Matsuzaki is injured during an illegal transaction, is brought to a church by his lover where miracles are said to occur. The twin, Pinoko appear and offer them a deal with the mysterious surgeon, Black Jack. However, after his surgery Matsuzaki is then arrested by the police for his involvement. Reiko, the female detective who was following Matsuzaki, is trying to solve the case, by investigating alone. However, her clues are running low when Matsuzaki is later found dead, and a mysterious internet rumor of a "Ghost Bus" gains traction.
