Both dramas have a lead character (ML vs. FL) who can read minds, but due to always hearing bad things they keep themselves distant and closed off from everyone but the other lead.

Characters meet and bond as children due to events surrounding a parent's murder. Once leads are together they are incredibly devoted and willing to do anything for each other. At one point one of the main characters are stabbed resulting in the other holding them and begging for help. Happy, healing ending after much tragedy.

Both are age gap romances (older FL and younger ML) who are connected due to a traumatic event on the day they met years before. In both dramas, the one responsible continues to be in their lives in the present day when they meet again.

Both MLs witness the death of a family member as a child which traumatizes them and has a fantasy physical side effect (hearing minds vs. not growing). They become attached to the older FLs who helped them, and search for the FLs when they become an adult, finally reconnecting. Both MLs fall for the FLs first, but she views them as a kid at first. Both dramas have an identical scene where the couple is kidnapped, threatened with fire, and told to choose which of them should live, leading them to state the survivor will suffer more. Both MLs disappear for a year without warning due to the killer, who is still in their lives after all the years.

So when it comes to NS, think of everything in the other direction. NS, is an adaptation of a Korean show, and it deals with the law where as Satorare deals with a doctor. NS is also more action-based than Satorare and it also has some dark moments.

Both dramas are a combination of the mystery, fantasy, and romance genres and involve a serial killer/kidnapper and the leads having a shared past experience together. Both couples end up living together when the FL is targeted so the ML can protect her and both MLs have a special ability relating to their senses (enhanced vision vs. hearing thoughts). Jin Han plays the ML in both dramas.

Both are about the ML having the ability to hear people's thoughts, resulting in him becoming somewhat jaded with the world.

Both have main characters who can read minds/hear thoughts and have sort of closed themselves off because of constantly hearing the worst in people.

This 2019 Chinese romance drama is a remake of the popular Korean drama I Hear Your Voice. It has the same premise of the childhood connection and age gap but except with the cutie pie Jin Han.
