If you like suspense, mystery and psychological dramas, then you will enjoy these two for sure! To start with, White Christmas and Liar Game may not have the same story, but they surely follow the same concept. You will see a lot of mastermind situations, psychological domination, twist plots, a lot of lies said and also you get a lot of suspense when they decide to trust or not a friend or person.

Both are about retired con artists who decide to make comeback for revenge. Both are based on famous manga.

It has the same suspense-like plot that'll keep you curious of what'll happen next. Not to mention that the details needed to make such interesting dramas have to be carefully thought out and without any mistakes.
Also, both dramas trigger something in you that makes you think further. Makes you wonder, if you'd be in some similar situation, what would you do?
Highly recommended, both of them!

Liar Game doesn't have gore scenes and deaths but both have "games" that require being smart. They also have this protagonist that wants everyone to win.

Want more mind boggling series that gets you hooked on the first episode? SPEC is definitely your next drama to watch. If you like Toda in Liar Game, you'll love her in SPEC.

In both shows you basically have to trust each other to win. Of course there are people who just like to see the world burn and are only looking out for themselves. We have the hero protecting the damsel but can we really trust him? Engaging and intriguing- you will be glued until the last second.

Really intelligent shows. Main characters are geniuses. Twists and turns are very interesting. Both have Erika Toda as main actress.
