The similiarity, both drama are about con artists. While in confidence man, they work in 'team' and lean more on comedic genre. But these two drama have unpredictable tricks and plots, both are absolutely genius and worth watching.

Both are Japanese dramas who deal with swindlers and their victims. Both have one or more lead character(s) that has some kind of trauma from their past.
Sagideka is more focused on swindlers that use phone calls to trick people

They basically follow the same theme: revenge for family. And both have a little bit of romance in.
