Both has time travels, “death”, heartbreak and also first love. Except from languages, most of the descriptions sounded similir.
Someday or one day:
The year is 2019. The 27 year-old Huang Yu Xuan terribly misses her boyfriend Wang Quan Sheng, who has been missing for two years and is presumed dead. Her birthday wish for this year is to "see him."
Blue Birthday (My summary):
Oh Ha Rin’s birthday wish was that she wished her boyfriend didnt died on her birthday. Oh Ha Rin will revisit the past through mysterious photos left by her first love, Ji Seo Jun who died on Oh Ha Rin’s 18th birthday.
Blue birthday (actual detail):
A fantasy romance drama in which Oh Ha Rin will revisit the past through mysterious photos left by her first love, Ji Seo Jun who died on his birthday 10 years ago. He had resolved to confess to his childhood friend since elementary school but he ended up taking his own life, much to her shock and horror. He was about to confess to her when he met his sudden death in the photography room.

- The plot is similar it gives the same vibes
- ML dies mysteriously everyone says he committed suicide due to FL didn't move on from that trauma even after 10 years
- FL gets a chance to travel in time back to school and save the ML

without the time travel, they seem pretty similar and have the same vibes .............................................

Both are short length dramas in which the leads are classmates and right when one is about to confess, the other dies tragically. The remaining lead discovers some objects left behind (photos vs. candles) can be burned, allowing them to travel back in time for a little while each time. They then try to change the past and save the person they love.

Both drama have school mystery and struggle of student.............i find them Similar...... That's it!............

Although different in genres and setting (Blue Birthday is a high school based romance, 365 is more pure thriller), they both have a similar premise of going back in time to save a loved one. They also have some similar twists (although I wont say more so as not to spoil). Blue Birthday is more light-hearted while 365 is more dark and suspenseful, but if you're looking for a similar set-up and don't mind the tone changes, give it a go!
