Masato is mentally slower than other people. He enters a special class in middle school and becomes bullied by others. He meets Sakura who has a similar learning disability. They become attracted to each other and eventually marry. To protect Sakura, Masako takes part in a crime. Masako remembers about his honeymoon which he promised to Sakura.
