This lakhorn never had a boring episode! Also, Oh my god how beautiful the main-leads are!Their chemistry is NO JOKE!

"Wayla Kammathep” which also can be called “ The Love Proposal” is a incredibly thrilling, romantic, sexy and angsty drama from 2022 starring Fern Nopjira as the hardworking and golden-hearted heroine Treenuch Thaweewong “Nuch” and then we have Tre Porapat portraying the very clever, passionate and badass hero Time Metheephatthana. I love lakhorns that are written and developed in a right way without adding any unnecessary scenes. This lakhorn is right up the alley with dramatic lakhorns like "Hua Jai Sila", "Bad Romeo" and "Fah Mee Tawan" where it comes to intensity of the plot and the characters. "The Love Proposal" has the recurring concept of Time in every episode where we can see Time Glassess in many scenes where Time is running out for the characters. Nuch & Time are our beloved main-leads and their love-story starts at a moment where time was not nice to either of them. While Time needed more time to establish a romantic relationship with Nuch (because of his failure in the past) Nuch could not afford to give him that time.

So she breaks up with him and accepts her parents proposal in her marrying a wealthy man who needs a heir. She never imagined that man would be Time`s older brother, Touch Metheephatthana portrayed by Toy Pathompong who is a much more gentle and calm person in comparison to Time`s stubborn fire. Time is heartbroken over the news and silently suffers while he watches his brother marry the love of his life. We also have family intrigue in the form of a jealous cousin who will do everything to steal the role of the CEO from Touch.

So many things happens and it is so well blended together. The actress portraying Nuch is a fine looking woman, love her acting and how versatile she actually is. I could see how torn she was and conflicted and the way she truly comes to care for her husband. Touch in my opinion was a very tragic character somehow. Having this duty in producing a heir and being unable to because of his sexuality. He tries to stay strong throughout the story and i give him credit for that. Time is one of the best main heroes ever in Lakhornland! He is very impulsive, hot-headed and oh soooo smokily charming but is the guy who get all the dirty jobs done already from the start when he jumps into the fire to save that kid.

He is so badass and has this warrior vibe to him. He protects his family with all his soul- and he is as passionate when it comes to love. Being unable to walk away from Nuch even when she married his brother and still also unable to stay away from her. He kept throwing his misery and fury at her, feeding his love-sick heart. I just LOVE his chemistry with Nuch and how he would not let anyone insult her! Time and Nuch reaches a point where they are unable to live without each other. The passion, the longing and the selfless lover they got for each other, ahhh it made my heart weak! This lakhorn is AMAZING! And i recommend it to anyone who wants a romantic, sometimes crazy..but well done trainwreck!

One of the Best Thai Lakorns

Having watched quite many Thai lakorns, I got to say this is one the best Thai drama's I have watched. The acting of the cast- main leads & support cast were all amazing, story is interesting , good editing (I have noticed some Thai drama's the editing is sloppy) & it was well executed. The male lead's character was really non toxic, kind, loyal & dreamy.- he's really hot - I don't know why I haven't noticed him earlier - after this drama's I have become a fan of the male & female lead. It was a happy ending for the main leads, but the death of brother was quite sad. There is great chemistry between the leads & the height difference between them was cute.

This is my first review so apologies for any typos

To start off, I really enjoyed the storyline. I noticed It had all the drama and Extraness that really completes a show like the deaths that occurred, the action scenes, the emotional scenes, the evil exes, etc. In addition, Sarut and Wadees story was definitely one of my favorites as well, as it was nice to see that a victim of domestic violence was able to escape and have a happy ending finding love where she least expected it. To add on, the way in which the villains were dealt with were as extra and satisfactory as I expected it to be!! They got everything they deserved. Finally, although Nuch and Times story started off very rocky and had a sense of betrayal as they hid it from touch, I really enjoyed the way in which they ended up, I truly do think they deserved to be together and couldn't have asked for anything better!!

The music was also amazing! Don't usually pay attention to shows ost's but this show truly had me loving all the songs, not to mention the way in which they tied into the storyline as well. There's a lot more that I'd like to say about the show but to end off I really recommend it, definitely one of the best Thai dramas I've seen in a while, go watch!!

One of the best dramas in DRAMALAND!!!Easily one of my top tens.. It is a must watch!

I have watched this drama multiple times. I love everything about it, from the casts to the soundtrack, the plot and storylines. I am not a fan of Lakorn because of the heavy melodrama and propensity of negative/weak portrayal of female leads but this drama has just the right balance of everything that I love in a drama. I think the way they sort of reverse the story where the main leads fell in love immediately and proceeded to tell their story in the remaining episodes to me is unique in this drama. Although it is a totally different drama, it reminds me of the feeling I had with CLOY. The love, laughter, family, friendship, betrayal and heartache.

