Well Produced

The Producer/Writers has done a wonderful job in makingthis drama. I have been up late nights trying complete yhe drama. The drama is funny, sad and joyful. This isn't one those bad boy take all dramas nor is it a rich vs poor dama. You can watch the struggles of the families and of the students. Makes everyone remember their high school years with a smile. I am having fun watching this drama.

Xu Jing Jing was funny and she was the standout actor. To me, it appeared that Kang Jia Wei was a coward. At times he gets on your nerves. You just wanna reach into the tv and smak him. He had so many chnaces to tell Xu Jing Jing, how he felt. He chickened out each and every time. Gao Zhan, should of been one of the Main Leads. Scenery in the drama was spectacular. There were some much chestry among the cast. When they cried, you wanted to cry. When they laughed and did soething silly, you'd laugh upastorm. When there were some drama scenes that require strong emotion, it appeared real and not contrived.

There were some parts of the drama that they, the Producers, could taken an extra episode to explan. When a child's parent remarries, most of the time the child (depending onage) will recsent it. It take awhile for that child to come around, especially if another child is put into the family.

I am really enjoying this Drama. It makes me go back to my High School days and antis we use to do (smiling). I still wonder what became of some of my clasmates. You will cry, laugh and cheer while waching this drama.

I recommend this drama and I will watch it again.

Overall great watch

Loved the oveall depiction of the school life.

What i loved
1. The friendship and different equation between group of school students. I have seen 5-6 school dramas and this is one of the best depiction . You can clearly see how all classmates have such good easy going friendship but still everyone has different level of communication and understanding with each other. Be it having group of friends but one best friend, crushes , girl gang. Lot of dramas showed group of friends but they never showed in details like actually communicating or just sitting down and discussing except ML FL and may be SFL or SML equation. Here we can see how each one of them help others in different capacity when one is in need.
2. How you can still be jealous of your friends even if you care for them and go through that phase of competition.
3. Loved how they showed different family and their equations. All the above things in just 30 without feeling its being dragged is a good feat . i had to drop another show which got repetitive after just 10 episodes(Our secret)
4. FL and ML . FL is not dumb or too kind or too sensitive shy crying around . She is very straight forward and sensible. ML is not a genius cold person but very warm with everyone and helps everyone in the class. And they both help each other out and value each other and are open about appreciating that.

What i didnt like :
One small cribbing i have is i dont get it when ML or FL change their stream just for each other. its their future they cannot ruin it. I get that school students are impulsive but adults should help them. What was that ML applying for a not so good university for FL. FL got angry which makes sense but they should have showed may be by teacher or someone how wrong it is to chose your future that way. Its just gives out a wrong message otherwise.

I didn’t expect to enjoy this drama, but I did. I’m a sucker for friends-to-lovers, with a sprinkling of slow-burn, so I’m as good as dead. 

For starters, I’m rooting for a main character who is not your typical “hot Oppa“ lead, without needing to subscribe to beauty standards in order to be “accepted” by society. I find Tubby Kang so much more adorable before he lost weight because he was truer to himself and less conscious of trying to please others. And his chemistry with the FL before his transformation was palpable.  

Jia Wei and Jing Jing was an accidental pairing that neither could have predicted. They were constantly at each other’s throats, but we all know that all this is just play-fighting and nothing serious. Their banter was so fun to watch, but when push comes to shove, they motivate each other to become better people.  

Throughout the drama, we see both being oblivious, especially in the beginning, and both were also pinning their hopes on other people. To this end, Gao Zhan and the other Jing Jing become receptacles of the MC’s misplaced feelings. Neither memorable for their acting, nor essential to the plot, except perhaps to give platform to the MC’s stories.  

Speaking of the plot, I must say the final episodes did not impress me. It seemed like the writers didn’t know what to do with the material, so they threw a wrench in or two, just to give a conflict that was really petty to begin with. And because of this, these supposedly BFFs became incommunicado for like some years, and you expect me to believe that once they saw each other, all is well in the world? If they wanted to do this prolonged silent treatment as a sub-plot, they must also do a gradual progression on how both came to terms with their feelings, and not just slap a bow with no explanation whatsoever, except for some cringe-inducing finale. This really put a dent on an otherwise good drama.

