Five Stars

He's changing. We see his responsible side peeking through and he is becoming dangerous lol. Ho treated that North Korean leader like a wolf treats a dog. He likes playing with his food.

More to the point, Kim Han Ah lets him have it. I cheered her on when she spoke harsh words to him. I could imagine he was so hurt and disgusted with himself that he couldn't find anything to say. No excuses. I'm glad he's not giving excuses but trying to own up to his mistake as a man. My fav line was "I'm not here as a King. I'm here as a man for the woman he loves." Or something like that.

AHHHHH...

The scene was awesome when Hang Ah broke down in front of Jae Ha. I was like "Please, Jae Ha say something!" I was so disappointed when he didn't but I guess he will eventually.
I'm sooo shaking about what's going to happen with Jae Ha or what they are planning..
The princess and the soldier are also cute.. -.-

Let's Connive!

Connivance... this really is a big deal when it comes to politics especially when you want to play as the hero of a nation. In this episode, I learned that the leaders of North Korea don't want to put much action for peace. Instead, they are making things complicated. Is it because of pride? Precisely. To connive with someone just to get rid of the person isn't really a great idea for me. Why? Can't don't they just do it themselves? Coward? Yeah, I thought of that. Anyway, enough for the politics. Let's go the actors' acting skills... Woah... Impressed again by HJW's acting when she said her predicaments to Jae Ha. Another impressive acting is the King's sister, Jae Shin... thought this actress is a versatile one(I'm talking about her role in DH). Her chemistry team-up with Eun Shi Kyung(oppa!) was absolutely perfect! Another thing is, I do hope that in the 12th episode, Hang Ah's father will come to realize his nation's plan to destroy Jae Ha.For me, He's not disapproving at all, he's just caught in the middle. But who knows, he will be enlightened and come up with a helpful realization. The villain,John Mayer, will do everything just to kill Jae Ha. He is desperate. How desperate of him! Another coward man! Fearless forecast on the 12th ep., Hang Ah will save Jae Ha from being assassinated, which will lead them back to being together. Some trust issues in episode 11. Hope there will be no trust issues in episode 12. Jae Ha cares and loves Hang Ah, I am sure of that.

OMG 4 RLZ!

H2K is my fave drama right now. I think this is very much going 2 the top of my list. I luv how Lee Seung Ki goes from calm to psycho in the blink of an eye. It is the best. He is an amazing actor. If only we had actors like that in America. OH wait we do, but not enough 4 me to rly care. Well after chasing that rabbit. I luv Kim Hang Ah's dad. He is so right on in picking the guy 2 watch. He (besides the leads) is my fave character. He is so able to show his disappointment w/o even saying a word to Lee Jae Ha. They totally should have done a flash back 2 when her dad was asking Lee Jae Ha to take care of her. That would have made that moment just a little bit better. I can't wait to see what King Hang Ah is going to do to protect her man that she is pretending she doesn't want. Bring on the next epi. I am like so rdy!

Thrilling and heartbreaking

It is thrilling to see Jae Ha go to North Korea to be with the woman he loves at her sadest, but it was heartbreaking to watch Hang Ah break down over the loss of their baby. I wish she had let Jae Ha comfort her, but I can understand why she doesn't trust him...or maybe it is that she doesn't trust herself not to just let go and be with him even after he has treated her like crap in the past. Do you get the since that he wants to down play how much she means to him so that they can't use her against him? I think what he really wants to do is just take her away from it all and live happily ever after, but he has tons of responsibility. Anyway, I'm hoping for a happy ending love fest...hope I get it.
AAAHHH...Jae Ha's mother helping him trick that jerk, Secratary Eun. I think this has been mentioned in one of the other reviews. How did Si Kyung come from that guy???
Oooohhhh...Si Kyung...can you get any cuter and more loyal. What a beautiful man!!! and his interaction with the princess is pricelss!!!
Looking at the previes for next episode there is gonig to be some Hang Ah action...and I'm ready for it!!!

How do survive till the end?

