This is really educational as well as funny
They are so sweet to each other no matter what they do, the bromance is everywhere, I even love Smiley PD ! The cast members are very kind to each other. Despite the pandemic, the came up with so many ideas, which is actually commendable. It was my first variety show ever and I must admit that I watched it because of Seonho but I love the entire cast! I later watched other variety shows too check if they were always this nice but I didn't feel the same about the other shows. The best variety show award was well deserved.
Now, about my favourite on-screen brothers:
Moon Se Yun is attentive and super funny, Ravi is random and talented, Dindin is smart and cute, Kim Jong Min is Kim Jong Min ahaha Yeon Jung Hoon is so passionate and fit! Kim Seon Ho is a mystery because you feel like he messes up everything with his clumsiness but he somehow manages to eat and sleep most of the time lol
They made me laugh so much and I learnt a lot about Korea in this show!
Well done to the whole cast and to the PDs and writers

Amongst the BEST Variety show out there
July 2024sadly 2023 and 2024 thus far for 2D1N nothing really stands out except for when they had guest invited ( Big bro, skater vs swimmer, NewJeans and Olympics )
Hopefully the revamp will bring in some new blood and fresh ideas .....
if they did what they did 2019 ...... as in a BIG revamp
Keep KJM and MSY .... and let go of the other two .... IMHO
Free up member space to refresh the 4 spots available
Inwoo - watching the last one year I can tell he is tiring out plus with the success of MYH... I am guessing he wants to get more dramas before he leaves for Military service. Plus the Year End healing trip you could sense the tension between him and BSY... sighs
DinDin- as much as he is the antagonist .. there is only so much the audience can take his nonsense
YSH- absolutely no chemistry with any of the members .... your typical Noob ... either here nor there and he doesn't drive so major minus points
JYH- An actor first and foremost .... he lasted 4 years which I think is pretty damn good
Would Love to see something NEW FRESH and EXCITING with the upcoming revamp plus the new PD Joo Jong Hyun is pretty funny and engaging
pretty much what I wish for ..... fill the 4 spot with new people
(fingers cross ) ???
PS : watch the big brother episodes .... I think the ALUM from TNJTTW could be a hot candidate for one of the positions
S3 is by far STILL the best Season !!!! ... nothing can top the chemistry and game ideas by all 3 PDs ( if you look pass the Sex offender's presence! URGH !!!! )
==============================================================================================
A lot has happened since the start of 1 Night 2 Days’ Season 4 in December of 2019. Again, just like every other seasons, controversy and drama followed this season’s cast of members. The wrongful ending of Kim Son Ho is something that many will always regret, as it turns out that he wasn’t the villain in his real-life drama; The criminal case of Ravi, a former beloved member, that adds another blurred face and erased episodes to the show’s archive; And the departure of the amazing Bang Geul Yi that a lot of us was, and some still, very sad about. There was a dread, a fear, that Season 4 is coming to an end. I know we all felt that way at one point. However, as Arsenal fanbase said, I trust the process and keep watching. Now, I can confidently say that I have found my weekly dose of happiness back. Gone are the ghost and fears of the past. This Season 4 is staying in my watch list.
When they announced that Na In Woo is joining the team, I was excited. One particular video about how he wanted Kim Jong Min to invite him to the show that was spreading like wildfire had fueled my excitement. You can see that he’s a real fan and genuinely wanted to be a part of the show. And, honestly, he’s not disappointing at all. He was a little awkward at first, but I can see a lot of variety show potential in him. Then Lee Jeong Gyu came along. As he is someone who’s not new to 1 Night 2 Days, I put my trust in him to keep the show running and he, too, is a great addition.
However, when I heard about Yoo Seon Ho, I was puzzled. First of all, he’s way younger than the members. I was doubtful of how he could match the older members. I was also not familiar with him as I didn’t watch his popular drama. Therefore, I was pleasantly surprised when he was funny from the get go. Maybe having Na In Woo as a senior in the same company made him a little more comfortable filling the maknae role. But, I think, it was his personality that blend in seamlessly with the older members. He’s not afraid to challenge them, not shy to went up against everyone, and very competitive. One thing I do enjoy from these cast members is that Kim Jong Min often really took the role as the experienced senior of the show. His know-hows, as silly as they may seem, put him in the spotlight and earn him respect from the other members. I like this Kim Jong Min better.
I know a lot of fans still yearning for former members, previous seasons dynamic, but I personally think that it’s unfair to the show if we keep on comparing this seasons with its predecessors. This brand new Season 4 has its own unique OB v. YB dynamic, Married Men v. Bachelor competition, Dindin versus everyone, even Yeon Jung Hoon and Kim Jong Min war. It may not be the same with Jong Min – Jun Ho silliness or Adequate v. Less Adequate team competition, but it definitely has its own charm. For me, I love how the younger members are more comfortable in engaging with the older ones, but not to the point of disrespect.
Team YB has evoke the competitiveness of team OB and made games a lot more challenging and fun. I admit, sometimes Dindin went a little overboard in his little boy tantrum, but it’s just a character that he’s portraying in the show and not his real self.
Their brotherhood isn’t always rainbows and butterflies. At the end of the day, they managed to patch things up and it even strengthen their bonds. Oh, how dramatic I am. But it’s true, and you know it. My point is, this brand new Season 4 is still 1 Night 2 Days.
There are still beautiful places, fun games, funny twists, heart-warming brotherhood, and nerve-racking bokbulbok. Kim Jong Min is still the main babo of the show. Watch it, laugh and enjoy it, but don’t take it seriously. It is a variety show after all.

