I found both stories pretty similar so if you liked one of them then you will surely like the other.

They are both similar in that there is a switch in the lifestyle of the main characters. But in "Familiar Wife" it's more of the reverse situation. The main character switches from an unhappy married life to a life that they used to fantasize about.

Yoo So Joon is the successful CEO of a real estate company who has the ability to time travel when he takes the subway. Going back and forth in time, he sees his future self living a life of torment and unhappiness. To try to offset his doomed future, he decides to marry Song Ma Rin, a cheery photographer, even though he does not love her. Can Ma Rin help So Joon change his unhappy future

Both have a main character who goes into an alternate universe where they are married and have children.