So my most worrisome question is whether or not I will survive till the end of this drama...
I will start with my favourite subject of this episode, and actually of the whole drama (as much as possible ^^) Eun ShiKyung... This man is out of this world, do these kind people really exist in the world? I adore this person so much, I wish to meet him in the real life... His loyal, calm, mild, gentle heart just drives me crazy... I hope he ends up very happily with the princess ^^
HangAh's reaction to the news of miscarriage broke my heart, and though I totally understood her father trying to cheer her up by talking and talking, I was begging him to just shut up (in my mind) and leave her alone.
Oh, secretary Eun, are you even a person or a trash? Wow to your worldview (I wonder if he really is ShiKyung's father, how could a trash like that raise a miracle like ShiKyung?) So sacrificing the woman and living calmly after that is your ideal portrait of a king? You evil, pitiful, old man... I am glad he's dealing with JaeHa, and when I heard JaeHa's answer to his 'advice' I started adoring JaeHa too, now I am seeing him as a man who is ready to protect his woman!
Then again change to Shi-Kyung and the princess...kyaa~ for this scene... haha~ innocent ShiKyung... dropping the princess like a hot rock on the bed... pffft~ you cute guy...^^
And change to his loyal soldier self with the king, I just loved how he looked at JaeHa so proud and admiring with his King! You're gonna do what I'm thinking you're gonna do, riiight? ^^
North Korea... Oh my gee... did you just bring in a wounded and totally broke woman into your office showing her a video where everyone calls her bad things to anger her and make her tell... what?... the truth?... what truth?... I'm wondering what the general was expecting to hear from her... that JaeHa raped her or what? This is precisely why I love HangAh's character, while being a soldier and patriot, she is also a person and first of all a proud woman! Way you go girl!
Oh~ Yeah~ JaeHa is playing spy-spy games with the secretary, kickass... haha~ I love he has his mother helping him with the plan, the scene between them was SO touching...
Oh, my, JaeHa is crossing the border (did you hear his comic comment to ShiKyung not to protect him for the medal?.. you just have to have a badass sense of humor to crack a joke at that moment, your Majesty!) He passes the border!!!
But we all know that this is NOT the most scary part for the king, right? The meeting with HangAh is the most difficult part (tell me about more than 20 guns pointing at your face).
Oh, crap... when HangAh told him that even hatred is a feeling she doesn't have for him and she hates only herself for believing in him so many times (and in the corner of my mind I am wondering what else in the box under the cosmetics...). And then she begins her talk about the child... and I'm weeping... I'm sure JaeHa would weep and become dirt under her feet if he thought that would help him to be forgiven (I honestly believed that when I saw his face looking at her so gently with tears in his eyes...)
The call of secretary... (did I like this old man for this moment? oh my) Even if he's a traitor he gave JaeHa the chance to believe in himself, I'm thankful to him.
Oh~ how could an episode pass without creepy magic trick from BongGu-shhi...
Confrontation of North and South... I was watching JaeHa's face and telling him, don't say anything stupid, fella, and he just has to call himself a psycho :D LOL, you're the bomb, man!
Yay~ for the return of HagAh the soldier and protector of her man! Can't wait to go home and watch 12th episode, this show is seriously messing with my mind...

exhilarating!

I have watched the whole episode seated on the edge of my chair. I haven't fallen from it simply because I didn't want to miss a scene, but there are several exhilarating moments in this episode which call for a loud thud.
Oh, the joy! Jae Ha's really doing it: he's becoming the best king ever, as Shi Kyung loyally assures. His clever deceit to the expense of secretary Eun has made my day. I loved the scene in which the supposed redecoration material brought to the king's office suddenly morphs into cameras and you know he's going to make a grand announcement. Awesome. My heart's swollen.
And all this with the complicity of the queen mother. Did I mention how I adore all the involved relatives?
But the part I personally prefer is how Jae Ha is all brave and stoic and king-like in crossing that dangerous yellow line, when in fact the confrontation he dreads the most is the one with Hang Ah. And, not surprisingly, among all the high stake political moves, convincing Hang Ah is the only failing one.
Brave, proud, sweet Hang Ah. As a viewer I obviously want these two to love each other and erase whatever complication in their relationship, but as a woman I can understand Hang Ah's feeling and honour her behaviour in such a situation.
Shi Kyung and the princess deserve a mention (or ten) too. How sweet are they? I had to laugh out loud at his clumsy attempt at being at the same time respectful as a guard and courteous as a man, all resulting in him dropping the princess on the bed like a sack of flour. hahahahahahaha Adorable.
