IF YOU MISS THIS IT'S NOT A BIG DEAL BUT IF YOU WATCH YOU WILL NOT REGRET EITHER

So let's start.... Basically i was really excited about this one . I liked the first few eps nd was eagerly waiting for more but somehow it disappointed me in the middle but but but the last ep saved it .

Ok i will start from what I liked:-

• the theme of this drama (life and weather) the way they showed nd compared life's different stages nd weather it was the most beautiful thing nd different thing from other dramas that I liked.
• the main lead off course, i started it because of them .
• tbh I was more interested in the supporting character's story, i mean their stories was really well set up nd i liked it , one of the reasons why i finished this drama.
• real facts revealed through this drama.
• the way they showed how people of busy platforms struggle with Their family nd they nailed it.

What I didn't like:-

• the story set up of main leads, i mean it was okay till few eps but suddenly it became weird.
• the writer's anti thinking 🥴 i mean why?!!
• female lead was still okay after some time with her ex after being dumped by him nd they dated for 10 years 🤷.

Nd i didn't like many things but can't express right now 🥴

Soo what the story could be?!!!
(please it's only my opinion)
They could have just shown the main lead's feelings towards each other growing by time but they just made them fall for each other in no time at ep 3 or 4 maybe . I mean she was dumped yeah she should hv given herself a little time nd then it was okay.

But after all i don't regret watching this drama , i loved it actually just the story of main leads upsets me sometime but It was okay I was hooked to this drama for some reason. The reality they showed through this drama i salute this.

I was happy because of the last episode it just saved the whole drama actually, the way it ended , i loved it . They talked about Their feelings and that's what is most important in a relationship nd every supporting character they had their own story nd ended really beautifully.

So you can give it a try.

Quote i loved:-

• "theirs no right choice in life , it's just we have to make our choices into right choice" - Jin ha Kyung (park min young)

• " it doesn't matter if your life is going ok or not ok but life goes on"

Disappointing

It seemed interesting in the beginning with promising aspects, but as time went by the writing seemed to become worse and worse. It had an unusual high amount of characters that annoyed me a lot, especially toward the last episodes. The sister and two coworkers of the female lead were the only characters that actually had me engaged and root for them, as I really didn't care for most characters anymore at some point. The second lead couple is especially hard to emphasize with on any level throughout most of the drama. The cast is great tough, and I am convinced that any lacking chemistry between the lead couple is due the script, not their acting

This review may contain spoilers

These are spoilers hehe

Siwoo and Hakyung
- they met arguing
- they quickly dated
- stagnant (they kept it secret so there's not much interesting happened during their relationship, its just a secret)
- they broke up (si-woo, doesnt want marriage, he doesn't want to burden Ha kyung)
- they got back together and parents meet each other so I think they are going to marry.
> Si woo is mature at work but very stubborn in relationship. He hates his father and when Hakyung try to interfere he shouts at her. He does not want marriage.
> Ha Kyung is the only character with great character development. She's stubborn too but you can understand her. Of course, she will always be beautiful hehe.

Yujin and Ki-jun
- they are the exes of the main leads. they cheated them so bad
- they act arrogantly like it was not their fault to cheat
- they have quarrels but they became happy at the end with pregnancy (I hate them being happy)

Senior Um
- Low EQ
- almost divorced
- He get back together with his wife

Taukyung and Seok Ho
- seokho is Hakyung's subordinate and neighbor
- they met coincidentally
- they meet more often
- they dated (they are the cutest here hehe)

There are more side stories about their colleagues. I can say that I didn't regret watching it but I will say it doesn't satisfy me. I watched it for Park Min Young. They said that Hakyung is serious and workaholic but they only shown her mistake forecasts about weather they did not show her predicting weather accurately, only in the last ep. They introduced Si woo that he can predict rains and snows with his great sense but they did not show that at the middle of the story. They made the exes as the main leads adviser which I hate. I don't think that the story between the exes is necessary at all. The first 3 episode is interesting but many got bored after they dated. I rated it 8 and that was the lowest rating I've given to the dramas that I don't like. The casts and their acting is good, the general story is good but the plots and side story is not. This is better for a movie. Lastly, I skipped all the parts of Kijun and Yu jin, I just know what happened but all their conversation, I skipped them hehe.

