionally, cheated on her multiple times (Emotionally and physically), made her cry, put her in danger, her was never there for her when she needed him, The night she was attacked he jumped out of another woman's bed to help her but only because she was nearly killed, sure he didn't sleep with her but his shirt was off and he was making out with her in her bed (What would've happened had he not taken that call), continually ran into another woman's arms, never believed her, continued to call her duckling even though she was clearly a swan, continued to make the wrong choices and told her he didn't love her and hated her multiple times, Pretended he was gay to stop her from getting married to you (let's not talk about how this damages and already marginalized group of people, tone deaf much!), told his friend to go after her but ended up getting mad and running to his side piece every time she so much as looked at him. Made her feel like she was worthless, I mean I know I've forgotten things but what an utter asshole and he expected me to feel sorry for him? No way, go die! Honestly a waste of space of a person and character. He should've jumped out of that air balloon at the end. Or been stabbed or hit by a car Idc he's a bastard!

What did she do, her sins hmmmm...... Love him, be faithful, protect him, save his life multiple times, support him, I think her worst sin was marrying him to save her family's house but other than help her family and by doing so inadvertently protect him I don't know if she did anything wrong. Seriously, you deserve so much more! I think you should go through with your plan to castrate the man, he deserves worse!

I was engaged but mostly because I wanted bad things to happen to the ML! She forgave him much too fast. Well done, now he thinks he can treat you like a doormat and you'll just lie down and take it. He's the worst and she was cool for a while but accepting that loser back! NO, JUST NO! I'm so angry!

Also the little sister should've ended up with the 2nd ML's assistant they were mad adorable together. That dude was great and 2nd ML was obnoxious! He also complicated the relationship between the ML and FL too even causing some of the ML's behavior but honestly dude you've got free will! It was obvious who the villain was after you met all the main characters. Anyway so yeah, I honestly wish no ill will upon the actor who played the male lead but if I had the chance I'd grab the character he plays out of the TV and throw him down a flight of stairs. He deserves worse! Dang, I think I'm a grudge holder! I also really hate cheaters. Stay married for the year don't get involved with anyone, if you want to divorce, divorce, don't start dating while you are married even if you're not in love, uncool ass wipe! Uncool! Best character hands down though is her gay assistant. I wish you peace, love and prosperity, god speed gay man! Keep making the world a better place!

This drama is just a waste of time ,poor quality, poor storyline also iam not satisfied with the acting.Somehow i feels like this drama convey wrong knowledge. I don't like the relationship between the lead characters,I think there relationship is toxic.I will never be able to love someone who treat me like that.I keep skipping certains parts because it gets boring even though something in it keeps me watching to the end.I don't say that I literally hate this drama,I do like couple of things about it but this is not the kind of drama I like to watch, for me liking a drama means i like the story,I like the actors,Iam on the side of the lead characters but this drama doesn't fulfill any of my preferences.I don't think it deserves this much rating

It's Not Giving What Yall Said Its Supposed to Gave

This show smdh. It's like going to a restaurant with high expectations and you get to see all the great ingredients and the food smells heavenly. You get to take like two bites and before you even to digest it, the food is taken away. That's how I felt about Praomook especially after finding out about episodes being cut and the lame as hell ending. It started out really promising and then just died out towards the end. You could literally see the bad editing and cutting and pasting of random scenes to round out the ending.

I'm giving the show a 7/10 just because I'm a PonBua fan. They both look beautiful in the show and have that sizzling chemistry that made them into a koojin. The chemistry is what kept me from dropping the show. This was completely different from Tra Barb See Chompoo. I know some people who are not used to mean ML's or lakorns couldn't stand Peat's character in the show but I was fine. I really enjoyed that lakorn and didn't take the ML's revenge seriously at all. I could tell he was in love with Bua's character the entire time and so just ignored the dumb behavior with the SFL. My feelings were not the same with Praomook at all. ML leads shows no love or real interest (other than lust) until like the last part of the show. There was way way too much skinship with the SFL. She had way more romantic scenes with ML (which are never explained btw). The secondary couple was a complete joke. I really would like to see PonBua take a role with the ML actually being sweet and nice. Pon has the face for slap/kiss but I'm tired of Bua being treated so horribly all the time. I lowkey would like to see them in a remake of What's Wrong With Secretary Kim. They both fit the Korean aesthetic really well and Bua is always compared to Park Min Young.

I honestly would only watch the show if you are a PonBua fan. You will leave dissatisfied but the show does have some good elements until you hit about midway. Main highlights of the show is the great comedic timing with the actors, the sexy chemistry between the leads and the bromance between the ML and SML. Ch3 really needs to get it together and take a page from some of the other channels that do great fanservice (for ex. Ch7 and So Wayree). If you are going to do a Hate to Love storyline, you gotta do it the right way.