To be honest I just saw this drama on tiktok and I start being curious about it, so I search and start to watch it. I was so flabbergasted cause this drama is literally my type. The characters, visual, plot and everything is good. This makes me cry, happy, angry and motivate. But I swear to God you will not regret it watching this drama. I hope more drama is like these which is very nostalgic for a college student, it reminds my junior days and I have friends who are like them they're very cheerful, funny and supportive, but now we're separated because we studied at different schools. But even tho we're separated they will still the best friends that I will treasure. And I hope someday we will reunited again.

This is a must-watch youth drama that you'll want to see over and over again.

This drama is truly a treat for those who are nostalgic and over 20, as well as teenagers and young adults who are still in the process of growing up. I thoroughly enjoyed every moment of this drama, as it was full of raw emotions that felt genuine and relatable. It was fascinating to see how each character's personality evolved throughout the course of the narrative, from their likes and dislikes to their jealousies and struggles. We all had best friends. We all had our first crush. We all met bullies. We all had study struggles. We all had parental issues. We all had this teacher we couldn't stand or on the contrary we loved. We all had to compete with somebody. This drama has it all.

Anyone who has attended school knows what it's like to encounter someone who is physically different or emotionally challenged, and this story perfectly captures the drama that surrounds such situations. What's particularly impressive is that this theme is relatable to people from all walks of life, regardless of where they grew up. This drama gave me many smiles.

What really stood out to me was the impeccable acting, which was brought to life by a perfectly cast ensemble. The chemistry between the characters was palpable and made the story even more compelling. The storyline itself was captivating, and everything from the pacing to the dialogue felt just right. BIKIN SUSAH MOVE ON!

Awalnya aku iseng aja nonton drama ini. Gak disangka drama ini termasuk HIDDEN GEM.
Drama ini berhasil bikin kangen parah sama masa-masa SMA. China emang juaranya sih bikin drama-drama tentang youth gitu. Meskipun drama ini panjang dengan 30 episode tapi filler storynya gak berasa kayak filler sama sekali. Jalan ceritanya mulus dan gak terkesan dipaksakan. Drama ini juga aware banget sama isu-isu di masyarakat, jadi gak melulu kisah cinta dan persahabatan doang.

Chemistry para aktor-aktornya juga alami banget. Apalagi Zhai Zi Lu sebagai Kang Jia Wei dan Dai Luwa sebagai Xu Jingjing. Interaksi mereka bener-bener natural seolah-olah ini tuh kisah mereka bukan akting mereka. Aku kagum deh, sampai bertanya-tanya, jangan-jangan mereka berdua beneran bestie di real life? soalnya beneran senatural itu!

Sayang banget drama ini gak memperbanyak adegan percintaan dua pemeran utamanya, tapi aku cukup maklum soalnya pemerintah sana cukup ketat masalah percintaan anak SMA apalagi yang skinship begitu.

Konflik-konflik yang cukup menegangkan dan penyelesaian yang alami bener-bener bikin aku suka drama ini. Meskipun ending di drama ini terkesan similar dengan drama-drama youth lain, tapi eksekusi drama ini bisa dibilang sangat bagus dan gak bikin bosen walaupun pernah nonton drama lain yang secara sepintas mirip.

Aku bisa bilang, drama ini masuk list MUST WATCH 2022 DRAMA, terlebih buat kamu yang suka drama tentang masa muda.

Terbaik 2022

Ini drama kocak banget & ngegemesin. Ditunggu2 tiap minggu, bener2 bikin semangat menghadapi hari senin, krn dia nongol 2 eps.

FL & ML chemistry luar biasa dapet. Bener2 larut pas nonton, script juga bagus. Gak ngebosenin, gak melulu ttg FL & ML. Tapi juga org2 sekeliling mereka.

Cast development nya jalan. Jadi bener2 liat mereka tumbuh dewasa dr kelas 2, kelas 3, mau pegi ujian. Ingetin masa muda pas mau UN, stress berat. Blm lagi ditambah ujian PTN yg bikin kelenger.

Bener2 nyata, relate dlm kehidupan kita sbg siswa SMA di indo, gak cuma student di china sana.

Yg disayangkan cm 1. Episode terakhir terkesan dipaksa dan di padatkan. Padahal bisa kalau misalnya di tarik 3-5episode lagi. Jd adegan mereka pacaran nya agak cringe hahahahaha.

Overall, udah nonton 2x. Dan masih pengen ulang lagi. Ohya, ini ceritanya agak beda yah dari novel asli nya. Mungkin di sesuaikan dengan issue issue yang lagi ada di sana.
