Leung Foon (Nick Cheung), is a police officer in charge with the duty of taking down crime boss Fat Mantis aka Boss Ferrari (Wong Jing). Taking down a master of tricks and swindle, is more tricky than Foon initially gambles. To out-trick the crime boss Ferrari, Foon soon enlists the aid of “Tricky Master” (Stephen Chow), and hyjinx ensue. Edit Translation
