Cute, fluffy but with being cringey...
It wasn't bad but wasn't good either, a okaish drama.. which is almost on the edge of becoming so bland having many unnecessary things almost stuffed in it. So if you are expecting something really good..Firstly if you are looking for a good fantasy and stumbled upon this, don't have high hopes you'll end up being disappointed. Fantasy its just a very little aspect of this that actually works only as catalyst to get leads together in the initial episodes and after that.. writer almost forgot that plot, and I guess they again remembered it near the ending so yeah you'll just get a bit of fantasy in the start only.
This was definitely weak writing, many things were unreasonable.. there are some incidents that I was expecting some explanation or understading but they just remained as unanswered questions. Well okay I can endure that much but its being so predictable, all twists being so unsurprising and adding some very annoying characters bothered me a lot. I guess the plus point I see is the cinematography was very decent, the leads chemistry was bearable and they actually looked good as pairing. Side character were okay and I'm also not complaining about their screen time as they were so cute together.
The main problem with it is though it have some twists but they aren't unique or shocking and that's why it felt so plain and bland... I won't recommend to watch it, might be good as light watch but not more than that for sure!

light hearted author meets publishing company story but really floppy...
This drama is like what my title said, cute, light hearted drama about female lead who is an upcoming author and the male lead is an editor in chief. Some parts are honestly pretty fun and some parts ares super cute!! of the two leads and they are filmed and directed in different angle, however the storyline is really choppy/floppy with two many side characters getting the limelight! This drama is only 24 episodes but there are two other side pairing relationships.My complaint is that the side characters CANNOT get together or should have kissing scenes before the lead! The leads had the accidentally kissing scenes which is pretty cliche in drams now... It would of been nicer to see the leads build a solid relationship, like up until ep 18 their relationship is quite ambiguous. They arent really together but have kissed each on the cheeks while being drunk.
The main story is the female lead is unknown author. She has written a book but remained anonymous while someone else got the credit. She is simple, cheery, naive who often gets her creative juices for writing her novels at night. Opposite the male lead is a morning person who is very consistent, punctual , strict and loves to collect clocks. They both have a clock from their ancestors one is the night and the other morning. Orginally the female lead was an night owl and switch clocks with the male lead becoming a morning person while the male lead only wakes up at 12pm and stays up .
This clock switching storyline is poorly developed and by episode 18 they still cannot figure out how to switch it back. lol i would think if they kiss each other it would switch back ) but that is only my thought haha)
Female lead is cute but sometimes her sweet cute voice gets kinda too much and kinda annoying. Like i dont know if the character is just too naive....
They make a cute pair! Good chemistry ! dont care for the other two pairings tho !

So fluffy!
There were many cute scenes in this drama! I have to say, I was a bit annoyed with the FL a bit sometimes because she speaks a little slow and her character is the cutesy type. But overall, the chemistry was great (and I actually like the second CP chemistry more). There were no major misunderstandings or unnecessary relationship drama. Honestly, this drama was extremely predictable and the "dark past" parts seemed to not hit right at the heart wrenching spot. But since the cute scenes were executed so well and antagonists weren't annoying to the point of angst, it can still pass as a quality fluffy piece. This will definitely lift your spirits after you finish a serious drama.Was this review helpful to you?
quite funny and interesting drama?
The story in this drama is quite good and interesting. The cast is very funny and there are many funny scenes. can be a recommendation for you. but in my opinion, there are some scenes that make me bored. but the story in this drama is not long-winded so I quite like it. the antagonist is quite annoying to me. especially LY. but also very funny when they compete together hahaha. The male lead's past is not a problem for the female lead so it doesn't make the story in this drama long-winded because of trust. I quite like this drama.Was this review helpful to you?
