Watch this during holiday season
The drama has an ensemble cast of actors who are not just visually pleasing but also great in emotional connection.Although it has lots of stories going in the luxurious hotel the one that caught my attention was Kang ha Neul, who has failed in life and wants to give up on life but the hotel staff makes sure he is catered well and doesn't act wrongfully. It was also because almost all the staff were involved in his story.
Another one was the school story where four guys confess to one girl. This teen flirting was adorable to watch.
Han Ji Min as a hotel staff was efficient but lacks the courage to confess her childhood friend. HJM surely fits the role.
Kim Young Kwang playing her childhood friend was giving the feels of ‘On your Wedding day
The mother of the bride meets her first love in the hotel and gets to fulfill the long promise she made to him this story was really touching.
The blind date guy was finally able to approach his crush at the end of the year, were also so vibes of hope and I literally jumped to see them together.
Seo Kang Jun as a singer was cute, his story starts with his manager was heartwarming. the manager was so selfless and hardworking to him. this brotherly bonding was wow.
Lee Dong Wook is the CEO of the hotel but his role seemed the weakest, I was disappointed actually but was happy to see the happy ending for him.
Every story is a happy ending and sends in a message of new hope as the new year approaches and everyone looks forwards to the new opportunities. Although the movie is happy but was in a depressed mood and thought it could lift my mood up, but that didn’t happen. But if it might have been a holiday season it would have worked.

A year-end medley
Perfect movie if you are looking for something light. It is really cute and adorable production. Couples and stories are enjoyable. It is really good movie for winter/christmass season - if someone likes watching during specific time of the year. I do believe that this story could also work as a drama, maybe not 16 episodes long but for example 6 episodes would work perfectly cause some things could get better explanations, but still this movie is totally worth watching.Was this review helpful to you?
a light-hearted movie to end the year with
definitely enjoyable but all the storylines were predictable. its just a movie to watch when you don't want to think too much lol. there's a lot of couples so the plot seems a bit all over the place because of it, but regardless of that, i found it an easy watch.the cast is very star studded lol i was quite surprised.
didn't particularly enjoy one of the storylines but its wtv lol

feels like Korean's love actually
the way this film has several stories makes me think that it's similar to love actually. however, i can relate to this film a lot more. so heart warming!🥰 kang ha neul and lee kwang soo always makes me laughs hahhaha. superb acting by all actors & actresses!those 2 hours felt like i was in a holiday season, although it's only a typical saturday night.
a small part of the story bothers me a bit, where the rich or the CEO likes the poor or their employee, why does many korean story includes that highly unlikely situation tho?

Very heart-warming!
Absolutely the cutest movie ever, it had everything I personally needed. A lot of characters and a lot of different stories is something that’s never going to get old and actually should be done more. The happy vibe surrounding the movie and then later us the viewers is on another level.Every character was portrayed by the cast with such delicacy and each one had their own charm that you can’t stop smiling at. One more thing I really enjoyed was the OST, full of happy Christmasy songs, making the movie even better.
If anyone’s looking for something light, happy and overall sweet, that is the one!!

Yes, lots of good reviews, if you like xmas movie. No need to tell all the good parts. Just watch it yourself.Here keypoints that you should consider:

Checked. Yeah, classic xmas story with easy to understand and predictable.

Checked. Yeah, handsome and pretty casts, from old to young.

Checked. Of course, good movie must have good ost too.
For me, personally, this movie (Korean version) is like a variation of Love Actually (2003, Hugh Grant), even it has extended version too. The best xmas movie up to this day.

Good for a snow day in!
A pretty light hearted and comedic drama!Pretty much a pleasant Christmas mash up of different stories but was really cool to see how they all tied together to bring various themes!
One of the movies that sort of give you the end of the year gratefulness, giddiness, and just overall let's start over for the new year type vibes!
Don't think I would use my time to rewatch it but it was worth the enjoyment for the one time!

