Iine! Hikaru Genji-kun (2020)

MLs are from past timeline who somehow ended up in present timeline and in FLs house.
Both are comedy and light romance.

Both have characters travelling from a past Japan to the future. In both the ancient characters try to adapt and even look for romance in modern time. They largely keep their old habits but learn a bit about the modern world. The difference would be that Hikaru Genji is a fictional Heian-period character and Senka is supposed to be a real Edo-period woman.

Both are lighthearted dramas about a woman who gets entangled with two men from the past who got lost in modern Japan. While she try to make sense of what is going on, she gets pulled into their shenanigans which affects everyone around her.

Both are cute comedy dramas about the main lead living with someone unexpected.

Kanojo ga Joubutsu Dekinai Riyuu is about a guy living with a ghost.
Iine! Hikaru Genji-kun is about a girl living with a guy from the past.

Both leads try to send them to their destinations where they belong but only to fall for them.

Both are lighthearted dramas about a girl living with someone unexpected.

Youkai Sharehouse is about a girl living with monsters from Japanese folktales.