Watch it and decide if it is your cup of tea drama.

It's a hit and miss!

This show starts of pretty good and interesting however the plot line makes no sense by episode 4. It's rather unrealsitics in its portrayal of 'realism'. I think nextflix tanked ti show biig time by trying to maek it such a deviant from the normal kdrama love stories. The main couple is ok but honestly sometimes I wish they broke up and Ha-Kyung would go back to her ex as they had better chemistry on screen that her current boyfriend.
There are numerous things to overlook if you really want to watch this drama:
1. The overbearing mother and disrespectful daughter Ha-Hyung- Like I get her mother is too much but she hangs up and her mom so much and chooses to threa then not talking to her when she diasgrees with her mother. Like seriously she lost her dad and has no real appreciation for her mom unless she in the hospital. The dr in one episode says don't stress her out to help with her health and by the next episode she is back to being at odds with her mother. Like they is a better way to deal with your overbearing parents.
2. The wife of Dong han is aweful to say the least, after 14 years apart she has no love towards her husband and not even slightly grateful to have him back. all she does is insult his attempts at making amends for being away for so long anf hardly ever tells him how she really feels not that he is perfect but man does he try to do stuff to help since being back. Like I get that resentment was had but at no point does she try to understand his point of view. And goes as far as stopping her own daughter from seeing her father like seriously.
3. Lee-Si Woo ex-girlfriend is truly unlikeable, she is a b@#$% for sure. She has no remorse for cheating on her ex as thoug him not wanting marriage was a good enough reason to dismiss him while still having cheating on him at the same time. Seh never once apologies and then she is jealous when he does move on from her and hates his new gf as though she has any right to when she was the one who left him. Like that's just unrealistic to me.
4. Ha-Kyung's ex is just irriatble but barely decent, if he didn't cheat on her I would say that she should have gone back to him. Just cus he clearly still loved her but just wasn't good at expressing his real feeling of incompetency with her and asking for more effort on her part. He stalked Ha kyung more than talking to his wife, so he clearly still loved her more then his new wife
and had more chemistry with her than his own relationship. Him appearing to “love” Ye-Jin felt force and inorganic to the plot line as they were always fighting and could never really trust each other til the end. This was a rebound relationship that wasnt meant to work out but in order to be unique they made them workout which really they weren't fix for each other.
5. This bizarre return to ex as friends right after having an affair with the current person is also unbareable like seriously that's toxic and unrealistic. This shows goes downhill slowly and comes hill even longer. The only couple worth watching is her sister falling for 1302 guy. It' watchable but probably best to skip it if you are looking for a sensible storyline with a cute couple cus this is not it. The lead's are just annoying and rude in the wrong parts of the story at times so it's mostlty skipabble.
6. It felt like netflix was trying real hard to be original by goind such drastic line of plot progession but it was also just downright poor writing in this way as it didnt match the pace of the characters one bit dispite the good acting from everyone.
7. May update based on ending as.

Another messed up relationship dynamic

Just three episodes in, but I find myself literally unable to watch more.
The positives:
* The acting is actually quite good, IMHO -- the female lead is (appropriately) reserved and careful; the male lead youthfully smiling and happy. I actually love the secondary characters in this quite a bit -- their stories are ones that I might actually want to know more about :)
* The weather component of the show really captures attention! One positive thing about the Netflix Kdramas lately is that they are based in unusual and interesting settings, so that one learns a little bit about these different jobs that are all around but we don't think about much.
* The visual feel of the show is very nice.
Now for the negatives - listed in order of their awfulness:
* The relationship between the leads: It's not the age difference (not a big one, and its existence will likely play a role in later episodes), or lack of chemistry between them (again, we do not expect that at the start of the show -- it's supposed to develop) -- it's the work dynamic between the two. As a female executive, I felt revulsion from the very start -- to begin with, he calls her emotional, goes over her head, and acts pretty much like every stereotype of an overbearing guy in the workplace. And, of course, there are no real consequences to his actions. And she just lets it go! Completely forgotten by episode 3. Frankly, that did it for me -- I cannot imagine a circumstance under which an actual woman would ever get together with a man who did something like this.
* The two "exes" in the show are so atrociously repulsive as to be completely unbelievable. These are people our leads have known for years (decades in the case of the ex-boyfriend) -- and just now is when they find out what horrible people they are? Again -- completely unrealistic -- no one can "play" nice for 10+ years. It would take much too much energy, for one thing.