A feel-good Xmass/New Year season movie with LOTS of great actors
The story here is very Hwoody, lots of ppl find their true friend/business partner and do business, or find their true love and happiness, start dating or marry during Xmass and New Year season. This is a classic "feel good" movie. On the plus side, it is not cheesy, and it is done well and tastefully, ppl go through real problems before they come together, and they overcome the problems and get closer.The most fun part here is the actors!!!! there is a WHOLE BUNCH of really good and rather famous actors in here, so it is a pleasure to see them
None of the roles here are "bad", all characters are "from real life" and rather quirky but likeable. The acting made the roles really fun to watch. Thanks to the director for letting the actors ACT. THis movie was made before the poker face era...
It was sooo fun seeing ML from Tastefully Yours - wow what a great performance, ML from Spirit Fingers - nice acting here!, Grim Reaper - imo his best role I have seen so far, the best "expressing" - nice! and his love, the Maid, was amazing too! I swear I have seen her somewhere else but cant pinpoint... , ML from Walking on Thin Ice - amazing as usual, and has this most complex character - I love his roles, always different and creative, he is one of my fav actors! and bc of him, I decided to watch this movie
and ML from Undercover High School - wow if it is him singing, he has a really great voice, and I think his Manager is one of the dudes from Low Life etc

and even FL from Practical Guide to Love was not her usual terrible acting, here it meshed well and she expressed more, FL from King the Land was present on screen a tiny bit and did a lot better job, more livelier than in King the Land and BonApettit Your Majesty, and the hopeless only-poker-face ML from Beyond the Bar got a tiny few very limited expression scenes but even he could convey some tiny emotion.
The last scene is a great example of why this drama feels so Kwood rosey glasses and how a drama can use even the worst actors - the two worst actors here just meet by chance in a hallway and exchange a few simple short meaningless shallow polite chit-chat sentences and he says go out with me, and then we have 3 minutes of flashbacks of them like 20m apart.... . Very simple. No complexity, no emotions,nothing to really act. Just put two bodies there and end on a very super artificially sweet unreasonable totally out of blue "happy end".
The complex roles and plots are given to actors who can handle it, like ML from Walking on Thin Ice and the Maid actress
This is a fun movie. All these actors were allowed to ACT, to EXPRESS and that is the best part and the most worthwhile part of this move, and that's why I gave it 8.5/10 and not something less
THis movie is just a great chance to see lots of good actors in one place, allowed to express.

A Year-End Medley: 1/4/2026
This movie was real good but I personally think it would have been better as a show. This is mainly because you are following so many people throughout the movie that at some times it is just all over the place. I also feel that it prevents you in a way from building any connection to characters. Also which I think it it’s most fatal flow is that because all the stories also overlap it get confusing at times and it just wait backup what is going on. Besides this and just looking at what was given it was a really good show, and while I usually don’t like remarks I hope one day they remake it into a show.Was this review helpful to you?

An entertaining movie with a very predictive storyline.
An entertaining movie with a very predictive storyline.I think it's a nice and calm movie to watch in December however, the storylines were very predictive since the beginning. For example, you knew the So-Jin was going to end up with the guy that had been rejected 20 times on the dates haha
Lee Sang-Wook character although it was a stereotype of a CEO I liked that he had a soft side and he's so cute with the maid woman.
I really liked the fact that we had a storyline with two older people; they were each other first love. She's a sweet and career woman who even if she made her life and married someone else she knew deep in her heart that she and her first love were going to get together eventually.
As for the guy who tried to 💀 himself I didn't like his story but happy that he got a good ending though.
Oh, btw. This movie remind me a lot of Christmas Eve, a Yankee movie from 2011/2012.
So yeah, these are my thoughts.

Rom-Com heaven
The only genre I watch is romance, and the subset of rom coms within that are the perfect target.This movie meets all the right criteria!!
Heart melting, clichéd, great looking couples, a twist, a heart break.........aaaaahhh.........and some swooning kisses.
The leads are all great looking, music is very romantic , nice job details for the characters, clean story with no lose ends, mature actors with great emotions.
And the most important necessity of a romantic comedy - must must must have - a happy ending.
Yup my friends - if you're hooked into romcoms, then don't miss this one.

O filme de fim de ano perfeito!
Que filme lindo! É aquele filme ideal se você está querendo algo tranquilo e calmo para assistir, sabendo que tudo dará certo no final!O elenco é de se admirar, Lee dong Wook com Won Jin-Ah? Meus parabéns a quem pensou neles juntos! Confesso que queria algo mais deles viu?!
Ademais, gostei que foi intercalando entre histórias diferentes, gostei em partes, na verdade, mas porque eu fiquei com gostinho de quero mais em alguns hahahaha.
Pode assistir tranquilo, não tem plot twist enorme nem nada, é realmente um filme para assistir em uma noite tranquila no sofá com uns cookies e leite quente! :)
Aliás, eu como católica, amei a personagem da Won Jin-Ah indo na igreja na véspera de Natal! Foram poucas as produções que já vi abordarem o catolicismo :) fico feliz toda vez que mostram um pouquinho sobre!