Entertaining & Funny- You Won't Notice an Hour Went By!
I was skeptical to try this show in the beginning because I haven't watched the previous seasons at all, but I gave it a try because I know most of the new cast for this season. AND boy was I surprised! I LOVE it! I have been binging it for two days and not a single episode was boring. The episode just flies by and it's already an hour, which I really didn't expect. Here are the good things I like:
1. The chemistry between the new cast
2. Fresh vibes from the cast interactions (2 comedians, 2 actors, 2 singers- a very interesting combo)
3. Fun and unique themes for the episodes (and the games they play)
4. The locations are pretty and have deep meaning
5. VERY FUNNY JOKES!!
The only bad thing is watching them eat the specialty foods so deliciously. :((
Overall, a very good variety to watch every week! I personally think that it's better than the other Korean variety shows airing right now based on the 9 episodes I have watched so far. It's my #1 go-to Korean show right now and I'm getting sad that there are only 31 episodes out so far, so I have to enjoy the episodes slowly before I catch up. I really recommend for anyone looking for a fun hour with plenty of laughs!

Great light hearted variety show to watch
Edit: very sad to see KSH leave due to the scandal. Really enjoyed the HORAVI duo. They had so much chemistry as a team of 6 and to see him leave really Pains my heart. The edits on ep93 were so heartbreaking where you can see ksh being edited out despite being in that ep. For now I’ve stopped watching 2d1n for awhile. Maybe I’ll continue again after I get over this heartbreak.
This is one great light hearted variety show to watch during your free time! I've watched a few episodes of S1-S2 in the past but always couldn't get around completing the subsequent episodes and eventually found myself dropping 2d1n completely. Until recently, I ran out of variety shows to watch and wanted to give the latest S4 a go and I wasn't disappointed!
The start of S4 was a bit awkward as the members were new to each other and probably only starting to know each other but the chemistry and synergy among the members picked up after the first 10 episodes or so. Almost every episode is so funny!
We have Din Din who's an absolute trouble maker who makes the whole show funny with his chaotic energy. And then there is also Se Yeon who's also a great comedian/entertainer who's able to inject funny notions here and there. I also like how the whole cast is almost family-like and share really great chemistry, you'll never see them disrespecting Jong Min and Jong Min is just so mild and random, haha. Ravi is probably one of the aces but you can spot him giving in (maybe out of respect?) during some games to the hyungs which I found was sweet and nice. Seon Ho is totally an eye candy and you really cannot get enough of how silly he is in the show? And then there's our cool dad Jung Hoon who's always so calm and cool about things.
In all I think they casted the right people for S4 and I really enjoyed the episodes so far!

So entertaining !
I have just discovered the show and I simply love it! What a nice way to discover Korea with those happy guys. The season 4 introduces new members and are really well chosen : shy like Kim Seon Ho, badass like Dindin, witty like Seyoon ( I quote my favourite ones ;), different ages but great chemistry. Look at them guessing Ramyeon brands, dancing with kpopstar Taemin or making Kimchi with old ladies... Love also PD smiley and the whole staff behind. For me, it's the world best variety show! We should have something like this in Europe too.

Please watch this!!! Best variety show ever
There is a reason why I said it is the best. It is not just all laughter. It is more like a joyful family that is embracing us through their actions. The crew has amazing chemistry and the best producer. Unlike other shows where women are objectified and that is made "funny" or body shamming or shamming in any sort of way is normalized and laughed upon, this program makes us realize that it is not necessary for a show to have these elements to succeed. Give this show a go and I am sure 99% of you will love it, the rest of the 1%.........I'm sorry you were born without a sense of humor ?Was this review helpful to you?
Happy Pills for Weekend.
Great show. I'm a fan since season 2. Season 4 is when the members are more respectable towards each other. They took some time to warmed up and be close to each other (awkward in 3-5months earlier episodes. Kim Jong Min is still hilarious. My fav is still s3, but this season is good too. Ravi and Se Yoon make a great mukbang. DinDin's tenacity can be quite irritating to watch sometimes (personal view). Jung Hoon is the ajuhssi and more laid back similar to the late Joo Hyuk except he didn't get teased into oblivion by the juniors. Seon Ho is the visual, and holds the lucky card in game of chance.Anyways, let's hope they don't replace all of the members and PDs bcs of KSH scandal or I'm going to throw hands. Kim Jong Min needs to STAY.

Slowly I fell in love with the new cast
I used to love 2D1N with the cast from the season 3. I haven't watch the previous seasons and I started watching the show only because Yoon Shi Yoon was in there. Later, I stayed because it was fun, so when it was over, I was really sad, since it was my happy place. Then, it came the announcement of a new season, with a new cast and I had my doubts. Not because of the cast (I only knew Seon Ho then from the new ones), but because I started watching for someone that wasn't there anymore. Then I watched the first episodes and it wasn't easy, I found it a little akward but suddenly, in some point, I was rooting for Jung Hoon to win, and laughing with Seon Ho and Ravi. I love the three of them so maybe around episode 10 I started waiting every week to watch (again) and now I'm even repeating the whole season (can't believe is one year already). I confess the one that I had the most hard time liking was Din Din, but really, watching all the episodes and seeing how their friendship and bond grew stronger it's so inspirational. And I laugh a lot, so they are my happy place again and I'm happy about that, so here's my first review about a show. Was this review helpful to you?
