A modern day psycho-thriller
The film is a must watch. Yang Mi’s versatility as a innocent girlfriend with a cathartic side as a woman on the verge of searching for change is clearly dauntingly present in this film, as a victim sans a villainous temptress. Chen Kun as the male lead was a realistic multi-faceted victim running amuck and an unsuspected villain in this psychological thriller was compelling to watch. The film caters to those who would prefer to be on the edge of their seats, as the sequencing and cinematic cinematography was top notch.
