Basically both dramas have a successful businessman boss with a strong character who falls in love with a promising young chef who cooks traditional cuisine and makes him his employee (because he falls in hers/his food first).

Women are similar. Overall Dating in the Kitchen is a great series with the most romantic scenes and a great love but Love in the Kitchen is a bad movie with a good theme but an awful love story.
