i am shooketh by how confronting and brutally honest this drama presents itself, LOL!

okay the brutally honest and upfront approach of this drama is very charming and a breath of fresh air, LOL!mainly comes from the character of the second BFF of the FL who's very brutally honest and realistic. she's the one who's already married to a rich guy but has a dysfunctional marriage in a sense that her husband is a cheater, and after years of marriage she still doesn't divorce him because his wealth and status benefits her, and they sleep separately but at the same time she also cheats on him in return LOL. what a fckin mess.then the other best friend of hers, she's kinda the naive type, and is not adventurous enough in the bedroom, but her boyfriend is not one without fault, because it seems like he fails to satisfy her during their intimate sessions LOL and he keeps pushing her to make more efforts. what a jerk.on the other hand we have our lead couple who vibrates similar sexual energy, and has been dating each other for 12 years since high school (childhood bestie), but totally broken up and stayed friends since 3 years ago.these days she's sexually frustrated of being single in her 30s and not getting laid LOL, so his simple and usual skinship triggers her erogenous zones, haha. after getting the advice from her second BFF about just being upfront with him about wanting one-night-stand, then she spat it out, and at the end of ep. 2, he accepted and they had sex.in the beginning of ep. 3, she woke up without him on the bedside, as he had left to watch a movie alone that he has booked earlier. frustrated with that, they clarified their status and both agreed to just be "friends with benefits", a.k.a. sexual partners with no strings attached.all the while we also get glimpses about how she still loves him, but their values problematically don't match. he's the kind of person who refuses the idea of marriage at all costs, and she's someone who wants to settle down. basically two people who are not bound to last.i particularly liked the narrations and flashbacks to their previous 2 breakups so far (they broke up 5 times and reconciled 5 times in total before calling it quits). the first time was when she spat out the word "let's break up" to him out of anger, thinking he will console her, but he didn't so it just went on like that. and the second time was when he desperately needed a time-alone, and she didn't understand it or respected it and she forced him to be with her right away, and when he refused, she broke up with him.these two incidents easily hit home with me, LOL. i was with my first boyfriend when i was as this childish (and rightfully young), and it got tiring because the break up was more than i could count LOL.honestly, the kind of narrations that we get to their previous breakups are only from her POV. i would really love it if they can also give us a glimpse of what he felt at the time during their previous breakups too, i think it'd help shed some light on the man's inner thoughts. also, we had a scene where he works as a screenwriter, and at one night, there's a new upcoming writer who came to his house being all upset about how her serious medical drama script got butchered into a rom-com in a hospital setting. and he was acting very cool-headed and nonchalant about reworking the script according to the request by the production company without protesting that decision in one bit.there's definitely more to his character. i personally find his character to be interestingly mysterious and complex, at the same time quite simple-minded, and i really hope they flesh out enough about him. jebal writer-nim!

There's No Such Thing As Just Sex Partners

We get to see more into Seok Hyun and why he acts like the way he does. Still no love triangle yet, which disappoints me but the relationship with Ji Hoon and Yeol Mae now has a foundation which is good. But we can see that Seok Hyun wants more out of the relationship but out of pride won't say so because he thinks that Yeol Mae wouldn't agree. Seok Hyun is different. He irrates me on some levels with his coldness and indifference but on other levels I freaking want to have his babies :P. Yeol Mae's two friends are hilarious again. The whole convo about the underwear had me cracking up, I was like WTF!!! I think I may take a peek at the next episode without the subs just to get an idea of what happens next because I can't wait!

so good *_*

Love how they're fleshing out Seok Hyun's character and giving him depth. I'm soooo glad Ji Hee gets to address the pervyness of her relationship with the doctor -_-' I see love in her future with a cute boy that chases after a bus to tell her how beautiful and sexy she is :). Also I am so loving how candid Seok Hyun and Yeol Mae are when they discuss their sex contract, it's refreshing! I am absolutely gaga over this drama can't wait for the next one to be subbed!!
