Both dramas start off quite similar; you're thrown in the middle of a mystery. Basically two dark crime/thriller dramas about clones. Both dramas have an anti-hero, who you end up empathizing with.

Both dramas feature multiple human clones. In orhan black clones are female and played by same actress. Tense situations in both.

Both dramas deals with the idea of progress and the problem of clones or designer babies.
