The film revolves around young students and friends. At an elementary school in Kuwana, Mie Prefecture, which is about to be shut down due to a lack of student enrollments and declining population, a new teacher is a catalyst for something different. The city has made the decision to shut the facility down and relocate the children. A student has no energy or will and has no hobbies.