One of the best Lakorn I ever seen.

First I would like to say that I have never written a review and that I am not a professional in this area, so I will just be giving my opinion here.

If you don't like the Hate to Love genre, you better not start, because that's the whole story. I really enjoyed all the development, but I felt something was missing. Maybe the deleted and reduced scenes gave me that feeling. Lan's hatred was not very well explained or explored as it should and in the end, left many gaps, which could be filled if there was a second season, however, I highly doubt it.

Every story had incredible potential and visuals and the cast was wonderful, I was able to feel in me what each character felt and that's good as it helps us understand what the character is going through.

This lakorn is one of the best I've ever watched, but as I mentioned, something was missing, I wish I had seen more of Lan trying to win back Mook, I wanted to see a better construction of the secondary couple. Oak and Poom had scenes cut but they got together too and what happened between Lak and Win? He liked her since college. I really wanted to see what happened.

Anyway, a second season would be interesting to see and it would be good to explore more of what was left open, but I know that the network will not do that. However, even with what was left open, lakorn did not disappoint me, the scenes and the story went the way I expected and everything, from the chemistry between the cast to the soundtrack, contributed to a flawless work, even if a little poorly exploited.

UNSATISFYING and repetitive with so much unexplored potential

"unsatisfying" is the most appropriate adjective to describe this show. it honestly feels like the writer came up with the main points of the plot and thought the rest would fall into place without actually figuring out the details. i was initially interested in the premise of this show. you know, childhood friends, enemies-to-lovers, second-chance romance, cohabitation, etc. usually, shared childhood (plus childhood romance plotline) adds depth to a couple's story. but for the writer of this show, that history remains an untapped resource. from the flashbacks we got, it seemed like Lan actually might have cared for Mook as a teen as well. like, the point was supposed to be that he always cared about her but he wasn't aware of his feelings. they explored none of this properly. also, if you're giving your characters some history, you need to remember that they would be carrying said history with them at every point in their life. for instance, Mook was often teased about her appearance by Lan as a kid and she felt unloved and rejected. that doesn't go away once you grow up and become desirable. the adult Mook didn't show any signs of carrying that insecurity around or any sign of having resolved it.

also, more than anything, what was missing from this show was the RIGHT words. it honestly felt like the writer came up with an interesting story yet they had no idea how to properly explore it in WORDS. i don't care how ridiculous the reasoning for some things was. its a lakorn, we get it. but there is really no explanation for some things. like, first, Lan really seemed to just hate Mook and it was clear that ever since he was a kid, he saw Mook as something that was forced onto him by his parents, which was true. he hated her. she also claimed she hated him because she felt hurt by how harshly he rejected her in the past. but, pretty much throughout the whole show, there was no emotional development between the main couple. until the last few episodes, it was all teasing and bickering and fighting. i mean, the narrative structure of the show was so so bad. it felt like the writer didn't know they'd only be getting 15 episodes to tell their story. Lan just kept saying he hated her in every scene, even when we should've started to get some development. at that point, we should've gotten some scenes indicating that his feelings might have changed. or that he actually feels a certain way but isn't aware of it. something, you know? and even though they portrayed Mook as this strong female lead (which she was in many aspects), she was made miserable and pathetic by Lan because she had to "act" like she willingly married Lan. like, at some point, she should have let go of him. staying even when she was gaining nothing and he was still not into her made her look miserable and pathetic. even the house excuse wasn't enough to cover up her pathetic attempts at seeking love from a man who just did not want to give it to her.

i don't know, they just did such a bad job with Lan's character. i actually loved the actor and his performance. one of the main reasons i continued watching the show was because i saw pieces of Thyme from F4 Thailand in Lan. some of his mannerisms and his grumpy attitude reminded me of him. but his hatred was too unwavering for me to be able to imagine love between the main couple. they also tried to do the, oh, he's actually still in love with his first love thing when we had like 5 episodes left, which is just insane to me. so, basically, we only had lustful, hateful, and bickering scenes between the main couple with no emotional development, the main lead was possibly in love with his first love, he even insulted the main female lead at her dad's funeral, and he still went to his first love even after having a moment with Mook. he was actually in bed with her when Mook was out there getting attacked (lol), and we were supposed to root for him? or be satisfied with that finale? it was also so ridiculous how whenever Lan would get close to realizing his feelings for Mook, they would come up with a new excuse as to why he wouldn't confess. very very unoriginal and uninteresting.