I am willing to suspend disbelief for a good show, but these two negatives are simply asking way too much.

Well paced, well acted and developed slice of life romantic drama

10/10 is my rating. This is a 2022 South Korean slice of life romantic comedy. It has 16, approximately 65 minute episodes. Alternatively known as Weather People and KMA: The Cruelty of In-House Romance.

Synopsis

Jin Ha-kyung (Park Min-young) was on the verge of getting married to her fiance after a 10 year relationship. Both worked for the Korean Meteorological Administration (KMA) and were a well known couple in the office. Ha-kyung is humiliated when she finds out, on the brink of their wedding, that her fiance is being unfaithful with a young reporter who also works with them. Han Ki-joon (Song Kang) is a forecaster at KMA and Ha-kyung winds up being the Director of the section he works in. He is the ex of the girl Ha-Kyung's fiance cheated with. Ha-kyung vowed to never have a workplace romance again but when a one night stand with Ki-joon leads to something more it may be hard for her to keep that vow. Can the two convince each other and others that their romance was not just a rebound and that they had no intention of becoming a couple out of revenge? Can they keep their relationship a secret from co-workers who may judge them as a superior and subordinate as well as for the age gap?

Review

Korean dramas are rarely risque but this one has some moments that make it refreshing and also lead to some hilarity. I liked that they slept together and it created this dynamic tension between them. Overcoming the age gap and supervisor subordinatehurdles added a layer of intrigue. Getting a glimpse inside the complexity of forecasting and the political ramifications of getting things wrong was interesting. I loved how her team grew closer throughout the series. I found each of the bonus romances believable and did not feel irritated when time was spent in them as I was also very drawn into those stories.

Spoilers

I thought her fiancé and his girlfriend who slept together and cheated on them would be irredeemable but was pleasantly surprised the writers turned it around and I was not angry on the main character's behalf but even started rooting for the relationship. The fact that she was able to put aside the hurt and become a good friend to her ex fiancé made her an all the more likable female lead. Same with the male lead and his ex girlfriend, the fact that he was always there for her and she for him as friends was heartwarming. Park Min Young is such a great actress and Ienjoy watching her bring the characters to life. I recommend this for fans of any of the main characters, for those that like slice of life, and as a well paced heartwarming romance.

Climate Change agenda

Okay so as far as stories go, this one is just full of paraphernalia and NWO agenda of “climate change” and chaos instead of family.
I definitely had my laughs and tears but overall - it lacked big time apart from the agenda of the above comment.
Watched it because of the brilliant cast layout and was thoroughly disappointed in the end.
When family is the core of society that leads to health and longevity (even if we’re told otherwise by those who are trying to break it down) is portrayed as something that pain cannot overcome because of parents bad choices then we have most definitely lost a very big blessing in our lives.
So glad that the couple decided to keep the baby in the end and they’re decision to overcome things together, again a family thing, shows what love can do.
The older couple who decide to fight to keep their marriage and family together also helped me continue to the end.
The modern idea that marriage is the “end of love” is a fallacy. Love is a decision, not merely a feeling that comes or goes with a whim. It’s the decision to stick it out through good, bad and ugly.
It also brings amazing blessing in life and society and family is one thing that you can come back to, yes even when it seems like the ugly kind. I’m not saying that there are those who don’t deserve to have kids or those who have been abused or are abusers but family is still family.

Weak storyline and weak characters too

I couldn't get past 3 episodes of this drama and dropped it after much eye-rolling and frustration. The storyline wasn't the most exciting (either from a romantic or thrilling aspect), but what killed it for me were the characters that we were supposed to be invested in were just so weak. The FL was just spineless and let her cheating ex walk all over her. How many times is the audience expected to just be satisfied with increasing scumbag behavior from the ex and only get an open-mouthed look of shock from the FL and nothing but acquiescence and silence? Is it her life's mission to not stand up for herself and be treated as a doormat? From reading other reviews, it seems this doesn't change much throughout most of the drama so no. Just no.
