Both shows about law firms were the lawyers blur the line between good and evil and seek justice in their own way in their own way. Both FL and ML of each show are badass and have vendettas, goals they want to obtain, and must mutual team up with the other lead to fight the common enemy. Both shows are witty, the romance is their but not overtly, it's more of a push and pull/ sparks fly dynamic.
Both male leads fell harder for the female lead
Strong female leads who approach romantic relationships casually
Both female leads are lawyers
Both female leads are the stronger one in the relationship

Both dramas are female-character driven, have a significant immersion in the legal world (Hyena more because it's about lawyers) and deal with dark greys. Having said that, the story feels much more fleshed out in Misty, the background and the characters are better explored.
Hyena feels like a very ambitious trial to deliver a 3D story, but only a few characters get to that level - the casting was amazing, the chemistry was off the charts, and not just for the OTP, but also for the support characters, this elevates the entire drama and makes it more entertaining.
Misty is more on the realistic side and overall a darker tone, and acting is also excellent.

Similar dynamic between the two main leads.
Prosecutors vs. Lawyers
Both strong female leads
Both with main villain leading on from the shadows as a higher-up
Enemies to "lovers," though I hesitate to use lovers. Slight romance, but its more of a bond beyond words. Definitely respect, or unspoken romance at least.
High action, high stakes. Love the satisfaction from both sides winning their respective cases.

Both are courtroom dramas. Romantic relationship between the main leads who are both lawyers. Hyena has more comedic elements and cases while Lawless attorney also has comedy but is more serious and more complicated villain but both keeps you on the edge of your sit. Also, if you're searching for a strong female character then say no more and click on lawless attorney.
The female lead is a strong lawyer, great at her job in both dramas. The female leads of both dramas are similar IMO, two badass working women, In Hyena, the female and male lead have a lot of chemistry and there is a romantic undercurrent through the whole drama. In Good Partner, the husband cheats on the female lead and the story follow her divorce and revenge on the husband and mistress.
Both have bold and passionate FLs who do law their way. FL's who are dominant vs. their ML's who are submissive.
Both FLs are from disadvantaged backgrounds compared to the ML's who were born with a silver spoon.
MLs who try to find their independence away from their meddling family history.
MLs who support FLs but through actions, not through words
Fighting, tensions, and bickering in their relationship
Multiple cases per show, with one prominent issue that ties into the character's story.
Both are law-focused but emphasize romance and their dynamic with the ML more.