ML/FL - They could not have casted a more perfect main leads. Their chemistry is sizzling, you could almost feel it. They are both eye candies and really good actors. Their acting is on point, you could feel their love and heartache. Every scene they have together whether they are fighting or being sweet to each other are just beautiful. Their love scenes are beautifully done. There is nothing awkward or cringy about it. They are one of my favorite couples in dramaland. I hope they get to do another drama in the future. The ML reminds me of Captain Ri of CLOY, he will do everything for the woman he loves, can kick ass, look super fit and fiercely loyal to the ones he loves and those who loves him. Definitely one of the best ML. The FL is kind, soft and independent but will not back down if confronted by problems. The other lead (brother/Touch) also did a good job. Their bond as brothers is just pure and really heartwarming.

Support cast - from the best friends of the ML to the moms on both sides, the vindictive ex of the ML, the evil cousin, grandma, the scheming BF of the other ML and the cousin's wife and the bodyguard - they all did a wonderful job. They actually all had chemistry in a way that made the drama better, entertaining, gripping and more fun.

OST - I think one of the best part is their careful selection and placement of the songs. I don't usually pay much attention to it but with this drama, in my opinion, had played an important role in telling the story. The way they gave emphasis to the songs to convey their feelings is deliberate and adds magic to the scenes.

Story and directing - The story is not perfect, it has thrown everything in it but somehow it has managed to entertain and had me going to the end. It was beautifully conveyed by the director through the careful and thoughtful story telling through the great actors, songs and storylines.

I wish in the end, it showed the main leads to be married , although implied, it would have been a perfect ending for me to see them with kids since the story started with the grandpa's will to have an heir.

Impressive plot and intense love

This was the first time watching the leads drama and their acting and chemistry was mind blowing.

There were plenty of romantic moments and some heart wrenching side love stories.

I had to skip a lot of Marisa scenes as it was too aggressive and violent and manipulative.

Time’s friend’s characters were interesting and faithful through thick and thin.

This drama left an indelible mark that family and friends are very important not the money nor the status.

I found Sarut and Wadee love story very cute and teaches you that there is always a chance in finding the true love.

They don't make these type of dramas anymore

Wow just wow.
I am in so much love with this drama? This drama got all the great actors, amazing story and OSTs (OSTs are cherry on top). Tre and Fern are amazing as well as the person who played "THAT" (touch) is also amazing. I love the bond between brothers and never ending love of the characters. This drama shows how precious our time is and how a person can not give up on love easily. I love the way how Time takes care of Treenuch in every possible way. The pain of not having the one we love is greatly portrayed by the characters. This drama doesn't have a single boring episode and I was so excited to see what happens next just like 'hua jai sila' this drama has all the charm and brilliant story line.
I wish it had more episodes. Anyways it's a must watch.

At last a Thai lakorn where they know how to kiss

For the first time I saw a lakorn where the actors and actresses know how to kiss, all the love scenes were well played.
Also for the first time in lakorns that I've saw ( and are many) the girls don't scream and act like idiots when they see a man without shirt!
The story is real good, there is chemestry between all the characters and the 2 ML are really good, kind and clever. The villans play very well their roles.

I've loved this lakorn for everythig, but the most important was because they don't fake kisses and the bed scenes seems like in realty.

This Lakorn did not disappoint at all. Highly recommended to watch it.

This lakorn is very very good. Every episode is nothing boring. The plot is very good, as well as the acting of each actress and actor. The chemistry of each pair is very good. I wonder why this lakorn has not been widely reviewed by many people even though the quality is very good. Watching this drama makes me feel like watching a Korean drama. The kissing scene wasn't as awkward as the lakorn I'd seen before. The songs from this drama are all very pleasant to hear. One more thing, Ferny Nopjira's acting never disappoints.

HIGHLY SUGGESTED FOR MELODRAMA & FAMILY THEMED LOVERS

I was a bit skeptical with this drama when I first started. I don’t think I’ll enjoy it mainly because of the LGBTQ+ tag. But girl… I was hooked from the very first episode. Since I don’t really like watching these LGBTQ+ bed scenes, I skipped those parts and still enjoyed the rest of the dramas. So if you’re thinking to skip this one just because of the tag, please give this a try first.

I love how this drama is not only about their love and sacrifices, but I love how it shows that being gay doesn’t make anyone less than others. I love how their brotherhood was portrayed between Time and Touch. I love the sexual tension between Time and Nuch. I love their chemistry in this. Time’s friendships with his police, doctor and writer friends.

It sucks knowing they had to go through all these shits just for the sake of their inheritance. Money really is the root of evil.

