This is a relatively new adaptation of the same novel Addicted Heroin was based on. It’s definitely worth a watch, as the show does some things differently compared to the Thai adaptations.

If you loved Stay With Me, Double Helix is definitely worth checking out. While the stories are very different, both dramas shine through their emotionally driven relationships and the natural chemistry between the leads. Rather than rushing the romance, they let the connection develop through meaningful interactions, subtle expressions, and quiet moments that gradually deepen the emotional bond. Both series also feature strong performances that make it easy to become invested in the characters and their journey together. If you’re looking for another BL with heartfelt storytelling, compelling character dynamics, and a relationship that leaves a lasting impression, Double Helix is an excellent choice.

It is the same story, kinda like a remake.

Addicted Heroin is more rough, more savage, and you get the essence of the story but it goes fast as it is only 15 episodes of 20 minutes.

Stay With Me goes more in deep of the character and the story. Stay With Me is longer in time and in episodes. We can also see a it more of the story since it is lenghtier. And personnaly, I think it is more elegant less rough than Addicted Heroin.

Both are BLs in which the leads are non-blood related brothers (step vs. adopted) who fall in love. One of the MLs has a younger sister who becomes an adopted sister to the other ML.

Cute high school bromantic drama that will get you captivated with the chemistry of the main leads. This is another story of patience and tolerance and true friendship.

Stay with me is a remake of the uncompleted movie Addicted. Even with its restricted love story because of China's censorship, it was able to portray the love and devotion between the two main characters and the lengths in which they would go to, to stay together. Both stories are coming of age and exploration of the self. Along with the theme of Youth and Coming-of-Age. These dramas also delve into the lives of young adults, capturing the essence of their coming-of-age journeys.