i also hated how cowardly Lan was and how his feelings for Mook were obviously never strong enough for him to not care about anything or anyone and just be with Mook. but more so, i HATED how Mook constantly risked her life, saving Lan, only for him to accuse her further every time. if he was a proper man, one time would have been enough to stop him in his tracks and think deeply about why this woman would risk her life to save him. one time should have been enough. lol, but what's even worse is that it actually takes Mook getting STABBED for Lan for his feelings to finally be strong enough for him to want to verbalize them. HAHA.

the pool scene where Mook told Lan that he always looked at her with hatred and contempt but he would sometimes look at her with worry was the closest we ever got to exploring ANYTHING meaningful in this show. these were the scenes that got me excited and made me think the show would be more profound and layered. other than that, i think the main couple actually had pretty good chemistry, which was totally wasted until the last 2-3 episodes. leaving the "cute" moments of the main couple until the very end is insane by the way. they really gave us nothing for a good 12 episodes and then they were being civil and cute and hot at the very end. as i said, so much wasted potential.

anyways, i skipped all the scenes that weren't related to the main couple because they are often irrelevant and boring. even though i did this, i still want to say that Petch was incredibly annoying and i hate how they made her, a MINOR, a couple with the grown ass second male lead. i also don't like how the show was much more rom-com in the beginning and then it turned into a thriller drama for the last few episodes. although i liked Lan way more when was being more serious and thoughtful. i think that's it.

It should have been called "when a girl chooses her love badly....

PLOT: Sinister love game between ML & FL, former childhood friends "married by superstition" in high school, who marry again for a year. Each wants to win against the other.

However, the story is well written, well done (I suffer for FL, but I was not bored). The characters are well developed and endearing. The character development is consistent.
Despite the frustration, there's not too much melodrama, the evils are even almost human, and the medical part is, for once, realistic.

The screenwriters still went a bit overboard with the ML's character (magnificently interpreted).
=> He doesn't deserve to end up with FL!! Personnaly, faced with so much stupidity, immaturity, humiliation, I would have dumped him with a bang...

The framing is neat, the music, contemporary, is not intrusive.

I rarely watch a drama twice (except masterpieces), so I won't watch it again, but I enjoyed this series.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

A COMPLETE MESS

i started this show with no expectations because of the reviews and comments and i have to say that it was not as bad as described because if one character got ong my nerves the other balanced it so i feel neutral about this show however i completely disliked the ML he was childish, irritating , indecisive and a total jerk .
Till episode 9 this show was going smoothly i did not hate the male lead but after what he did at the FLs fathers funeral was unacceptable plus he cheated on her which is something i hate . POOM was the only character i loved throughout the show for me he was the lead i was really sad he wasn’t even in the last episode. HE IS THE ONLY REASON I GAVE THIS SHOW AN EXTRA STAR.
Also i have seen a lot of hate comments about the little sister but for me she was okay she was annoying in the earlier episodes but towards the end she was really nice and i liked her.
This show had a lot of potential but it was wasted according to me it was because of the following reasons
• the leads get together in the last 5 minutes of the show even the second couple
• the male lead was indecisive till the end
CONCLUDING i would say that even though it could have been a lot better it was not that bad for me it was worth watching once but i wouldn’t rewatch it .

A Wholesome Blend of Comedy and Cliché

Introduction:
"Praomook" is a Thai series featuring the same lead actors from "Tra Barb See Chompoo." While not as complex, it offers a lighter tone with a blend of drama and comedy.

Plot Summary:
The story revolves around Lan and Mook, forced into marriage by Lan's parents to avert bad luck. Mook, in love since high school, faces Lan's past insults. The plot thickens as Lan becomes a target, leading to their unexpected marriage.

Elements:

1. Drama and Comedy:
Successfully combines dramatic and comedic elements.
Noteworthy comedic subplot involving Lan, Mook, and Rut, creating a wholesome love triangle.

2. Character Dynamics:
Male lead same as "Tra Barb See Chompoo" with a narcissistic complex.
Delusional assumptions about Mook's involvement in murder attempts stretch believability.

3. Plot Depth:
Lacks depth, following a predictable and clichéd trajectory.
Comedy serves as a redeeming factor, but doesn't compensate for the overall lack of substance.

4. Performances:
Cast delivers commendable performances.
Chemistry between lead actors remains a highlight.

Recommendation:
Suitable for fans of the lead actors seeking a lighthearted, comedic experience.
Enjoyable for its chemistry and comedic moments, but the predictable plot may lead to monotony.

Conclusion:
"Praomook" is a tolerably bearable series with moments of enjoyment, particularly for those seeking comedy and the familiar chemistry of the lead actors. While falling short in plot depth, it remains a decent choice for a light-hearted viewing experience.