Touch tried hard to do his best for his family and the business. It’s sad how he didn’t get his own happy ending. It’s devastating when he said why Time couldn’t be the older brother. And everytime he said he’s tired, I feel it. Being different from everyone else and being judged is tiring. It’s so pathetic how they made him die in this…

Time gone through so much shits for the sake of making his brother and family happy. He puts others first and whenever I see him broke down, I couldn’t help but feel bad for him. He tried his best to protect Nuch, he’d do anything to for her. He plotted revenge on Touch’s death and for other bad things that was done by Chun. I love how mentally strong he is, but at the same time he’s just a young boy who had to carry all those responsibilities in his life.

Nuch is a bit passive for me here. I don’t have much to say about her, I just hope she’d stand for herself more. But that one time when she fight back Risa, I was cheering for her.

I’m satisfied how those bad guys get their well deserved ending. They all should just rot in hell, Chun especially.

OSTs are good and I love how it relates to their storyline.

The only turn off for me is the PPL advertisement. It kinda irritates me because it keeps on appearing from time to time and it’s too obvious, but well, I just skipped those too.

Overall, please don’t skip this drama. Try watching and you’ll see how you’ll love it. I don’t cry watching romance dramas, but I cried and sobbed hard for this one. Highly suggested for those who love melodramas and family themed dramas.

It all went downhill fast

I am being generous with my scoring. Most of it is because I watched until the end, which is more than I can say for some shows. This one started out with some stilted acting but was compelling and I was looking forward to seeing what would happen next. The problems came early on when the two leads lost my respect. They didn't listen, didn't treat others well, had zero self-control, and didn't admit to being in the wrong most of the time even though they were. Basically, they were selfish, and it got to the point where I started liking the bad guys better, wishing they got their way in the end instead of giving it to people who didn't deserve it. There was also an unexpected plot twist that I didn't agree with at all. Lastly, I did not like the way they had the main LGBT character speak about himself. Saying things like "I'm not a man." Obviously being gay doesn't make you less of a man. I hope it was just the English translations that made some of the script offensive but it's hard to know.

makes u rage at all the evil people (other than that, highly recommeded!)

Was finding some lakorn to watch and happened to chance upon this. No regrets in burning midnight oil just to finish this. Excellent acting from the main leads, all the emotions are well expressed. They perfectly depict "silence is the loudest voice in my heart" - one of the quote i remembered the most.

Ok breakdown of why this is highly recommended:

1. Story
A pretty interesting story plot to me (albeit it might have been shown in other shows before idk). I am personally not a big fan of shows that revolve around fighting for inheritance/ fake marriage kind of thing as they can be cliché. But i still decided to give this show a go. Other than the whole political thing, the love plot of this show can go from makin you smile till heart wrenching (now you know what you're in for). However, I hate to say that I am not the biggest fan of the ending :( because the good people deserve so much more and better!

2. People
To me, I think it is a love-hate relationship with the people in this show. I absolutely love how the 3 main characters in this show (Treenuch, Time, Touch) are non-toxic. In fact, the bromance between the 2 brothers is a bonus!! I love Touch's character so much, he is so sincere and i feel his pain throughout the whole show. i only want the best for him. Time on the other hand will do anything to protect his brother and his lover, he is fearless and never fails to express himself. I just love he can go from playful to serious.. WARNING: u will fall in love. Treenuch is not your typical dumb FL although she did marry for money, but her loyalty for Touch was worth applauding to.
On the other side, the villans in this show are extremely annoying and hard to watch - the evil deeds they did was so bad that it made me skip quite a bit of the show. . one of the most evil villians i have watched.

3. Music
Super good, makes you cry all the damn time!

FINAL VERDICT: really one of the best acting in lakorn i have watched/seen in the recent years, hands down. If you're in for visuals + acting, then this is it! Show is only 15 episodes so it won't be draggy

Way too much drama in a single Lakorn- perfectly packed

I am not really into illegal relationship between the leads but no where in this lakorn did i feel wrong about it
Too much drama to handle in every episode. But, what can get really frustrating is the slaps (him to her, her to her, him to him, her to him.) as it is thai drama seems normal and common.
Every episode was very entertaining and had some or the other secret to be disclosed . Must say i really enjoyed watching it
and ya ofcourse it is a bit emotional(Those of you'll who watched it might understand what i meant by emotional )
In the history of Lakorns There exists a character like P'Thorn- so pure, gentle , innocent .Fell in love with him (To me he is Google, coz he has everything i am looking for)
The leads had amazing chemistry , just couldn't take my eyes off them and every character was entertaining

A MUST WATCH - if you are into romance and suspense . As it has just 15 ep will definitely enjoy it
